She can create, shape and manipulate all forms of physical literary objects that are printed, written or drawn (books, comics, magazines, etc.), including their physical forms/materials and anything written, printed, illustrated, or drawn in them. (Basically anything written down she can make happen for example if something said "and then it snowed" the area she was in would snow). However she has to have the page open and her eyes on the words she wants to make happen.

Equipment: A highly technical suit that allows her to store a large amount of e-books and bring them up onto the suits hood three maximum at a time. It also allows her highlight keywords in a book saving her from having to read it more than one in order to find what she is looking for.
Bio:
Snow was born to a family where only one of her parents had a Quirk and that was her mother, her father didn't have a quirk and as such growing up was rather had well at first anyhow, her mothers Quirk was one that allowed her to animate any object that she touched, things such as chairs and tables. Snow spent most her childhood time reading books and its thought this is where she evolved her mothers Quirk into her own. From when she got her Quirk they was only one thing on her mind attend Yuuei and become a hero.

She can Project any kind of Light Spectrum from a normal sunlight to Laser and Gamma Rays, However this ability is very hard to control, as the Light Particles projected are badly scattered, and sometimes can temporarily blind her.

Hi-Tech Suit that enhance her Control on the Light Projection, allows her to create concentrated beam, Laser Sword, and things that she previously unable to use regarding her lack of control. The Suit also provide her with flight ability by using Electromagnetic Pulse.
Bio:
Zoe's father was a genius Businessman that doesn't inherit any quirk, but marry a woman who is a female hero with the ability of Magnetic Manipulation. Her father, despite doesn't have any Quirk used his genius mind to create a suit of armor that makes him on par with her mother and other Quirk User.
When Zoe was 3 years old, a Villains Named Mechano planning to turn the Nation inhabitants into Robotic Zombie. Eventually Mechano scheme was prevented when her mother sacrifices her life to use the full extent of her ability to defeat Mechano machine army. Since then, Zoe was raised by her father who have also abandoned her armored persona and focusing on managing his businesses and raising his one child.
When Zoe first discovered her power, her father was very worried as he feared that he would lose her, just like her mother. But in time her father having get used to it, send her to attend Yuuei for Zoe to learn on how to be a hero, like her mother before her.
