THE PREMISE
-----

“There’s always a lighthouse. There’s always a man. There’s always a city.”
- Elizabeth, Columbia circa 1912

Millennium City is an ever-growing and ever-changing super-city.
Bright, glistening skyscrapers that pierce the clouds accompanied by long shopping strips that sprawl on for miles.
Banks on every corner, prestigious theaters and sports-cars line the streets.
The city never truly slept, all hours of the day the streets would be packed with its citizens, living glamorously.
The ideal destination for those who had cash to splash.

Don't let all the bright lights deceive you...
Large portions of the city would end up as ghettos; seemingly neglected, they festered away from all the concentrated wealth and fame.
Crime and violence came natural in those areas, the sound of sirens was a common occurrence.
Someone, somewhere was always being mugged or murdered.
Forced into doing the dirty work of gangs and mobs for the slightest chance of living a better life.

Once you entered the City, it would seem almost impossible to escape.
Its constant expansion and growth created new industry, housing, commerce and entertainment daily.

And somehow, you've ended up here.
...

Welcome to Millennium City.

Vincent Riggs.jpg

*Character Name: Vincent Riggs

*Canon: OC

*Age: 29

*Personality: Vincent is a sarcastic, happy, fun loving guy who only wants to put smiles on people faces and does what he can to make all situations light-hearted. He does what he can to see the good in people, though he does struggle sometimes. Vincent is incredibly protective, especially of those he cares for, and is as loyal as a loving dog once he decides he should be your friend. However, Vincent can be quick to fight when he feels threatened, and even quicker to fight when one of his friends is. When he is serious, Vincent is actually very wise, like someone who has been through quite a few rough patches.

*Bio: Vincent was born in San Diego, California though he doesn't remember it at all. His family moved around a lot due to his father's military status and eventually settled in Glendale, Colorado while his father went on his fifth and final tour. At the age of twelve, Vince lost his father. A few months later, the pre-teen was recruited by one of the local drug gangs to start selling opioids and harder drugs, primarily meth. It was the only, and best job in terms of income, the child could get to help with his family -- which now comprised of three youngest sisters, and an infant brother. Vincent was smart about the entire process, never hanging around the other gang members too much or getting into situations that he could avoid. That being said, at the age of fourteen, he was forced to shoot and kill two other gang members that were causing issues. He managed to get out of the situation complete unscathed and someone else was arrested for the crime while he was never even suspected of being at the scene. No one would expect the goofy military brat with decent grades.

Vince continued to play it smart throughout his years, but when he saw an out, he took it. The only way he would be able to leave Colorado, and his life there, was to follow in his father's foot steps and joint he Marines. He served three tours and rose through the ranks as best he could until he was twenty five. He and his group were setting up to go on a raid when Vincent realized that some of the information could have been bad. He went to his superiors about his concerns, but was promptly ignored and told to fall in line. He did, but it cost nearly everyone their lives. He lost his best friends in the raid and barely made it out himself.

After recovering, Vincent was approached by Andrew Kaloh to join the secret government organization Team 73. Without hesitation, the man accepted. He's been with the Team, as their Co-Leader and strategist for four years now, and he's never been happier.

*Attributes: Close quarter combat, short range shot, strategy, chess, reading people, calming people down, making friends.

Posting Speed: Once every 1-3 days, maybe more on a good day.

1574560988742.png Character Name:
Commonly Called: Dandy.
Alternatives: Space Dandy, Blockhead.

Canon: Space☆Dandy

Age: 20 (Or Older)

Personality: Dandy (or "Space Dandy" as he sometimes calls himself) is the anti-hero protagonist of the series and has a matching personality to go along with his looks; a delinquent and a dimwitted alien-hunting amateur. Dandy is not above shoving menial tasks to QT like cooking and cleaning up his Aloha Oe and grumbling how useless Meow is, and often neglects their thoughts and opinions.

Dandy is also shown to be a callous man and does not hesitate to sacrifice his crew for his own life, like abandoning Meow to the Deathgerian. Despite his boorish attitude and lax exterior, Dandy has a big heart, ready to help any female in need, though occasionally he does help males, within his interests. Examples include assisting Adélie in searching for her remaining relatives and helping Dr. H in locating Code D. He also comforts Ukuleleman as he is about to die, even though he was his enemy.

Dandy is superficial and he tends to contradict himself. In one episode, he claims to not like porn, yet in the first episode, he was seen reading an erotic magazine full of scantily-clad women. Whenever someone brings this up (usually Meow or QT), Dandy will either ignore it or blame it on something (either his poor memory, his teammates, or some other external factor).

Bio: Dandy is the titular main human protagonist of Space Dandy. He is a carefree alien hunter and captain of his own personal spaceship, the Aloha Oe. His life mission is to visit all the intergalactic locations of a breastaurant known as BooBies and indulge in his posterior fetish. Dandy always lives in the present and looks towards the future, leaving his past selves and memories behind in every universe he traverses on his adventures. In one episode Dandy died, another he’s a suffer, all versions of himself are different and showcase Dandy’s personality.

