Powers: Diego is infected with a virus that allows him to transform himself into a raptor, and can infect other people with said virus, turning them into dinosaurs as well either by scratching or biting them while in dinosaur form. However, should Diego be severely injured, all dinosaurs will revert to their original form. While Diego is in his dinosaur form he has an increased stamina, strength, speed and vision along with being capable of mostly anything. He can either morph completely into a half-raptor, a fully pledged raptor or a partial form of it.

Diego's parents were financially weak and attempted to dispose of him as a baby. His mother thereafter became employed by a farm, but she and Diego lived in poverty in the stables. Five years later, the man that had arranged her employment demanded sexual favors from her, and upon her refusal, sabotaged their means of getting food.
No matter how hard the times he and his mother fell on, she refused to discard what little dignity they had left - she taught Diego that eating out of shoes due to lack of proper dishes was unacceptable. Partly from her example, Diego developed a strong sense of pride. Another year later his young mother died of a tetanus infection, which Diego believes to be a result from the humiliation they had to suffer. The boy grew up resenting everyone who abandoned them and swore to himself to get revenge against the man who had harassed his mother. To do this he felt the need to climb to the top of the social ladder where he could control others beneath him and to do this he joined a dangerous country-wide horse racing competition for wealth and prestige.

Biography (What was life like before the RP?):He wandered the ruins of an abandoned place, killing anyone who would end up there, or wandering the abyss. but after a while, started wandering further and further from the ruins, looking for more beings too kill for the abyss, anything that was not an ally of the abyss ended up in front of him, would probably die. he was tracked and hunted by many, not many people at all wanted him alive, he was a monster, and would not stop until his death.

This technique is used to get from one place to another quickly or used in combat to quickly evade attacks. Shunpo takes a toll on the user and if its used too much, even a master will get tired.
Expert Kido Control- Rukia is able to utilize a special type of magic called Kido to cast spells. Her training allows her to cast Kido without their long chants.

Rukia lived a complex and action packed life.
As a Soul Reaper, she was tasked with bringing the souls of the dead to the Soul Society, the next life for souls.
After becoming the captain of the 13th Division of the Gotei 13, her adventurous days of rescuing souls turned into restless days of paperwork.
After a long day and several meetings, Rukia went to her quarters and fell asleep.
She had a fantastic dream about saving people, becoming stronger, and being with her friends.
Sadly, the dream was interrupted by the morning.
When she awoke, she was somewhere... different...
She woke up in a strange place and noticed something was off about herself.
While she was unharmed, her power was cut in half due to something in her system.
A drug that limits her Reiatsu, given to her by an assassin back in the Soul Society.
She's unable to don her Soul Reaper gi or access her Bankai, but she still has her Zanpakuto.

Kira longs for a peaceful life, safe from any worry, and adopts a jolly and confident demeanor when this seems assured. Despite being very intelligent and possessing many skills, he has a strong dislike of standing out and will often go out of his way to never place higher than third in a competition to keep it this way. He becomes bothered when his habits have been disrupted and will go to extreme lengths to get them back.
Another abnormal trait about Kira are his frequent murderous impulses. He targets women, or more specifically, women with beautiful hands. He will kill any woman so long as her hands are beautiful, and then sever them and treat them as sentient objects, often having conversations with them and giving them gifts. Kira is particularly violent when someone threatens his way of life or publicly humiliates him. Since he doesn't want to be noticed, he usually tries to solve his problems without facing anyone directly. However, if left with no other choice, he will instantly try to kill whoever discovers his true nature.

He graduated from D University in 1988 with a literature degree, then moved to S city for a job at Kameyu's corporate office. He eventually transferred to the Morioh-cho branch in 1993. Starting his spree roughly when he was in high school, Kira is a serial killer who originally murdered his victims by stabbing them so viciously they were left with horrific back wounds.
His Stand, Killer Queen, came as a result of his father, Yoshihiro Kira, giving him a Stand arrow that he himself received from Enya and DIO. Killer Queen manifested from his desire to leave no evidence from his killings behind, and developed an ability to make its victims disintegrate completely. At an unknown point, Kira dubbed his Stand, but wasn't aware of what it was until far into the future. He now lets Killer Queen annihilate his victims (except for his "girlfriends'" hands), letting everyone else think that the victims have simply gone missing. Though the number of missing people would eventually attract attention, no one would have any reason to suspect that Kira was involved due to his simple demeanor and lifestyle.

He now lets Killer Queen annihilate his victims (except for his "girlfriends'" hands), letting everyone else think that the victims have simply gone missing. Though the number of missing people would eventually attract attention, no one would have any reason to suspect that Kira was involved due to his simple demeanor and lifestyle.

Still no... Speak to me as if I have never watched Hetalia before, which I have not. I want to know more. All I know is that he is controlled by many countries, he's giving guidance to his young brother, and he is slowly fading to nothing. I don't know what "fading to nothing", "dissolved", or "being controlled". I can't understand metaphors. Also, what is his occupation or key events in his life?
