Zanko is a tall, intimidating, and handsomely featured demon - appearing to be an adult. He has a tan complexion, and standing at around 6 feet and 2 inches, he weighs 167 pounds. His hair is colored a reddish/orange and is styled in a way that it resembles flames atop of his head with most of his hair in the back being pinned into a small tail. Zanko is muscular and broad-shouldered. He's also described as somewhat frightening - what with the mean glare and deep frown usually seen plastered on his face. Even when he smiles, however, he still manages to send off spine-chilling vibes. Some might take notice of his eyebrows and their naturally strange fashion; how they split at the ends, sort of resembling a snake's tongue. Zanko's eyes are thin and sharp - colored a dull orange with bright yellow crosses in the irises, a trait all demons share.

Zanko is known to be ruthless, loud, hot-headed, and psychotically humored. He attacks first and asks questions later. Even as a human man, he was known to have taken the lives of many people - never showing a hint of remorse. He's also rather obnoxious, mainly due to his lack of knowledge on the human world. Most demons are put through training before entering into contracts with humans, but he forced his way into the group without undergoing the required tests - This goes to show his "it's my way or no way" attitude. Zanko can be rather perverted when it comes to women. He's also a major homophobe due to a certain Demon who claims Zanko to be his lover always clinging to him. The poor guy has probably died in the Underworld a good 100+ times.

Underworldly Reputation


Zanko is very highly disliked by the citizens of the Underworld. Since before he even became a demon, they knew from just watching him live on Earth that he'd be a disaster. There was no Heaven in wait for him come the time of his death - I mean... not even Hell wanted him. During his time as a human, he was known for leading bandits into towns and taking all that was good, ruining people's lives, causing mass murders, etc. He was already a demon. Now, as someone from the Underworld, he constantly disobeys the Monarchy's orders and disrespects his elders. Zanko is mostly remembered because of his random tendencies to shove his fellow demons into the pits, resulting in their deaths - Though, demons cannot actually die. Death for them is like blacking out after severe pain, then waking back up in the Underworld's 'sanctuary' without a single memory lost; they remember everything.

Life As A Man


June 28th, 1603 - A man by the name of Akabashi Katsunori was born into a life of hard labor and poverty. His mother died giving birth, in which his father handed him off to a travelling merchant, Gacha, in refusal to raise a child on his own. This "Gacha", however, turned out to be more than just a mere merchant looking to make a bit of pocket change by travelling the dirt roads of edo period Japan. Gacha was fifty-four years of age when he took Akabashi in as his own and began to raise him. Many people knew him as an urban legend - a samurai wielding god who reigned above all else. He was feared by some, and worshiped by others. Gacha, of course, didn't see himself as what everyone titled and claimed him to be. He was just a normal man with normal wants and needs - One of those wants being the desire for a child to carry on his ways. That child ended up being Akabashi, the son of a runaway shinobi and a forgotten royal.


Thus led to the rising of another infamous legend. Akabashi was trained to wield a sword and fight like a man - to work like a man. He was raised under strict rules; never was he allowed to wander off alone until his talents and skills proved him able to defend himself. Gacha, himself, challenged the boy on a daily basis. He taught him to act fast, to be prepared at all times, to be strong and determined, Akabashi learned it all. Everything but wisdom. He grew eager for more power as time went on. Living every day of his life on a farm secluded from the outside world bored him. He wanted adventure. What else to do with one's talent other than put it to the test? So, to meet his own desires, Akabashi left home in the middle of the night without a word towards the man he'd known as his father. He just disappeared. (WIP)

Alina doesnt normally worry too much unless it seems odd or too good to be true. She tends to question things a lot and like clear answers before making her choices. She isnt easy to make upset but when she does she tends to rage for a while. Most of the time she tries not to let events get her down. She hopes for the best but is prepared for the worst.

Biography

Alina is an only child who lost her parents when she was just turning of age to be on her own. She was able to stay with the house and with some help from friends keep living and paying it off. Of course she lives on her own and making money is a bit hard when working part-time. She decided that she would also try and go to college and its mostly been working out for her. Except in summer she goes from part-time to full-time employee, if they let her. Alina uses the minimal she needs to survive and although living conditions arent great she has some friends who help her out when she needs food, normally when its time to pay the bills.