Attributes:
- Inaccurate marksman.
- Quick on his feet.
- Easily distracted.
- Highly perceptive.
- Poor memory.
- Good navigator.
- Good at improvising.

Posting Speed: Once - Twice a day. (Often around nighttime for some weird reason).

Vitan, the Cosmic Plaything
490363

Cuz' everybody knows, SHIT'S FUCKED!
Vitan
Canon:
OC

Age:
24
Personality:
Vitan is the very definition of a mess up; irrationally paranoid and painfully annoying. Just by looking at her appearance alone you can tell that she has a very grim outlook on life and who would blame her? She's been given the worse life has to offer thanks to her curse of bad luck. She tries to be this cool gal but is too awkward to act like one and often jumps to conclusions instead of taking time to look at the facts. Vitan is very delusional, believing that people are always plotting to get her despite having no proof if her suspicions are right. She can't sleep at night if people are around her since she thinks that they'll kill her when she's snoozing or maybe she'll think there's a plague that causes everyone to turn into bloodthirsty monsters except her just to name a few of her ludicrously paranoid thoughts.

Though she's mostly a raving madwoman, there are times when she's acting calm and collected when nothing bad is happening, being sarcastic in a joyful way but this is pretty rare. She stays crazy most of the time. She gets obsessed with people who show her a pint of kindness like how she gets obsessed over the little nice things of her life. The Cosmic plaything daydreams in an unhealthy manner because she's a total escapist. She's fine with staying inside her cramp room forever if it means she can live a better life inside her head where she's the most beautiful and talented person in the world as a way to cope with how much of a mess-up she is.

Bio:
Vitan has been cursed with terribly bad luck for as long as she can remember being the most unlucky person to grace her city from childhood to adulthood. Something as simple as returning a book from the library becomes a life or death situation and people don't want to be associated with her because of her reputation as a jinxed person. Thanks to the curse, she's been put through a lot of undesirable situations such as thugs mugging her, a bank robbery happening when she's in it and a brawl starting in a bar she's hanging out in and because of this she spends most of her days inside her home but the loneliness she's feeling is crippling her and her internet friends told her to fuck off to get an actual life so she decided to go outside and face her problems instead of running away from them even if it kills her.

Attributes:
+Determinator:
Her dire, unbelievably terrible life has toughened her up by a lot and she won't back down easily even if she gets beaten in an inch of her life. She's a pretty tough nut to crack, refusing to die despite how much punishment she takes.
+Evasive:
The Girl has experience of being chased by dogs, thugs and other terrible things and boy, she can run. Knowing a thing or two about parkour with skill on par with an expert since she's been running her entire damn life.
+Sneaky Bastard:
Vitan knows how to hide from danger and blend in with the shadows until the problem is gone and if she doesn't have anywhere else to hide, she just hides behind other people.

-Cosmic Plaything:
The universe literally has it in for her, it's almost like the gods are throwing everything in their power just to stop this one girl from smiling this means taking risks usually turns out bad.
-Lack of Strength:
She might be one tough fucker to put down but she's pretty weak in terms of strength, she can't lift heavy stuff unless she pushes herself to do it but most of the time she gives up when trying to do anything that requires feats of strength
-Extremely Irrational:
Because of how terrible her life has been so far, she's become really irrational and paranoid, thinking of the most impossible shit that her brain tells her and believing it.

    Character Name:
    Name: Steve Harrington
Aliases: "King Steve", "The King of Hawkins High"

    Canon:
    Stranger Things

    Age:
    19 (Season 3)

    Personality:
Steve Harrington was always known as the 'popular kid' in school, he cared little for his grades and was more concerned with his reputation than being successful. He belittled and bullied people who were weaker than him or were considered nerds, putting himself before everything else. Despite his popularity, he still had insecurities of his own and was quick to jump to conclusions and misinterpret situations. Deep down, he was still brave and deeply cared for people like his now ex-girlfriend Nancy Wheeler. Even though he didn't like people like Johnathan Byers, he still forgave him and bought him a new camera for Christmas after he broke the last one he had in an argument. This deep motivation to protect and help others would surely grow over the next three years of his life.

A new boy entered the town and was better than him in terms of looks and physical capabilities, dethroning him as 'King Steve'. This crushed him towards the end of his school days and left him alone a lot of the time, questioning where he would go and what he would do. He started spending more time with the Hawkins Gang of kids and spent a lot of time with Dustin. Here Steve would truly demonstrate his protective, brave and mentoring side by giving Dustin things like relationship advice. He becomes much more kind and begins to understand that he has responsibilities he needs to maintain and uphold.

