Always living life as an outcast from society wasn't always the most...
luxurious lifestyle. No matter what, you felt you could never fit into society. However, this isn't some silly adolescent phase -- This is anything but a phase, this is your life. Being born with a 'gift' made your parents want to keep society from finding you out. To keep the government and media's eyes off of you, to prevent you from being treated like a freak.

Life was... ordinary. If that's what you'd want to call it.

That is until your parents received a strange letter in the mail...

r20q3m.jpg

In almost a heartbeat, your parents called up the number -- Without waiting for you to say whether you wanted to go or not. Now, here you are, on a one-way plane ride to the so-called Upsilon Illusio Academy.

What will be in store for you?

[scene]

The newly arriving students of Upsilon Illusio were brought to Moonlit Isle via a plane that landed in Cirie Metropolis, and they were soon escorted into an airship that took off and was now soaring over the said metropolis. A guide was describing the features, as well as what the city is known for, but as soon as he had finished - A group of adults exited a door that led to the lower decks of the airship. The said adults were the main group of teachers, a retired teacher, and the Headmistress. At that moment, the Captain called all attention towards the adults.

This is where we begin.

Constance Winter

A small smile graced the pale lips of Headmistress Winter, who to many were known simply as Miss Winter. She was dressed in a regal manner, which contracted to how one's everyday principal would dress in any normal school, and her long, white hair was shining in the bright sun. Her blue eyes sparkled with glee, and she gave a warm smile towards the crowd.

"Greetings, new students." Her voice came out just as joyful as she appeared, she stepped forth from the group of adults to stand in the middle of the space. "I would like to thank you all for joining my academy; you all would know me as Miss Winter. As most of you would already know, we are not your average, everyday school. We serve more than a purpose to educate the youth of the world around them - But instead, we educate them on what's within them. In this case, that would be the very gifts you possess."

A sudden strong breeze blew over them, causing her hair to fly up with the current. She remained still, and still kept her smile.
"We here at Upsilon Illusio are dedicated to assist you in learning how to master and manage your gifts, no matter how uncontrollable it may seem. Most of us derive from a past of ridicule, or plain discontentment with who we are - Seeing ourselves as different from the status quo. That's the purpose of this academy, it is to place you in a safer environment."

Blue eyes sought out the group of teachers', and smiled for them to come up and introduce themselves.

Balthazar Andromeda

This was it, now was the time to meet new students. Damn, did they all look far different from the last batch they had. At first, Constance gathered a group of the same age - But Balthazar guessed that she grew weary of keeping the same order all the time, and placing people in different grades due to their age. He understood that, also it made teaching a class far more convenient. The different ages being in the same class just made everyone look so... equal.

"Well, guess it's my go. It's nice to meet you, kiddos. I'm Balthazar Andromeda." The onyx-haired male introduced himself, his hands folded behind his back. "Feel free to call me Mr. Andromeda, or whatever nicknames your hearts desire." He added with a playful grin. His expression soon grew solemn again, and he walked around the circle of students, observing each and everyone of them, fearlessly looking into their eyes.

"This is gonna sound pretty cheesy, but just by lookin' into your eyes - I see a lot of good potential in you guys." He said with a nod, then trotted back to the center where Constance stood. "You all will have the majority of teachers you see here before you - With the exception of Miss Winter, and ol' Mr. Sordem over there. Trust me, you guys are in good hands. No matter what your power, Miss Winter has specially designed every class to assist you in managing your gifts."

Balthazar always had a knack for talking about how great their school was on the first day, he never grew tired of it. It was true, their school was incredibly designed to suit any power. Now he turned back towards the teachers, and smiled brightly, as a sign to call yet another teacher up to the spotlight.

Lilith Hyde

2my4rux.png

The pinkette was standing within the crowd, black high-heeled combat boots allowing her better view over the scene. She was nervous, if anything, and practically felt her heart pounding out of her chest. To make things even worse, it was obvious. Shadows were sweeping over her body like spirits trying to find a way to possess her.

Despite how she felt internally, her expression showed a far more harder expression. Her brows were furrowed, and her arms were crossed over her chest. She almost seemed unapproachable, with the shadows combined with how she held herself - If it wasn't for her pink hair, she would have looked like some kind of punk.

Her blue gaze widened when the teacher
--Mr. Andromeda was it? What a cool name...-- began walking around the circle of students, looking everyone in the eye. Those hazel eyes shone gold in the sunlight, and seemed to break through Lilith's exterior appearance. It was almost as though he knew exactly what she was thinking, and it made her uncomfortable and excited both at the same time.

