Pre-Character Checklist
Before you proceed to make a character and completely butcher absolutely everything about it, so much so that I force you back to the draft to undo all your hard work, make sure you've done the following things.

1. THE LORE. Have you read it? At least topics 1 and 2 are absolutely required. You can find it here.

2. Do you understand tiers? If not, then please PM me. If you can't find the tiers, please refer to the first message on the checklist. Read the lore. You must make a character with a tier in mind. Remember that delta-tier requires pre-approval, and gamma-tier requires consent. If you plan on having a character in either of these tiers, PM me!

3. There are certain powers you cannot use under ANY circumstances. They are, as follows.
- Almighty Powers (Omnipotence, omniscience, meta powers)
- Meta Powers
- Power Manipulation/Mimicry/Nullification, anything that hurts or copies another user's powers.
- Invulnerability
- Causality, Probability, or Logic Manipulation
- Basically, anything game-breaking. If I say no to a power, it means no.

4. There are powers that need pre-approval from me, and those are Quantum-State Powers. What are they? Refer to 1 on the checklist. It's in the lore. Examples of quantum state powers are time manipulation, pathifery, and pocket dimensions. Remember, these are rare and I reserve the right to deny you of these powers at ANY time.

Congratulations, you made it through the checklist, presumably after reading the lore. Now, you're ready to make a character! Hooray! Here are some important things to keep in mind while making the character.

Power vs. Skill
Powers are supernatural abilities that your character possesses. Skills are things your character can do even without their powers.

Specialization vs. Generalization
Nobody's perfect, and nobody's damn close either. Either your character specializes and has high ratings in one or two power attribute groups, or they're just an all around type of metahuman. It's better to specialize, as it makes characters unique, but generalized characters can be fun as well!

Enhanced strength; can punch through walls and break skulls
Enhanced durability, can take on her own strenght so her body wouldn't break at hit. Knive hit needs more strenght behind it.
High pain threshold; how do you example this? It's pain threshold, she takes damage just doesn't feel it. Example: she could touch to exhaust pipe of engine that is on, whitout feeling pain or get hit of light tazer
When angry, pain threshold goes even higher. Example: when angry flames doesn't hurt and high voltage doesn't hurt (in both situtations both elements does damage)
Power: (1-10) 5 Can lift 4-door car with passengers, luggage and full fuel tank.
Defense: (1-10) 3 has enough durability to withstand her own hits. (when hitting to wall, it's wall that gives up not her body)

Overall, it's a character that's fitting for the story and I can totally get what kind of character you're going for here. It'll do well in Blackfall, and is overall a fairly good character. However, there are some edits I would like you to make. Read below.

Personality - It's too short. Does she have any goals? What does she even exist for? Don't tell me she's this simple.
Abilities -
1) I need a number on her strength. Just how many tons can she lift? Strength is measured in lifting, usually.
2) No invulnerable fists. It makes no sense. And no total invulnerability in general. You can just say her fists have a high durability.
3) "Rage mode?" How does this even work? It's called adrenaline, it's not even a power.

Stats -
I'd put her power at a 5 if she's in alpha-tier (which is the weakest tier)
Her defense would still be a 2, since the rest of her body is just as squishy as a human's is.

Weaknesses -
So I'm assuming standard weaknesses apply. Guns, knives, poison, toxic gas, fire, electricity, energy beams, etc. These are fine.

Skills -
You mean to tell me...she can't do anything else? You did mention stealing is common in her story, so you should add that to the skills as well. Also, add the fact that she speaks Russian and English to skills, as it's not extra.

Misc -
Blackfall is the perfect city for her.
Color good!

Costume: Pandora literally just wears whatever she happens to have on at the moment. If she’s in the mood she might dress up better, maybe a black leather jacket paired with ripped jeans and studded boots. Her only official costume is a helmet she wears that both conceals her identity and protects her head from injuries. It is made from a lightweight but durable material which she had bought using her earnings as a vigilante.