By season 3 (1985) Steve has fully undergone a transformation into the person he is now. He's no-where near as successful in charming girls like he used to be, but he is also much more tolerant and understanding of his situation and the cards he has been dealt. He values friendship more than anything and is always open to trying new things, ideas or concepts. He's far more accepting of other's interests and likes and respects that everyone is unique and different. He still acts as the 'Babysitter' of the Hawkins Gang of kids. The only things that haven't changed about Steve are is his sarcasm and recklessness, he's always the bright light in a dark situation.

    Bio:
Steve Harrington studied at Hawkins High School where he originally was known as the Jock. He didn't pay much attention to any class other than Physical Education and was always late or messing about. Steve's relationship with his parents isn't explained in the show aside from the fact that he calls his Dad an 'Asshole' and talks about how he thought that he would get a job in his Dad's law firm, which his Dad never actually gave him, forcing him to to go out and find work of his own.

Throughout his years, he fought against the creatures of the Upside Down and acted as 'babysitter' for the kids known as the 'Hawkins Gang'.

He worked at Starcourt in 'Scoops Ahoy', making desserts and ice cream. After the events of Season 3 he gets a job at 'Family Video' with his friend Robin.

*Character Name: Lucas Grey

*Canon: Hitman

*Age: 43

*Personality: Lucas is a cunning mastermind. He can pull any string to get what he wants, not to mention his skillful assassination work. To his comrades, Grey is positive and understanding. If one of them messes up, he will understand that everyone makes mistakes, saying that he is proud of them.

*Bio: Lucas Grey was originally called Subject 6. He and several others were the creations of a Providence doctor named Ortmeyer, meant to become the perfect assassins. Grey followed at a close second compared to 47. The two planned a revolt against Ortmeyer, bringing assault rifles into their base and killing the guards. The doctor was expecting this, however, and deployed his fully armed riot police. The hospital was lit on fire; Agent 47 was captured, and Subject 6 presumed dead.

Grey would not be seen until decades later. He's discovered many things, such as Ortmeyer's client, Providence. He worked as the security chief for one of its operatives, and made his first move on the operative's private plane. It crashed into the Pacific, and thought to be an accident.

Lucas Grey would create his Shadow Militia, a terrorist group dedicated to destroying Providence. He blackmailed the head of IAGO, the infamous spy network, to get the names of every Providence operative. He leaked the names, and had the ICA kill off IAGO the next day. He would use the ICA in many other killings against Providence, before they eventually discovered the manipulation. The ICA sent Agent 47 to the Shadow Militia's base, and Lucas Grey escaped shortly before 47 entered his office.

After more killings of his lieutenants and assets, Lucas Grey appeared at the old, dilapidated hospital they grew up in. Agent 47 came, assigned to kill Grey, but he made 47 remember everything. With Agent 47 now on their side, Lucas Grey could move on with his plan to destroy Providence. He had the hitman kidnap the Constant, Providence's second-in-command to the Partners.

The story ends there until next game, to be released soon, I hope.

*Attributes:

-Master Assassin: Created and trained alongside Agent 47, Lucas Grey was supposed to be a perfect assassin as well. He couldn't live up to 47's skill, though. He has once killed a top CIA agent, getting out long before anyone found his corpse. Lucas set him up as an enemy spy, making his death not investigated.

-Genetically Enhanced: Lucas Grey was literally created to be a master assassin. The doctor tried several variables, and Grey and 47 were his best creations out of all of them. Thanks to this, Lucas can use Instinct, allowing him to locate his target from anywhere and see in a sort of 3rd person view.

-Puppetmaster: Lucas Grey has once created an entire terrorist organization known as the Shadow Militia under his hand. He's tricked the ICA (International Contract Agency) into doing his dirty work, and blackmailed the largest, most infamous spy network into giving him every single piece of their work over the last seven years. The network was dissolved shortly after.

"These pretzels suck."
handsome_jack_smiling_wallpaper_by_ellenrules_d6eean8.png

Handsome Jack

Canon
Borderlands
Age
Approximately in his mid to late 40s
Personality
Jack is a bit of a hard nut to crack. He firmly believes that he is the hero of his story, despite the morality of his own actions. To Jack, the ends always justify the means. He is quick witted, snarky, and sarcastic to most people. He is slow to temper, but once there he is capable of incredibly vile things. Jack is the kind of guy that will laugh as he scoops your eyes out with a spoon. That being said, that doesn't mean that Jack won't do the right thing, it just may be for the wrong reasons. Jack can be an extremely powerful ally, but an equally terrifying enemy.
Bio
Jack's father died when he was young and his mother left him in the 'care' of her mother Jack's grandmother, who was (at a minimum) physically abusive towards her grandson. The emotional trauma from these events was strong enough that as an adult Jack had his grandmother murdered, and no doubt contributed towards his mental decline.