Her gaze then quickly averted, and she looked over the crowd. Everyone seemed so...
different. There was a short girl with white hair, a girl in a wheelchair, a guy with.. a robotic arm?! That was amazing! And a pair of... twins? Lilith felt her heart sink at the mere mention of twins, and her gaze lowered down to her boots. No, no, Lili.. You can't do this here.. You're alright.. She mentally reminded herself.

You're alright.

Professor Maxwell

The Scottish gym teacher, and art professor stood beside his fellow teachers, gazing upon the students with a drink in his hand. So many students meant a lot of work coming for them, but that didn't bother him. That also meant there was a lot of souls to break, hearts to crush, and bodies to break with his classes. Since there was so many students, one with a strange flexible body, there was never going to be a
normal day for them ever.

"Ah, Look at all ye Sheeps! A diverse bunch eh?" Maxwell said with a rich accent only found from the highlands of Scotland, sipping some scotch. "Well... That means there is going to be a lot of you trying to show off, be the best, and win it all... Guess what, there are no
winners in my class, only survivors." he moaned almost falling over, with plenty of frightened stares looking up at him, including an angry glare from the headmistress.

It was crude of him to be so harsh with an opening statement, bringing fear in new students who were just trying to fit in. Maxwell chuckled, brushing some dust off his expensive leather duster. It was all part of his plan, to find who would rise and who would fall.

"Oh and don't forget, I'm holding a blacksmith course for 3 lucky students who are brave enough to learn
real art. Be sure to sign up on this parchment here." He said, holding a piece of brown parchment titled:Blacksmith Signees

Blacksmith Signees, Only 3 positions open.

"Don't be shy, we could be starting a new friendship! Ha ha hahaha ha!" he laughed chipperly, finishing his scotch slamming the glass on the ground, grabbing a pint of ale from a nearby table.

Sebastian Ramirov

The day was finally here, Sebastian and many other students were on their way to Miss Winter's School for the Uniquely Gifted, also known as Upsilon Illusio. Maybe he could finally control the Dragon Revenant inside of him, taming the beast that had brought fear to him for 12 long years. Many other students surrounded him, students from all walks of life. Some were french, others Japanese American, even children were attending this school which would seem slightly awkward since they are surrounded by dozens of teenagers with strange gifts and raging libidos.

Today Sebastian wore a black no-iron shirt with a black vest with green swirls, and cheap slacks along with his mask. He felt many stares from all around because of his mask, given to him by his parents. This mask was meant to hide the Revenant inside, and make sure that no one would know the evil within. Who knows maybe he'd find another masked student with a similar story but the odds of that were slim.

Speaking of gifts, Sebastian had a dangerous 'gift' that was more of a curse. With one sentence he would become a raging beast with no sense of his former self, one word can trigger the horrors of transformation, but there were some students with gifts far more powerful. One person who preferred to be called 'Stretch' was showing off his unusual flexibility, bending arms back to sickening angles, making Sebastian gag behind his mask.

The Headmistress, Constance summoned all the students to one room to make an announcement. She stood there wearing a beautiful dress that would better suit the elite at a grand party, standing beside other teachers making an announcement.

In this case, that would be the very gifts you possess." @KawaiiDemonQueen13

'Not your average everyday school? We already know that.' Sebastian thought, rubbing his head gently. The really exciting thing was learning about the world around them, and the scary part was learning about his own 'gift'. Sebastian decided to mingle with the other students so he wouldn't be seen as an outcast, one thing he hated most. The first person he met was a young lady named Anais Beaumont, a girl who spoke french.
@Vague

"Hello there." Sebastian murmured nervously.

Yukino's pale hand smoothed down her light grey blazer, her free hand gripping onto her tie and adjusting it. Yukino wasn't as self concious as the other girls (and boys) there, though she'd like to look neat for her soon to be schoolmates and teachers. Her bright pink eyes darted to her feet, black semi-formal shoes on as usual, with her stockings to maintain modesty. The pink haired female dusted some dirt off her blazer, her hand lightly brushing over her headphones before she stood at attention again, looking from person to person and judging them the one way she didn't quite like: By their appearance.

From where she was standing she could tell a few of the other's personality traits already. It was either they were too see-through or Yukino was just that good. Blondie over there was a tsundere for sure, it was obvious from the way she was standing, like she thought she was above everyone else.
"She probably thinks she's tall... But c'mon now, I'm taller." There was a boy with ashy blonde hair, it took a bit before Yukino could detect a confirmed trait. "Troublemaker probably..." She muttered, sighing as her eyes returned to the cool and composed look she always had on.

Yukino tilted her head up to the sky, tired of judging everyone around her. The island was beautiful, it was like the sky was bluer than usual, even Yukino, who wasn't an outdoors person was able to appreciate the clear sky today. She let out a breath, her thumb running over a small scratch she'd gained when she fell just a few minutes ago. Yukino wouldn't peel at it, it might start bleeding, and a knife might just pop out of her hand, but it was regenerating fast so she didn't have to worry about that. Yukino then looked towards the teacher, letting out a deep sigh.

