Basically arrows come from his body. He can control their size down to as thin as a thread and large as hell, but really they just cut and block attacks coming at him.

Basically every injury obtained in MHA is permanent because an actual healing quirk is so rare. The whole plot is kicked off because All Might has an injury he can't recover from.

But that's not really the same as healing quirks being banned. I mean, theoretically they can still exist in the setting.

Could be better. Got a bit sick make me feel a little down, in turn causing me to procrastinate on my work. Speaking of work, it's been scarily light lately. Normally I have to navigate a hurricane of workload. I'm scared it's all building up to drop a crazy amount of work on me.