Later in life Jack married and had a daughter, Angel, one of the universe's rare Sirens. During Angel's youth, he trapped her in Control Core Angel in order to use her to control Pandora's ECHOnet and to open the vault of The Warrior. In the Borderlands 2 story mission Data Mining, Handsome Jack says that "I know you think I'm a monster. You think I enslaved Angel. But you didn't see what she did to her mother. I had to restrain Angel's power. You get that? I had to." The seeming implication is that Angel caused her mother's disappearance. However, this interpretation contradicts the journals in Get to Know Jack. While it is true that the third journal says that Jack's wife disappeared, it also says that Jack's wife suggested that "the Angel" be shut down. For there to be something to shut down, Control Core Angel must have already been active at that time, and therefore Jack's wife's disappearance could not have been the reason for the creation of Control Core Angel. Nor could whatever Angel "did to her mother"--if indeed anything happened at all--have been serious enough for her mother to agree with restraining Angel. A conversation in Tales from the Borderlands explains this discrepancy by clarifying that Jack remarried at some point after the death of Angel's mother, and that it was his second wife who wanted the "Angel Project" shut down and who left him over it.

During the events of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, it is revealed that Jack's initial plan was to manipulate the Vault Hunters into opening The Vault to release The Destroyer so he could obtain it for himself. After The Destroyer's defeat, he used its eye as the generator for a superweapon dubbed "The Eye of Helios", capable of destroying entire settlements. Jack planned to use the weapon to eliminate entire bandit camps and other undesirables en masse on Pandora to eventually civilize the planet. Unfortunately the Eye was captured by Colonel Zarpedon, who promptly turned it on Pandora's moon Elpis in an effort to prevent its Vault from being found by Hyperion, nearly leading to the moon's destruction. Jack managed to retake the Eye from Zarpedon with the aid of a group of Vault Hunters he had hired, along with assistance from Lilith, Roland, and Moxxi, who then betrayed Jack by destroying the Eye, not wanting him to have that much power.
Once the Eye was destroyed, Jack required a new weapon of power. He managed to open the Vault on Elpis, which housed an object shaped like the eponymous Vault symbol that contained the knowledge of the Eridians. As Jack grabbed the object, he began seeing visions of The Warrior, the Vault it was sealed in, and the Eridium buried through the planet. Lilith then appeared and destroyed the object, causing a blast of energy that destroyed Jack's left eye and branded his face with the Vault symbol.

Jack then began focusing all his efforts into obtaining the Warrior and exacting his revenge on Pandora and the Vault Hunters. He used his daughter Angel to gain full surveillance of Pandora and control of the ECHOnet system. He then established mining operations to dig up all the Eridium on the planet, which would be used (among other, more gruesome experiments) to create Hyperion's proprietary E-Tech line of weapons.

Jack also ordered Hyperion to enact corporate and military control over Pandora. With help from an informant, Jack located New Haven and destroyed the settlement with his cyborg subordinate Wilhelm. When New Haven's administer Helena Pierce tried to escape with survivors, Jack captured Pierce and personally executed her before having Wilhelm kill everybody else. He later tracked down the Vault Key and its owner Dr. Patricia Tannis, who was tortured into giving up the object. Jack then had Angel artificially charge the Vault Key by pumping her body with a constant supply of Eridium.

Handsome Jack sought to lure out Vault Hunters to his sphere of influence by displaying a need for them, then left them for dead in the Windshear Waste. He constantly communicates with them through the ECHOnet, taunting them, threatening them, and otherwise manipulating them. His building of Opportunity and the drilling into Pandora's core is no secret to the citizens of Sanctuary, but he still keeps a leader-like façade when addressing the citizens of Hyperion-settled villages.

(Yeah I kinda ripped this from the wiki, but I think it's better this way. Also the links might be helpful for the uninitiated.)
Attributes
Jack is a skilled programmer and a hell of a leader. He is charismatic, suave, and confident. He is creative and capable of doing almost anything he can reasonably set his mind to.

On the other hand, Jack is prone to bouts of rage. He often taunts foes instead of efficiently finishing them off. Jack is cocky. He also is just human, he has no super powers or anything that would set him apart from any other human in the day-to-day

"I will name my first born Loader Bot"

Character Name
: Rhys Strongfork

Canon: Borderlands Series

Age: Unknown

Personality: Rhys may be kind of a smart-ass whenever he may feel like it yet cares about his friend who's an accountant

Bio:
Rhys is an ambitious man, and once dreamt of becoming the next Handsome Jack, trying his best to fill in his shoes. He got along with two co-workers, Vaughn and Yvette, but maintained a rivalry with Vasquez.