Anaïs Beaumont

258807.jpg

Anaïs stood in the crowd of gifted students with a smile on her face. She was finally at Upsilon, and maybe she would learn to control her mental projection a bit more. She looked up at Miss Winter, who was stunningly beautiful in her opinion, and listened to the opening speech. She listened closely to the teachers who introduced themselves as well. Anaïs was a bit of a teacher's pet, and enjoyed forming relationships with her instructors...er, friendships, of course. The island was as beautiful as the headmistress, with clear skies and lots of nature.

While Anaïs had her ability
mostly under control, there were a few kinks she had to work out. For one, when she was distracted while trying to project something, the projection could become something else entirely. Also, if her emotions take control over her during the process, very chaotic things can occur. This is why she's at Upsilon, to gain more control, and not necessarily to learn how to use it.

The brunette knew she would have little trouble making friends - she was pretty sociable and enjoyed talking to people. She wasn't expecting someone else to approach her first, however. A male with a mask covering his face came up to her, mumbling out a greeting. "Bonjour," Anaïs replied without thinking, then clasped her hands over her mouth. She was embarrassed and blushed slightly. "Uh, sorry...force of habit..." she said after lowering her hands.

HIBIKI KITA

Gareki.full.1495080.jpg

This was more people than Hibiki imagined. There were too many people,
way too many. His old school was barely enough to handle, and there were only about thirty students in his whole grade there. This... this was too much. He could already feel a headache setting in. He was feeling way too many emotions from those around him. Nerves. Anger. Happiness. Anxiety. Sadness. Excitement. Everything.

Someone started talking—Miss Winter, it seemed—and Hibiki had to shut his eyes tightly. He knew he had to relax, even though everything was so
loud. He was able to concentrate just enough to understand what she and the teachers were saying, but the painful pounding in his head wouldn't cease. I thought I had this under control, the black haired teen thought to himself. He knew he technically could handle this situation; he had lasted much longer with bigger crowds. The likely cause of his current lack of control was the fact that he was so far away from home.

I'll get used to it, Hibiki vowed to himself, forcing his eyes open again. His parents would be devastated if they knew he didn't enjoy the school, since this school was the only option for him to achieve any sort of normalcy in life. He'd give it some time—it'd be illogical to make assumptions about a year that hadn't yet happened—and tried to see if there was a better place he could go to listen. As he searched, Hibiki couldn't find a better spot than the one he was already in, but he could see the exact details of everyone, from their faces to the ruffles of their clothes. The breeze was felt on every inch of his skin, making it buzz. He shivered—not from the cold, but from the sensitivity of himself—and tried to at least concentrate on blocking out the feelings of the group of strangers. It was a challenge, but eventually he felt okay enough to visibly relax himself and listen to the speakers again.

@any one

Catalina Acosta

Catalina looked around, not really paying attention to the headmistress. She was more focused on her soon to be classmates, and how strange they all seemed. Growing up she had never met anyone else with powers, and yet now they were all in one room, and how different they all were. There was a girl in a wheelchair, an annoyed looking student with pink hair, and a boy with a mask. They all seemed to be from different countries as well, judging by the different accents she could hear. Even the teachers looked different from what she had expected.

Luckily, most of her spirits had decided to give her a few hours of respite, but Alfred was still with her, though he was being quiet for once. He knew that, even if he did talk to her, she wouldn't have responded. It wouldn't be a good idea to look crazy in front of her new classmates, even she knew that, as dense as she could be.

Truth be told, Catalina felt rather out of place. A lot of the people around her looked either annoyed, or were talking. She wanted to talk to someone too, so she smoothed her usual blue dress, and headed over to the girl with pink hair. She had looked quite intimidating to begin with, but now she had a nervous expression. "Buenos días!" She waved, smiling happily at the girl

Jacob Luxor

Jacob stood in the back of the group of teachers, building up his nervousness and boredom. No one would be able to see his face due to the coat zipped up to his nose and a hat to his eyes. But this was for the best, as they would only see a face with a mouth drooping in sadness, almost in tears. He was shaking slightly with all of the nervous jitters. He did nothing to brighten himself up however, as his sadness and boredom would inspire feelings of happiness, enthusiasm and confidence in his fellow teachers and new students. He gave a deep, long sigh, and stepped forward. His voice sounded like it had just woken up, and it's owner was dragging it to the funeral of every single person it had ever known. It was also muffled by the furry inside of his coat, covering his face. "Hello everyone. I will be your guidance counselor. I hope you feel wonderful here. I know you are feeling some conflicting emotions, but I'm sure you will all settle in just fine." He stepped back, hoping the positive emotions emitting in waves off of him had helped. He pulled down his hat even further, hiding the tears that now fell from his eyes (even though his face was already covered and cloaked in shadow) and returned to his place in the back of the group.

