  Hello everyone, my name is Neon/Maya, I'm 22 (23 this month but I'm at the point where I've stopped wanting to round my age up lol), I'm a trans woman (she/her pronouns) and I'm pretty new to RPNation, though not new to RPing in general (though the RPs I did when I was like 15 were, I admit, very cringe).
  
  As most people here, I'm a nerdy person who loves to write, as well as consume all sorts of media, including games, shows, comics, movies, etc. I've also been playing DnD for a while now with my gf and some of our friends, so that's a little extra RP experience under my belt. Also, add to this nerdiness the fact that I have a degree in Computer Science (only BSE but it's something).

  To make sure we both have fun, here are just a few rules of play:
  
  • I only do FxF roleplays (Well, I don't mind playing against a feminine/androgynous NB character either, but I'm not sure I can think of any in my fandoms)
  • I write in 3rd person past tense, I'd strongly prefer you do the same. I don't mind 3rd person present tense that much, but I've had people use 2nd person before, which is just... hm.
  • Absolutely no one-liners. I write at least a paragraph, and around three on average, I would like you to do the same. Though also, I find it hard to keep up if my partner writes like seven paragraphs, let's stick to a healthy balance.
  • Just for personal comfort, all characters we play should be 18+, if the character is younger in canon, we can age them up in some way.
  • For a similar reason, I'd also strongly prefer my partners to be 18+. Just makes things less weird.
  • I'm very relaxed on posting speed, and can't always be that fast myself, but if I don't hear from you for a week, I'll poke you to see if you're still fine, around, and interested.
  • I'm mostly interested in playing Canon x Canon stuff, I might be open to Canon x OC with me playing the Canon, if I like your OC, but I kinda don't feel like making my own OCs, so OC x OC is unlikely. The only franchises I might be convinced in are RWBY, Pokémon, and Genshin Impact.
  • I'm open to including more than one pairing in an RP (for example doing a RWBY RP with both Blake x Yang and also Weiss x Ruby) and also to playing other characters besides our main ones (which may be necessary at times)
  • When it comes to where we should do the RP, to me PMs > A private Discord server > a public thread. Not saying no to playing in a thread, but it's definitely not my first choice
  • I'm not big on too much gore, tragedy, and angst in RPs, so if that's what you're looking for, I might not be for you. I much prefer something sweet and fluffy (though ofc doesn't mean there can't be any drama, things would be boring if there wasn't)