Rhys' most notable features are his ECHO eye implant, which allows him to scan objects and reveal information about them; and his mechanical right arm, which has a built-in interface. Rhys got his cyberware to help him get ahead in the data-mining department. It was paid for by his quarterly bonus, which he received for arranging a lucrative (though controversial) Eridium mining deal. While his old ECHO eye gave him access to all the information from the Hyperion database, it's unknown what features his current ECHO eye has, though it would presumably be accessing the Atlas database.

Attributes: Rhys is an expert when it comes to breaking into systems and systems and can be advanced when he uses his cybernetic eye and mechanical arm with a holographic interface yet he can be a bit horrible when it comes to confrontations or things that seem.... "unfair"

*Picture: (Night and Zer said that a description works so...) Dark, neck-long, and curly hair. Slightly messy as well. Matured facial features, with a bit of goatee. Still growing it. Bronze-colored hoodie jacket, with a white t-shirt underneath. A bracelet with a piece of jewelry of Mjolnir (Thor's mallet) made from lavastone. As well as Beige cargo shorts, and a pair of hunter green-colored rubber shoes. To complete the so-called Creepy Racist Uncle Starter Pack. Meso-Endomorph body type, and of average height. Won't get too specific with that one. (Or, Idk, just look at my RPN profile, or my pictures on Discord. Everyone knows what I look like, lmao.)

*Bio (Backstory of your character): A son of Freya, Nordic Goddess of Love and Beauty, and an unknown Dwarf or Dark Elf. Neither love nor beauty has been showered upon Sigurd, a nickname which he chose for himself. His nickname, Sigurd, is based on the Nordic hero of the same name. Arguably the best Norse hero. Sigurd lives an ordinary life, like any other mortal. A university student of an art-related program, the only things that spice up his life is his personality and his interests. Sigurd's dream is to live a much more simpler life; beside the wilderness, with only a few people (perhaps, a village) surrounding him. Just like the old days. (Yeah, I'm getting bored of writing this now).

The Saga of Tanya the evil

*Age: 14

*Personality
Tanya is a very complex character. In her past life, Tanya described herself as someone with many complexes and that his person is twisted. She both has superiority and inferiority complexes, which is shown by how she compared herself to real geniuses she couldn't compete with, while also desired to be above others. Tanya has a lot of sociopath traits; cold, calculating and often sees others as objects she can use to her advantage. It allowed her to rise rapidly through the ranks of her careers in both lives. Tanya places her faith in numbers, following the Chicago School of Economy, which states that everything has a price. This could be seen from how effectively she picks and raises her subordinates to be a valuable human resource she could use. This also allows her to become a very efficient commander as she is both a decisive strategist and cunning tactician that is not hindered by her emotions. Tanya also sees herself as a profitable human resource, doing everything to raise her value in the eyes of her superiors, which drives her to put up a front of the perfect soldier since her recruitment. This impressed and also unnerved her comrades, in particular, Erich von Rerugen, who considers her a psychopath for her ruthlessness. Sometimes, this trait also becomes a disadvantage to her, in particular, her lack of empathy that disables her from putting herself in other people's shoes. In particular, her lack of insight of possibility that the people she offended by her callous dismissals would take revenge on her.

*Bio
In the year 2013 A.D, he was just an ordinary salaryman working in Human Resources Department. His job was to lay off people, and he is shown doing his job efficiently without empathy for people he fired on behalf of his company. One day after firing someone for incompetence, on the way back home after work he was murdered by the vindictive former co-worker. Pushing the salaryman to his death in crowded train station off of the platform to the train tracks. His death lead to his first encounter with Being X, in which the salaryman expressed his faithless nature in metaphysical entities such as a God and a Devil. The salaryman also pointed out what he sees as a flaw in Being-X's management of humanity and reasons why humanity's faith in God has eroded. Enraged by his rudeness but also intrigued, Being-X decided to use the salaryman's soul in an experiment. So the entity reincarnates him in another universe as a blonde-haired and blue-eyed infant girl named Tanya Degurechaff.

"You think a dip in the river is gonna wash away the things I've done?"

*Character Name: Booker DeWitt

*Canon: Bioshock: Infinite

*Age: 38

*Personality: Booker is Serious. It's hard for someone like him to have a jovial demeanor when he's in a constant struggle with his mental state, after all. He's practical, and would very much like to focus on whatever task at hand rather than doddle. Booker isn't interested in getting to know anybody, he already knows who he cares about (just one person). He is protective of those defenseless, but if someone is fighting side-by-side with him, he'll assume they can hold their own. While he has gotten a little more caring over the past few weeks, it wasn't a very big change, and Booker's main concern is whatever he needs to do to get the job done. He's become fairly desensitized to violence, and isn't afraid to be that way if he needs to, either. If given the choice between a diplomatic route and a violent route, he will choose whatever the person deserves, and whatever gets him out alive. Though he doesn't seem it at first glance, he is surprisingly intelligent as well, and can understand something someone explains to him to a degree.