Nikolai Laguna

Nikolai leaned against one of the walls, smirking at how invested everyone else seemed. He didn't care about what any of them were saying, nor did he bother to socialise with any of the people he was going to be stuck with for the rest of the year. Taking a sip of the coffee he had brought with him (He had pots of instant coffee in his bag as well, just in case he needed it), he studied everyone's auras. Most of them were a bright yellow, obviously from excitement, but one boy had a darker red aura, generally considered to represent pain, and another girl had a brighter red aura to show she was alert

Nikolai didn't particularly want to go to the school. He supposed it was better than dealing with his parents, but still, it meant he had to leave the few friends he had actually bothered to make, and he had a feeling that he wouldn't be able to get away with not doing homework, or messing around with the teacher's interactive whiteboard to delay the lesson further. They must have an idea of the powers everyone has, so there was no way he would get away with it.

Ryan stood amidst the crowd of random strangers that he'd never seen before this. He's never been in such a cramped space with so many people before. His mind was racing, he was unsure of what to do, there were way to many people all around him for him to think straight. He just stood there and frantically looked around for a place where he could be away from all the people. He then spotted a lone corner away from the majority of the kids and started to walk over to it hurrying his pace as he got closer.

Once he got over to the corner, he just stood in it quite awkwardly. Now that he was away from the bulk of the people, he started to think over the situation he was in. It dawned on him that he would actually have to interact with these people and he shuddered at that thought. The last thing he wanted to do was to talk to some random person, who would probably ask him abut his arm, they always do. He decided that he'd better look over at everyone he could, so that he might get a better understanding of the people he'll have to talk to later. I mean he could probably just look though all of their phones, but that would probably make them upset.

He scanned over everybody in the room. There were two people with bright pink hair, one of which was dressed in a way that was rather weird compared to what he had been used to. There was a small girl in a wheelchair, a pair of twins, and a weird elastic guy. He started rubbing his robotic arm nervously when a group of adults came down to the lower deck. The headmistress said something about educating and assisting them, but he wan't really paying attention, he was caught up in his own little world now. Several staff members had gone and introduced themselves at this point, but Ryan still wasn't paying much attention to anything at this point, only about how he'd actually have to talk to people.

Ju's eyes were in constant motion with everything around her. Everything was so new and unknown, worthy of observation and many other things. It pique her curious nature massively and she couldn't ignore the siren's call of exploration and discovery...On the other hand, her twin Kun was just trying to get by with her book when Desmond had the insane idea to unbutton his shirt off because it was 'hot'. Really? And she wonders why he's often the target in target practice with Ju. Connor didn't follow suit since he was looking out for Ju. Ezio on the other hand took his shirt off right off and just smiled for all to see before he was reminded that the ladies can't see him via Altair.

"Kun, where's Ju?"

Connor said while looking around for the familiar head of silver white hair done up in a Japanese hair style to only find no one with the shiny crystal around their neck as well. Kun took her book down a little bit to see where her twin had run off to and fully pulled it down when she couldn't find Ju anywhere.

'SHIT! This can't be happening on our first day! Ju, why did you have to run off to explore different places?!'

Leonardo Cathair smiled, a bit small though. This was a bit overwhelming for him but he had to give it his all. Although which personality should he use to address the students? Bubbly and hyper, Stoic and calm, or flirty and suave? Stoic and calm it was then since he had used Flirty and Suave way too often for his personal taste. Though with Maxwell's 'fear speech' had possibly many students frightened out of their wits, stoic and calm would be better than Flirty and Suave, though bubbly and hyper would get them wondering why he was a teacher in the first place.

"Ciao a Tutti. My name is Leonardo Cathair. I'm your Tech and Health Teacher but don't let Professor Maxwell scare you. Many of you will come and go in these halls. Some will leave and some will stay. Its only up to you with how you manage your powers here to be possibly accepted back into society outside the island. If anyone has a question on what tech needs to be repaired or health wise please ask away."

He said before stepping back and glancing sideways to Maxwell. He knew that Maxwell would be calling on him to possibly demonstrate his powers over metal but for now...He just hope none of the students tried to flirt with him.

August Sordem

August Sordem cracked his knuckles one by one. He took his time on each finger pressing down and waiting for the satisfying pop of released pressure in his aging joints. He loved the feeling and often did it absentmindedly, but today he had to admit that nerves were eating him up from the inside and he needed something to distract his racing mind.

