Wow, it's been so long since I've actually been on. - and I have to say, I do love this updated look!
Anyways, hello hello! I've had this idea for a while and I'd love love love to try it out! Of course, my normal rules apply - be nice, don't god-mod, type two or three paragraphs at least, I roleplay over public threads, etc etc. Also, I would love to roleplay the female in these, just because I'm out of practice and need to warm up again. So, here are the plots!
YC = Your Character
MC = My Character
FANTASY
One out of, say, half-million people have been blessed with some sort of power. Most are weak - maybe they can create a breeze, or fill a glass with water. However, there are maybe nine or ten people who are born with extreme power - out of the entire worlds population. MC (My Character) has the ability to create flawless glass of any color and shape out of nothing at all. She opens a quiet business of interior decorating. YC could be another "Mage," a wealthy businessman with a snobby attitude and just wanting more money. When he hears about MC, he immediately knows he must have her on his team(Whatever his business is). He won't anticipate her burning desire to be her own person, rarely flaunting her abilities or wealth with parties or social events, prefering her quiet library room. This plot could just be a struggle to get along, and while it sounds bland in this plot-form, it's super fun in action.
FANTASY
So, it's modern day in the human realm. YC is a local who had somehow stumbled across a very, very well hidden door with an X across the top center. He traced it, and it opened to show a different world. Well, really just a room, but you'll see what I mean if you choose this plot. MC, is a chimaera - hamsas on her palms, the whole deal. She asked YC if he wished to make a deal for service(She somehow knew that his sister passed away). He agrees to her price - to collect teeth from all over the world. The door is magic - it will go anywhere she wants it to go. He collects the teeth from people who find them for the Chimaera, and gives them their payment of whatever(We'd skip over most of these). Eventually, MC decides to train him how to build 'resurrection necklaces' from the teeth and different stones and gems. He's so talented that after his sister is back, he joins her there permanently. Romance could be integrated if you'd like.

So, lets say there's earth - and then there's earth-but-not-earth. In this world there's vampires, trolls, shapeshifters, elves etc etc(This is loosely based of Forbidden Forest by Tenaya Jayn, an excellent read 12/10 would recommend). FC is a Halfling (elf and shapeshifter - she had change everything but her eyes and her ears, and go invisible) and worked extremely hard and is basically the most badass guard ever now like whoa buddy don't touch me I will s l a y you. Anyways, YC is the supposedly assassinated son of the king (a pureblood vampire or whatever species you prefer) and MC must escort him across the Dark Forest because goddamnit he may be the prince and be wicked good with a sword but he's never really travelled anywhere dangerous. So, she's protecting his flirty and promiscuous ass across ultra-dangerous lands to another kingdom and trying her best to duck his advances. Buuuuuuut even the hardass bitch she is can't duck him forever and there's small moments that he taunts her with and she stoically ignores him because she knows the prince of the land can't be with a halfling like her.
SCI-FI
YC is some sort of jacked-up dude from some-lab-somewhere and he's saved the world, is basically Captain America in real life, can get literally any woman he wants, and doesn't go on any dates. Anyways, Mr. I'mSoYoungYetRich finds a seventeen year old girl who was kicked out from her families home for some reason half-dead in the snow and brings her home. He finds out that she has a power that's basically violence - whenever someone tries to hurt her or someone she loves, they get hurt and mangles and eesh it's not pretty. Anyways, he recognizes the tattoo on her back one day as the one he has and knows she's from the lab he is from and so there's this really physically touchy really protective relationship between them and literally everyone is waiting for them to kiss in public, especially since he travels a lot for his business or whatever like c'mon guys we all think you're screwing at home.