*Bio: (Warning: Bioshock: Infinite spoilers ahead) Booker's tale is a fairly depressing one. He was born in 1874, and joined the U.S army at sixteen years old, in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. DeWitt was born with Native American heritage, and at the time Americans, especially soldiers, were not fond of Native Americans. Someone accused him of this lineage, and to prove he was a true American, he participated in the Wounded Knee Massacre, scalping Native Americans and murdering men, women, and children. For these actions his comrades gave him the nickname of "White Injun." Soon after, he felt a deep remorse and regret for his actions in Wounded Knee. He attended a baptism led by Preacher Witting, but decided last second it was useless. Even the water of faith can't wash away his sins.

He left the baptism, and later became employed by the Pinkerton Detective Agency. Booker would do their dirty work now, instead of the military's. He used violence to end strikes from labor unions and the like. By some miracle, he found love, and married one Annabelle Watson. She would die in childbirth not long after. DeWitt developed depression, garnering bad habits that sent him into debt. One day, a man by the name of Robert Lutece came by. He offered to wipe away Booker's debt, in exchange for his daughter, Anna. Lutece could probably care for her better than him, right? And he does need to get rid of that debt. He accepts the offer, and hands over his child. Almost immediately after, he realizes what exactly he's done. Booker tried to get her back as three people were bringing her through some sort of portal. He failed.

1912, Booker has little to his name, no where to go, nothing tangible to work towards. But, and who knows why, he certainly doesn't, he was soon to be given a second chance. The Luteces returned to his residence and asked him to retrieve a girl from a place called Columbia. What happened then is a little blurry, but he knows he entered some tear to another reality. His memories got all muddled, and he wasn't sure why he was here. Only thing he knew, was he had to bring them the girl, and wipe away the debt. Shenanigans ensue. He finished his job, finally, finding Elizabeth, protecting her. In the end, he had to die, but Booker was okay with this. Not because his pain is ending, but because in his final moments, he did something right. With a life of constant regret and wrongdoing, it's a luxury not many of the damned can afford.

Oddly, that doesn't seem to be the end of his story.

*Attributes: Booker is an excellent marksman, to begin with. He favors the hand cannon, but can use a variety of weapons. He's resourceful, and able to come up with on-the-fly tactics for a situation at hand. He's agile and tough, though still a fleshy human. He's no stranger to supernatural combat, either. His skill extends mainly to firearms, however. Mano y mano, he'll likely fall short. He can throw a good punch, but if his opponent knows how to dodge, he's in for it. Booker has both street and book smarts. He can read a person's personality fairly well, and is a good detective while at it.

Posting Speed: It varies, around once-twice a day at best, though I'm usually not at my best.

"I'm an advocate of true gender equality. A man who wouldn’t hesitate to dropkick a female opponent in the ovaries. I'm a guy who does what he has to do! You'd do well to remember that!"

    Character Name:

    Kazuma Satou

    Canon:
    CEF75773-8F6D-4B78-B6B7-9B88B25E322D.png
    (Konosuba)

    Age:
    17

    Personality:
Prior to his reincarnation, Kazuma was a complete shut-in NEET. He isolated himself from society and spent all of his time in his room playing video games, all while maintaining little to no real life relationships. Some of these traits would manifest from time to time after his rebirth, such as becoming extremely nervous when first meeting the beautiful Darkness and resigning himself to lazing around under his kotatsu in his free time.

Generally, however, after being reincarnated, Kazuma was much more social and outgoing, initially being excited at the prospect of becoming an adventurer. Despite this, however, Kazuma soon realised the cruel realities of his new world. He steadily became increasingly pessimistic as he discovered the harsh reality of being an adventurer, such as the initially low pay and extremely dangerous work.

Kazuma is a consistently sarcastic, cynical, and blunt character, especially towards his own teammates. He has no qualms with reminding Aqua of how useless she can be or how creepy he finds Darkness’s masochism - though this is often indistinguishable from harmless banter. He is more than happy to give people other than his teammates a piece of his mind, too, as he is also open about his disdain for people like Mitsurugi Kyouya - a Japanese man who had also been reincarnated to this new world, and an incredibly narcissistic individual. Kazuma tends to openly complain about his unfortunate circumstances, such as when he once fell into debt, or when he found himself arrested for treason due to accidentally and indirectly destroying a noble’s mansion.

Despite his clear, numerous faults, Kazuma is often described as someone who is "reliable at critical moments." As such, he can be surprisingly intelligent as well as a good leader for his party, often being the one who comes up with the plans or lead the group. Megumin describes him as hardworking when he's poor, and lazy when he's rich.

Despite his abrasive attitude, it is true that Kazuma is a kind man at heart, as he does genuinely enjoy his time with his party and is willing to do whatever it takes to ultimately help them. Even in his original world, Kazuma showed some inkling of bravery as he was willing to sacrifice his life to save a girl he truly thought was in danger, even stating after he died that he was fine with his fate as long the girl was safe - though she was never actually in harm’s way.