Right after Christmas, the first day of term was the best day of the year for August. He loved seeing the joyful faces of new students as they boarded the aircraft, sounds of shy laughter filling the spaces, and the underatanding eyes of the students as they got to know each other for the first time, finally realizing that they aren't alone. At times August had to control himself just in case he broke his facade and cracked a small smile. Cute smiles on cute faces were infectious, after all.

Right now his face was built to play the most intense game of poker to exist. The wrinkles on his face quilted it perfectly, each crevasse and dip gave him that extra oomph.
That extra grump-factor. At times, he looked slightly intimidating but that wasn't a true reflection of his personality.

His dark, deep set eyes scanned the aircraft. It was hopeless but every year there was a little glimmer of hope somewhere deep inside of him that one of the brand new students would maybe try to give him a chance at friendship. He longed to have someone to chat to while sweeping up the leaves in the yards. Constance and Balthazar were both so...
Cool. They made friends with the pupils easily but nobody ever bothered to get to know August.

As he listened to them speak and introduce themselves to the pupils, August tried to think of something witty to say. He decided to not take the fun approach, that'd be too fake, and he decided against Mr. Maxwell's mean demeanour too. He wasn't a nasty person. A little sly and grumpy, maybe, but never anything but considerate of other's feelings.

It was his turn to speak in front of the students and just like every year he froze up. Everything he had just thought of simply disappeared from his mind. Embarassed, he looked down, cheeks reddening.

"Hello, everyone," he said, quietly, looking up at Constance for reassurance. Her smile always made him feel a little bit better about himself. "I'm August Sordem and I'm the janitor here at Upsilon. I used to teach History back in the day but... My memory isn't that good anymore and yes..." His voice faded out.

Not sure of what to say after that, he took a step back and sank into a wall trying hard to not look anybody in the eye.

Eden Ono

Every end is a new beginning.

Eden stood at the back of the crowd of students on her tiptoes. Standing behind a large group of very tall individuals wasn't the best idea; especially if you were only 4'8" like she was.

After a while of desperate swaying and trying to look through gaps between students she gave up. Instead she focused on looking around and inspecting who she was about to spend her future years in class with.

There were both boys and girls, which wasn't unusual for Eden since she attended public school for a while, and they were all
very different. There were girls with pink hair, a boy with a mask on, some very gloomy looking students and some people that looked completely normal. It was a very large group and that was something she didn't expect. When she imagined this moment she thought there would only be maybe five or six others; but there were at least thirty students (and a few teachers) huddled in the small space.

She knew that sooner or later she would have to make friends with some of these students, not that she minded, but she wasn't quite sure where to start. She wanted to either find someone quiet or anyone that didn't look like they would stab her to death if she opened her mouth.

Her attention was captured by a red-haired boy inching his way over to an empty corner. His arm was made out of what looked like a whole car split into pieces and put back together but overall she didn't see anything off about him. He definitely didn't look dangerous.
But then again who knows? Maybe that arm has the power of a thousand men, she thought to herself. Ignoring it, she slowly crept over to him, trying to avoid bringing anyone else's attention to her.

A part of her piqued attention was the fact that the boy had something different about him,
physically. She thought about the markings on her face and touched the white spot on her left cheek with her index finger. It was going to be hard getting used to feeling comfortable in her own skin around such a large amount of people. So far nobody had stared at her which was a good sign. She pushed the self-conscious thoughts away.

Out of understanding as to how it felt she made no signs of being shocked or even interested in the boy's arm. She knew from experience that asking questions was a very bad idea too. If the person wanted to tell you they would do so out of their own accord.

With a shy smile she leant against the wall next to the redhead.

"Don't like being the center of attention, huh?"

Isaac Clayton

Location - Lower deck

Tags - @RoyalPhoenix32

Isaac's seen some really cool things throughout his life. Wether it was an insanely chewed up pencil or a really modern looking skyscraper, Isaac believed that the world couldn't offer any more to him. But right now, he'd happily object to that. First there was a plane ride. It was decent, and it was nothing of particular interest, though Isaac would've preferred it if he was flying with Economy plus. These first world problems seem to sweep him quickly, and they wash away at the same speed. Gazing in awe at the view from a floating airship, was one of these moments where Isaac ignored all of his minuscule problems. The city had some extreme fantasy vibes expelling from its walls, and it felt like Isaac was looking at Disney World after a century of more renovations. The city itself? It looked gorgeous. With tall, monumental buildings reaching the sky. The surroundings of the city? Even more gorgeous. Mountains upon mountains stretched as far as the horizon, and Isaac's never felt so immersed before. To know, that you can take a flying ship to a place that's cooler than a flying ship? His friends would never believe him.

The tour guide was talking, describing everything that surrounded them. Sadly though, Isaac couldn't really understand too well. He kept talking, and talking, that Isaac naturally just tuned him out and he went off to discover everything on his own. What Isaac did notice however, was that the guide stopped talking at some point. Perhaps he finished saying what he had to say, or perhaps someone shoved him off the deck.

