Curse, a seemingly cliche start to every horror movie. And it happens that a small town that used to be a good tourist spot, had become the talk of many "paranormal investigators" regarding the rumors of an occult that the locals wouldn't speak about. Though, none of their findings would prove anything significant. Many would just claim that the town was just haunted with so many of its residents keeping their matters to themselves. The air always felt gloomy and off. Many households would move out to get away from the off-putting atmosphere that would plague all of the residents.
Well, a few of the so called locals came back to their hometown, each for their own reasons. They were all a part of the same friend group but they haven't kept in touch ever since one of them left the town. As they eventually decided to gather the members back to their hangout which was at one of their friends shops, they try to reconnect even though many of them had changed throughout the years. But that was the least of their worries when they discovered something horrific that night. A creature lurking in the dark. Its face so disfigured yet tall and had sharp claws. It didn't look human, and it had made itself known to the group. After defeating said creature with their new "gifts", they all looked back at an old fairytale regarding the rumors of said occult that somehow linked each one of their families to a specific curse that these creatures exist from.
Each of the members have a "gift" that has it own curse or side effect from that newfound power.
Rules:
- Please be over or at least 18
- Try to be active if possible (max one post per 3 days.)
- Semi lit at least, one paragraph
- no godmodding
- preferably real life face claim
- if you have any questions please ask or if you have suggestions do share them with us.