In spite of his bravery, Kazuma is a fallible man, possessing some... less heroic attributes. He is rather lecherous, and often presents himself as an advocate of gender equality as an excuse for him to attack and harass girls by stealing their panties. He also uses this to justify him retreating a dangerous battle before the women. Kazuma was also perfectly content with living the rest of his life as a lazy bum after earning enough money to live comfortably, essentially abandoning his initial quest to defeat the Demon King. Contrary to this, Kazuma does continue to go on quests, and, though not his initial intention, does end up continuing the fight against the Demon King.

    Bio:
Many do not always immediately hear the hero’s call. They do not always begin their journey fully prepared for what was to come their way. And, quite often, legends arise from the unassuming - the ones you would expect the least to make something of their lives.

Kazuma is, without a doubt, one of these unexpected protagonists. His call to action was not exactly glamorous.

When in elementary school, his first love and childhood friend had promised to marry him. Unfortunately, during the summer of his third year in middle school, he saw that same girl riding a delinquent upperclassman’s bike. Crushed, heartbroken and utterly speechless, he decided that he no longer wanted to attend school - despite the fact that his parents were paying for him to attend a private school - and began to sink all of his time into online gaming. He would pretend to go to school, only to sneak back in and continue his never-ending gaming binge. He played all day, every day; marking his descent into NEETdom.

His addiction only grew worse with time. As Kazuma gradually began to sacrifice his time for activities such as sleeping and showering to make way for exterminating virtual monsters, the list of people who knew him by name became smaller and smaller. It seemed that Kazuma had chosen a fate that would leave him forever forgotten and alone.

Until, one day, he did something uncharacteristically selfless.

When on one of his (rare) journeys outside to buy a new video game, he noticed a girl crossing the road in the direct path of an oncoming truck - and there was no way that she could have gotten out of the way in time. Despite years as a shut-in; despite years of avoiding people and putting himself first, something inside of him made him act. He ran over to push her out of the way, saving her life at the cost of his own.

It would have been noble, had it not been painfully embarrassing.

Upon arriving in the afterlife, the goddess Aqua informs him that the girl he tried to save was never in any actual danger at all; the truck that was coming towards her was, in fact, a harmless, slow-moving tractor. Kazuma, thinking that he had been run over by the truck, died of shock on the spot and soiled his pants on the scene. Everyone laughed at the circumstances of his death - his parents, his doctors, and even Aqua herself, who found Kazuma’s death particularly hysterical. Not exactly the best way to go.

After calming herself down, Aqua offered Kazuma a choice; either go straight to Heaven and live a boring, peaceful eternity baking in the sun forever, or to be reincarnated into a parallel world with MMORPG elements, where he could go on adventures and battle monsters, with the ultimate aim of defeating the (supposedly) evil and ruthless Demon King. He decided to opt for the latter.

Despite being given the offer to take any one superpowered item or weapon with him in this world, Aqua’s attitude was not lost on him. She constantly mocked, teased and made fun of him during his time in the afterlife - and this got on Kazuma’s nerves. In an act of spite, he chose Aqua herself to accompany him to the town of Axel. He thought that, surely, having a goddess with her power along with him throughout his journey would mean that they could live the high life and destroy the Demon King easily.

    He was mistaken.

Aqua’s absent-mindedness and lack of ability in... anything, soon proved to be less than helpful. With Aqua unable to return to the afterlife until the defeat of the Demon King, the two formed a party and recruited two other members; a magician named Megumin obsessed with, and only able to cast, explosion magic, and a Crusader named Darkness who only specialised into the Crusader class in order to take the most damage and satisfy her ceaseless masochistic urges.

At the mercy of his party’s dysfunctional abilities and generally terrible dynamic, Kazuma found himself slowly giving up on the idea of defeating the Demon King, and instead tried to live a luxurious life through the income of being an Adventurer. However, the very nature of this lifestyle - and his ironic luck - ended up forcing him and his party to encounter and do battle with the rank, file and generals of the Demon King’s army anyway.

Kazuma and his party, though having an initial rough start, soon found accepting quests, and especially against the Demon King’s army, to be extremely lucrative. They got ridiculously rich on the back of it - moving from sleeping on the floor in a stable to a full-blown mansion. Having worked so hard and plowed through ludicrous circumstances, Kazuma was soon to find himself back at square one, when, one day, he found himself waking up to the dizzy lights of Millennium City.

destiny-2-3840x2160-cayde-6-4k-9850.jpg

"Worst case scenario: you die. But who knows, maybe you won't."

Character Name: Cayde-6

Canon: Destiny (Immediately after getting killed in Forsaken)

Age: Immortal, possibly centuries old

Personality:"I may not look like I know what I'm doing but I do."