"Greetings, new students."

The new voice attracted Isaac's attention, and he produced a short, "hm?" Isaac shifted his gaze over at the new person, oblivious of who she was. As she began to talk however, Isaac realized who she was. Anyone who was listening, would know who she was in fact. It was the headmistress, and frankly, she has the looks of someone in her 20s. This gave Isaac three conclusions: she took really good care of herself, her powers made her look younger, or she's actually twenty. Isaac didn't delve on the topic of her looks for too long, and decided to actually continue listening to what she had to say. So he placed his hands on hips, and listened. The headmaster gave the usual stereotypical speech, stating a few things about powers and whatnot. Isaac grew quite bored of this, he much preferred looking off to the horizon. By the time she was done talking and one of the teachers, 'Mr. Andromeda' came up to the non-existent podium, Isaac was far from done listening.

Looking around him for a few moments, Isaac began to ponder where the more exciting places were. Perhaps the lower deck? It seemed like a viable option, and Isaac decided to go with it. He removed his hands from his hips, and proceeded to navigate through the crowd. "I just gave up the best place to gaze at the city, the lower deck better be worth it," Isaac murmured to himself quite displeased with his decision. He chose to stay right in the middle of the crowds, lessening his chance of being initially recognized. It took a little while, approximately twenty seconds until Isaac finally reached the lower deck.

He scanned the room quite quickly, and surprisingly, the place had nothing that boosted the 'wow-factor'. Isaac half narrowed his eyes, even more displeased with his choice of coming here. Nearby him, there was another person. Probably trying to explore the place or find refuge from the introductions as well. Isaac merely turned over to her, and a friendly smile, began to socialize.

"I guess you came here to avoid the intros as well right?"

Ryan was so distracted with his own thoughts to even notice Eden slowly make her way over to him. However, he was violently ripped from his own mind when he heard her voice. He looked up at the girl and visibly froze. Is she talking to me? he thought as he just stared at her. She must be, there's no one else around. Now what did she say again, something about attention? Oh yeah, "Don't like being the center of attention, huh?" He thought as he continued to look awkwardly at her. He took note of the strange white marks all over her body.

"Hm? Oh yeh. I'm not one for crowds, like." He said in his thick lucky charms and potato like accent as he tried to not stare at her strange white markings. "S'what's a wee cracker like yerself doin' 'ere?" He asked in a quizzical tone as he placed his right hand on his chin and his left hand on his elbow.

Lilith Hyde

@Du Pain @LifeIsImagination @Anybody

Focusing her mind on the small dark figures tying the laces of her boots, her brows furrowed in deep concentration. Her heart filled with hope just as the final loop was about to be completed. That's it, my servants, just a little more and...

"Buenos dias!"

In an instant, the figures dissipated as Lilith's concentration broke. Her eyes grew wide as she turned to the brunette who somehow had the courage to approach her.
I knew it was the pink hair... She thought in disdain, and shoved her hands in her hoodie pockets with blue eyes curiously blinking at the cheerful girl.

"Ah.. Spanish, right? I took a class like that once in middle school- Uhm.." The pinkette looked up at the blue sky in thought for a moment, biting her lip in thought, before she snapped her fingers with a triumphant grin.

"Buenos dias! Me nombre es Lilith.. Did I say that right?" She asked with a bit of a cheeky grin, a light pink tinting her cheeks. Anymore embarrassment and her face would have matched her hair. "A-Anyway, what's your name?"

Her gaze flickered over to a lone boy who seemed to be standing away from the crowd, or seemed to anyway. With a hesitant wave over to him, she gave a tiny smile and said a quiet
"Hello" to him. She felt bad for the guy, as she somewhat knew how he felt - Lilith wasn't the biggest fan of crowds either, they made her anxious. Maybe after getting to know a few people, she would feel a bit better.

Professor Maxwell

Professor Maxwell scanned the room, hoping to find any 'lone wolves' hiding from the others, and tucked away in the corner he found a boy with brown hair and strange ghost blue eyes. This boy appeared to be trembling, holding his hands over his ears. Whatever the reason Maxwell didn't know, for now. He chugged his ale, slamming the wooden mug on the table stomping towards him.

Once the boy saw him approaching he hid again, apparently even his footsteps disturbed the kid. Maxwell snorted, this boy was going to be a problem if he didn't change very soon.

"Ye there, in the corner!" He silently yelled. "Why are you hiding from your fellow students eh? Are ye afraid sheepy? Did ye even pay attention to Miss Winter's speech? Listen here, this school is here to help herd ye into a place where ye can control your gifts." He lectured, his face red. "I do not tolerate weak sheep, instead I feed them to lions, and look around ye" he said, gesturing around the room pointing at some of the stronger students. "There are a lot of hungry lions to feed, and ye need to decide whether ye are a sheep or a lion. What do ye have to say for ye'erself sheep?"
@Du Pain

He grabbed a silver flask from his jacket sipping it's contents, waiting for the boy to answer.

