Appearance; Jagged locks, obviously self-cut, bleached white with strands of ruby red, emerald green, sapphire blue, and electrical yellow. Maroon eyes that compliment his wolfish expression, canines/teeth sharpened to devilish points. Cloak like jacket that's large about the hood, black tufts like miniature devil horns protruding from the top. A gold, looped earing dangles the left tuft. Silvery, columbia blue band lining the outer edge, the rest a pale lilac purple that's almost white. Ties together at three different sections with string. Burgundy shirt that's ragged in style along with plain black pants. A faint scar is across his left cheek, along with a smile-shaped scar on his throat. The smiling scar is covered by a black collar with a soundless (empty) gold bell matching his earring on the front. His physique is nimble and not too strong, as he's rather agile. Along his hip and half-way up his back are long, ragged scars. His voice has a street-edge, with a faint, barely -almost unnoticable- french accent to it.

Bio; In France he was born, adopted by an aristrocrat man whose wife was barren and unable to have children, his own biological mother and father too poor to support and care for a child. While his adoptive father, Adrian, wasn't abusive, he was strict and expected Gaspar (called Aimé at the time) to live up to a nobles standards. However the young boy was unruly and troublesome, often thieving despite being adopted into a wealthy family, and taunting others or just generally causing trouble. To try to control him, the boy's father set him in private tutoring (no public or private schools). He was also not allowed outside the mansion's property, or even outside. One of his tutors was an Englishman named Basil, whom taught him the spelling, grammer, etc. of both French and English and nicknamed him Gaspar (which the boy later took on as his first name). "Gaspar" favoured this tutor, so he would often steal things from him so to treasure the memories they brought. Although Gaspar was lazy and thieving Basil was also, in a fatherly sense, fond of him, giving the boy sweets and American trinkets and such. He forced Gaspar to excercise when he was lazy or disobedient, although it was also to help keep him fit, since Gaspar was unable to go outside. Basil extremely disliked the boy's father, often spoken to in a condescending manner for being an American and of being only middle-class, but remained a tutor for Gaspar. When Gaspar reached the age of ten he contracted a terrible disease, to which he nearly died from, and that his mother caught and was potentially crippled from. Both his mother and father had a dislike for the Englishman, whom he spent more time with once his mother was sick and his father was out on business. Soon after his mother become sick Basil was fired, and Gaspar was left with only his other, unfavourable teachers and stolen trinkets. As his mother was chronically ill, he was to remain outside now (reversing as to before his mother was well) so to not bother her or anything of the sort. Two years passed, as to which Gaspar, whom has kleptomania, steadily became more rebellious and mischivous as he nearly started to begin his teen years. Basil returned to France and to Gaspar, having went back to America to further study after being fired, and talked to the boy after so long. Hating having to remain so silent and obedient to his demanding parents he asked Basil if he could instead live with him. Happily agreeing, having no family of his own after spending his life devoted to his occupation, Basil went to take Gaspar with him on a return trip to America but was arrested at the airport for supposed kidnapping- knowing the boy's father would stubbornly refuse to release the adopted son he had raised and therefore spent too much time and money on, Basil had not said anything to Aidrian. Being a powerful, wealthy man, the Englishman was without hope and arrested. Greatly resenting this Gaspar further strayed from his father as a rebel, bleaching and dying his hair for one, and as he aged he involved himself into bad crowds, eventually even slipping into BlackMarket business. As a kleptomaniac it suited him well, and he was effiecently nimble and sneaky enough to not get caught, or to get away if something did occur, using his quick-witt and swift agility. He planned to use the money acquired from so to bail out Basil. However in doing so many promises, exchanges, etc. were made and a hitman was hired to kill Gaspar after he was late to finish off a deal. The bullet, aimed for his skull, simply grazed his cheek and thus gifting him off the scar due to the glare off his collar and bell. He'd stolen it from his mother's pet cat, Lyonette, and it momentarily blinded the shooter, and their aim was off. His father became aware of Gaspar's thieving business and to teach his son a lesson Adrian ratted out the boy to the police. In prison, at the age of fifteen, he was nearly killed several times in a four-month span, the jail he was in known for the younger convicts getting killed off soon enough. Due to his thieving skills, he was able to escape almost any situation. One day though four inmates ganged up on him. They had a bed spring, the edge dully sharpened, and used it to try to slit his throat. A guard caught them in the act though and luckily the edge was too dull to cut so deeply or quickly, and he recieved medical attention, along withh a new scar. Once four months passed his father bailed him out and deported his unruly, criminal-prone son to America at sixteen. Easily able to survive in America, knowing the English languauge from his old language tutor, Gaspar almost instantly returned to thieving as an occupation, again -although with more caution and experience- discovering the American BlackMarket. Much like a wandering gypsy he stole, sold, and moved on, becoming so well known in the BlackMarket industry that he earned the nickname, derived from the meaning of his name and thieving ability Treasure Master.

Personality; At first, Gaspar will seem to have a casual, laid-back attitude, with an almost teasing carelessness. He does have a devilish charm and flirtatious nature, rather affectionate even to strangers and those he just met. Despite having an occasional and outward appearance of an easy-going and relaxed behaviour, he is actually quite wary of people, and with an innocent regard he tries to distinguish a person's motives, behavior, etc. He's easily amused, especially with what other's like or dislike, along with their reactions/actions. Often he'll do things simply to get a rise from them. Gaspar speaks French often, not always translating what he says, often for his own humor. As well as he can irritate and mock people he can become sweetly comforting and almost loving, although only to those whom intrigue him. Otherwise, Gaspar can be cold-hearted towards those that he dislikes, or those that simply bore him. He often doesn't get attatched to people, much like a gypsy moving on without remorse, and true love is difficult for his playful, toying heart. However to those he does admit to loving, he is rather protective of them, even spoiling them rotten as much as he can. In general, he hates to see people cry, and normally does whatever he believes will help comfort them, often with kind, close getsures, such as hugging for example. Gaspar considers himself, "A lover not a fighter", although if certain situations press or if the one whom he deeply cares about is in danger, than he will fight; even though he's unable to help taunting them and often further increasing their anger. He jusitfies his thieving ways by saying, "What's mine is yours, What's yours is mine, and whoever gets it back wins". With his kleptomania, it doesn't quite bother him, as he can return things if he wishes. He also only keeps what he steals if it holds sentimental value to him. Quick-witted and sly, he can be considered reckless and stupid (in comment sense) but his attributes inable him to escape most anything; and he knows so. Not exactly a braggard, although he will do so to mock people, he's mockingly modest, well aware of his skills and flaws. Knowledgeable from being forced to study as a young child by his father, Gaspar also retains some French gestures and such and although clever some American knowledge is unknown to him. Also, he can be rather secretive and reluctant to really get genuinely close to someone. To wrap it up, a quote from him; " I'm a lover and a thief, not a fighter. I'll swipe your heart right out of your chest then sell it on the BlackMarket~"

Trivia- His orignal French name, Aimé, means "Loved". Before his mother became ill Gaspar actually had an okay relationship with his mother; somewhat of a "Mommy's Boy". Out of all the macroons, his top three favourate flavors are rasberry, mocha, and coconut. Gaspar is both Persian and French, translating to Treasure Master (of which was a complete but wonderful coincidence). His fear of dogs devolped when he was attacked by a rabid dog, of which nearly killed him- he got the shots though- and when he was once attacked by a police dog. The shades of coloured strands in his hair are loosely based off of the colours of Pokemon games (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire). They're also gems- treasure~ Bilingual