Laid-back, carefree, down-to-earth and adventurous are among the best words to describe Cayde-6. Though Cayde can appear to be lazy and bored with his duties as Hunter Vanguard, he actually takes his role seriously, more so than he would admit. Originally, Cayde wanted to continue his solo Guardian career but after his friend Andal Brask was murdered, he put that aside and assumed his place to honor his friend. Despite this, he longs to get back into the field.

Regardless, while he may appear to put Guardians on dangerous paths, deep down he cares about their safety and even calls them his "greatest success story". In addition, he was saddened at the loss of another one of his friends, the Nightstalker Tevis Larsen. As Hunter Vanguard, his carefree attitude and playing loose with the rules annoys if not aggravates his fellow teammates, Zavala and Ikora, but he is loyal to them and would support them no matter what. Though Zavala finds Cayde to be unorthodox, he respects him and admits that if there was anything he learned from Cayde it's the tactical benefit of a grand entrance. With Ikora, she at times retaliates against Cayde's jokes with witty jests of her own. In the rare moments when Cayde is serious, the situation really is dire.

Even in the tensest and most harrowing of situations, whether in a warzone or on an adventure, Cayde maintains his light-heartened, jokester attitude, but that doesn't stop him from performing his best in a battle. Ghost notes that after Cayde got stuck in a Vex time-loop, after attempting to steal a Vex device, the reason why the Vanguard doesn't want him to leave the Tower is that he simply gets into trouble.

Bio: Like most Exo, Cayde remembers little about his past before the Collapse. However, he remembers enough to provide substantial information, albeit he admits the order is out of sync. Cayde used to be a human soldier with a large debt over his head, when he was approached by Clovis Bray to have his debt removed. The job offer itself isn't explicitly stated, but what Cayde remembers next is coming to Europa where he was converted into an Exo. Cayde's Letter Fragments in Destiny 2 reveal that Cayde had a wife and a son whom he nicknamed "Ace", he threw his life away gambling, and that his only means of escape was to sell himself to Clovis Bray's Exo program.

Next, he remembers being assigned as a security officer to the Ishtar Collective, where his job was to look after Dr. Maya Sundaresh. Though he wished to get to know her better, she barely noticed him. Afterwards, he remembers being restrained by a shadowy creature on a destroyed world, followed by another memory which he describes as not his own. He was found with a journal containing Ace's name on his person after being revived by his Ghost, Sundance, and that Cayde kept writing to him despite not remembering him and that his son was long dead.

A full bio can be read here: Cayde-6

Attributes:
  • Positive:
    • Veteran Guardian: Cayde didn't become the Hunter Vanguard for nothing (well, it was a bet he lost to the previous Hunter who held the position). He is a veteran Guardian with years of experience in both combat and exploration. Cayde is incredibly lethal with not just his signature Ace of Spades, but also knives and other weapons. He has mastered his use of Light and can channel it into Supers such as Golden Gun and Blade Barrage.
    • Hunter's Wit: Hunters are famed for being resourceful in combat, being able to adapt to any situation. Cayde can use the environment to his advantage, weaponising surfaces and various objects against his enemies.
    • Wildcard: Guardians are, generally, unpredictable, partaking in acts such as randomly dancing in various locations and tossing themselves off high places to their death for no reason at all. Even the Vex, hyper-advanced time travelling cyborgs, have difficulty simulating them. As such, it is difficult for enemies to predict the next action he will take.
    • Experienced Explorer: Cayde spent much of his early years as a Guardian exploring the Solar System. As such, he is extremely good at navigation.
  • Negative
    • Light Dependent: Like all other Guardians, Cayde is reliant on the Light to power his abilities. With he of course is still a formidable foe, without the Light, he loses his abilities such as Blink, double jumping, and Supers, along with the ability to be resurrected by Sundance, his Ghost. As shown during the Red War, Guardians rendered powerless after their connection to the Traveler has been cut can be killed permanently and stand little chance against enemies.
    • Overconfidence: Due to his ability to resurrect after getting killed, Cayde, along with many other Guardians, have more or less lost their fear of death. As such, Cayde tends to be recklessly overconfident, making rash decisions where he fails to consider the outcomes such as messing with a Vex teleporter and inadvertently getting stuck in a time loop. This eventually led to his death at the hands of Uldren Sov. While he is capable of forming proper battle plans, they have a tendency to be overcomplicated and can be solved with simple solutions.
    • Easily Bored: Cayde has a tendency to lose interest in subjects not related to combat. He hated his unwilling job as Hunter Vanguard and constantly looked for any way to get out of it, occasionally sneaking out of the Tower to get back to the field.

Posting Speed: Normally I'd joke and say something like '2fast4you' or 'I am speed', with exams coming up and me having projects to work on, I can probably get at least one to two posts per day, depending on circumstances.