Sebastian Ramirov

"Bonjour" she replied hastily, clasping her hands over her mouth, blushing in embarrassment.

"Uh, Sorry... Force of habit." She said after lowering her hands, showing a small smile.

Sebastian also felt embarrassed because he didn't want to startle or embarrass her. Normally ladies wouldn't be so quick to blush in his presence, even when he was with Leilianne he never saw her blush after saying hello. Maybe it was his mask that startled her.

"Chert, I didnt mean to startle you Miss... If it's my mask I understand." He stuttered, nervously scratching his head. 'Damn, I must look like a total goofball. Why do I always do this to people?' He thought, slumping down into an awkward bow. "Prosti Menya, I should've thought about my actions. Forgive me if I startled you." A sudden shift triggered inside him, a familiar feeling that happened before the Revenant took over. 'What?! Not now... I didn't even hear the phrase...' He frantically thought.
@Vague

"Excuse me!" Sebastian said, running to a nearby room that appeared to be empty. Without thinking he tóok off his mask, grabbed a small vial of pepper extract, and placed a drop on his tongue quickly placing the mask back on. All he could taste was liquid fire burning his tongue, making it redder than a boiled lobster. The immense heat made Sebastian sweat profusely, and his sense of taste was gone for the day but thankfully the change stopped.

"Chert... I really hope this school can help me." He panted, waiting for the heat to calm down.

(Can't do bb, on mobile)

"No, it's not that at all!" she waved her hands, an awkward smile appearing on her face. "It's because I said bonjour...you see, I'm French and I'm used to being around other French people. I think I just made this even more awkward, sorry..."

She was surprised when he suddenly ran away. Shee followed him. "Um, are you alright?"

HIBIKI KITA
Gareki.full.1495080.jpg
Hibiki, while he fought for control, heard a small voice that he most likely wouldn't have heard in his state without the heightened senses he had, and turned his head to see a boy and a girl who, despite being strangers, didn't give off such strong emotions. It was a bit calming, so he made himself give the girl who greeted him a small wave and a quiet "hello," back.

All of a sudden, and to his horror, Hibiki heard steps coming toward him. Despite himself, he flinched back once the steps were close enough to cause pain to his ears, but he was able to put his hands down and look up… and up. If the man, who he knew was one of the teachers, didn't look tall from far away, he sure looked tall now.

The teen felt anxiety trying to flood him again, but after the man spoke he knew it'd be foolish of him to let this get the best of him. So, despite his head pounding, Hibiki forced himself to straighten up and look the man in the eye. He would admit that the breath he took before he spoke was quite shaky, but he was suddenly thankful for all the times his parents forced him to talk whenever he got like this. It trained him to know how to speak strongly, even when he didn't feel that way.

"… My apologies," He began, fishing his overloaded brain for the right words to reply with. It didn't help that the teacher looked so angry, but he'd be angrier if he didn't keep talking. "I'm not exactly afraid… My powers make me, well, sensitive... to everything. It's a new area, so my senses aren't used to the people and surroundings yet. I'm working on it," His explanation, while stated in a slightly slow manner, was the complete opposite of what was expected to come out of Hibiki's mouth. Instead of speaking nervously, his words were articulated well and clearly understood. He was able to plaster on a completely neutral expression as well, end though his whole being still felt like it was buzzing and his whole head felt like a dead weight. Hopefully his answer was good enough for the teacher, since the black haired boy wasn't sure how long he could keep this wall up.

Jacqueline Sparkes

The Ride in was a Treat for her, it was the first time she had ever been on anything that flew, plus it felt a lot stranger than being on the ground, a lot more space and it allowed her to focus on the Airship itself rather than anything beyond that. Though the thought of it seeming ly a floating void of noise through silence made her smile slightly, flying was oddly satisfying.

First thing she heard about the new place was how wonderful it looked, students staring in awe and complimenting it's features. She couldn't see this beauty that was being witnessed, but she could imagine it for herself, the descriptions from other students jumped into her mind rapidly - Nature and Construct seemed to meld well here together.

Jacqueline was probably the first one to turn to the Door when the Adults walked into the Room, she heard them coming a mile, like a Private waiting for orders from their Sergeant she stood to attention. The headmistress seemed nice, and fair, which is probably a good trait for a place with so many diverse talents. The Teachers were all pretty unique, very different, she had the urge to challenge Maxwell to a Fight, his brutish nature triggered her thirst for a challenge. Andromeda sounded surprisingly charismatic, bit of a dork though. And it seemed to her that the Guidance Counselor needed a bit of Guidance Counselling.

She stood there on the spot, staring blankly forward, she mainly listened to the others. Her stick was held in her right hand, she wasn't using it so held it close to her body, her left came over to claps the top of it.

An awkward encounter

Sebastian sat on the ground with the bottle in hand, still panting heavily and Anais walked in, to his surprise he must add. Once she saw him, her eyes widened in concern, or pity.

"Are you alright?" She asked.

Sebastian nodded slowly, being sure to look relaxed. He put the bottle back in his jacket pocket muttering a silent curse that was slurred by his numb tongue

"Yeah, it's just a problem I've had for a long time, it's my 'gift' as we now call it. Don't worry I'm fine now, I just need a few moments to rest." Sebastian answered with a smile hidden underneath the mask.

'Chert, now she followed me, what if that happens again? I'm not sure If I can stop it again...'

"It's probably best if you stay back... I don't want to hurt anyone."
@Vague

Professor Maxwell

Sensitivity to everything... That was this boy's gift, hardly a gift in Maxwell's eyes. However if the boy was speaking true he had a unique gift that, if well controlled, could be used for many great things, or terrible things. The only action that Maxwell had to take now, was make sure the boy could control this gift.

"Sensitivity eh? Tell me..." He droned, leaning closer to the boy, "What is ye'er name sheepy?"

Ju was observing the workings of everything below deck when someone began to talk to her from behind her back, causing her to whirl around with a small dagger like crystal in her hand, before dispelling it without a second thought once she saw who was talking to her. A fellow student that possibly got bored and wanted to explore but for her, she explored places without so much as a thought for her safety and concern for others. Her twin had to pull her away from trying to explore the city they were recently in to board the air ship before she began to explore the air ship. It hasn't lead to any discoveries but she was bound to do something that would put everyone in danger. Back to the person in front of her, she looked at him with critical eyes. The look of a scientist would to a new item they invented or something like that.

"Hello. May I inquire why your below deck like me?"

She asked in her voice. The quality was like a man's but yet not a man's.

Niklaus and Syrus were running late, as usual.

"If you hadn't spent all your time putting on that ridiculous suit, we would have had to rush. Dummkopf."Syrus sneered as they jogged onto the aircraft just in time.

"But I wanted to make an impression! This school is elite so excuse me for wanting to appear to have some class."Klaus retorted, straightening out his black blazer indignantly. This earned a sarcastic eye roll from his brother.

Syrus gazed around the barnyard bash of what would soon be his fellow classmates, feeling slightly overwhelmed by the barrage of thoughts swirling around him. The one thing that put a huge damper on this whole 'school for the gifted' thing was just that: they were gifted. It's guaranteed that those who are 'different' in this world have some very deeply rooted issues and their thoughts were nauseating and often disturbing to read. He pinched the bridge of his nose tightly and took a small step closer to his brother despite himself. Sy had promised himself - or rather, he promised
Niklaus - before they had left Germany that he would try to open up more and try to make friends since apparently he was turning into a mürrischer alter Mann - a grumpy old man. He heaved a heavy sigh, his breath coming out in an icy puff as he took another look around, really concentrating this time on the peoples' thoughts and demeanor in hopes that he could find someone he could potentially tolerate. This is going to be a long year.

"Oh stop brooding, bruder! This year will be great! Have hopes, my friend, have hopes."Klaus said, clapping his brother on the shoulder playfully. He knew how his brother was, however, and was just happy that he was giving making friends a thought. They'd been each others everything for the majority of their lives so the idea of other people was straight up terrifying, even to Klaus who enjoyed meeting them. But sure, they had both made tons of acquaitances and what not over the years, but they both had a thick, almost impenetrable, wall up inside that forbade anyone from leveling up to the position of friend.

Kun sighed as she walked to certain spot with her nose in a book and her summons following her, more like Ezio trying to be an complete dumbass with trying to flirt with all the female students within a few feet of him but he still couldn't get them to respond that was until she felt something in her head shift and groaned. Why must her summons try to interact with the real world when they don't exist in it?! Oddly enough, it was Desmond that appeared out of nowhere and chuckled nervously while Ezio just grinned like a madman. It was until he bumped into someone.

"Oh Sorry about bumping into you."

He said before he waved his hand in front of her face. Blind.

Bumping into her must of hurt, she barely moved from the impact. She should've seen it coming, but was too busy concentrating on the Many Sounds from elsewhere she zoned out for a bit. She turned around, staring blankly passed the Male. She didn't really appreciate the fact that he waved his hand in front of her face, she resisted the urge to grab it between her Teeth.

"Are you okay? I should have been more observant."

She chuckled at her own Irony.