Body Modifications/Implants: None, her body rejects any foreign objects implanted into her body be it beneficial or harmful.

Blood Type: O-

Personality: Pandora is a pessimist and has a grim outlook in life. She always believes that something will go wrong, and when it does go wrong, it goes as wrong as it possibly can. She is inherently cautious and distrusting of other people, preferring to keep to herself whenever possible. She’s also quite straightforward and frank, neither sugarcoating nor exaggerating manners. She’s also quite inept at social interactions and she doesn’t give a shit about how others may feel. She’s easily irritated, especially by naive and stupid people. She also curses, a lot.

Despite her flaws, Pandora is a trust worthy and stalwart ally, if you actually get her to like you. She’ll be guaranteed to always have your back whenever and wherever you may need her. She’s quite protective over those whom she recognizes as her allies and she is a loyal companion. Pandora is also quite insecure over her powers, fearing that people may see her as an unnatural freak whenever they see her mangled and bloodied body proceeding to beat up a bunch of thugs as her body fixes itself.

Despite her rough and tough image, Pandora can be quite girly. She loves dressing up in various clothes, a hobby she’s been indulging ever since she started earning some money, and is also really good at housework. She loves to cook, though she rarely has anyone to cook for, and would probably make a good housewife. She keeps this side of her hidden for various reasons, mainly because being viewed this way would make thugs think of her as easy picking, and it can be quite exhausting to deal with them.

Backstory: Pandora grew up in the bad neighborhood of the Southeastern district of Blackfall. Crimes are rampant, gangs roam the alleys, the cops are nothing more than uniformed thugs, drugs are being sold by the bundle, and pretty much everyday was chaos. Pandora had to fear for her life whenevr she goes out of her house, knowing that she’d be a prime target for the degenerates in her neighborhood.

Not that her family life is any better. While she was not abused nor molested, unlike some of her friends, things were still tense around the house. Her mom and dad were always fighting, though they thankfully kept it at verbal spars rather than physical blows, and their financial status wasn’t all that good either. Still, she managed to stay alive and safe for most of her life due to a combination of luck, common sense, street smart, and a healthy dose of pepper spray and taser shots. She’d managed to actually get into a community college at a better part of the Southeastern district and things seemed to be looking up. And then everythng came tumbling down.

Just days before leaving for college, Pandora of course just had to be mugged. A couple of men cornered her in an alley, demanding she give up all her money or else. Of course Pandora was quick to give up her wallet, she needed her life more than her money. Then, just as she thought it was over, the thugs demanded a more, personal, payment in exchange for her life. It was at this point that Pnadora tried to make a run for it, ramming into one of them with her shoulders as she tried to escape, only to get a bullet to the brain for her efforts. One of the thugs were startled and pulled the trigger, the bullet hitting her right at the back of her head. The thugs were quick to flee, leaving Pandora’s body alone in the alley.

Normally the story would end there, but after a couple of hours, Pandora’s body twitched. She suddenly bolted straight up, her eyes wild and her breathing ragged as she looked for her assailants. She found nobody except her. Then, Pandora saw that she had been lying in a pool of blood, her clothes had been bloodied, and a single dented bullet sat in the middle of the puddle. She slowly recalled what happened, and to her horror and excitement, realized just what had happened. And so, realizing that she had powers, Pandora proceeded to try and pursue a vigilante career. She had a rough start, but now she has the hang of it and is actually earning pretty good. She quit college since, finding vigilante work to be more profitable.

Relationships: Bothh of her parents are still alive, but she rarely interacts with them other than to send them some money.

Powers

Abilities:

Superhuman Regeneration - Pandora is able to regenerate at a superhuman speed. Wounds, bruises, burns, broken bones, and other forms of bodily harms heals at pace visible to the naked eye. Pandora is also able to use her power to push her body further than it is supposed to. She can push her body beyond its limits to achieve superhuman feats at the expense of her body.

  • Power: (2-4) Pandora base strength is just that of a regular person’s, maybe a bit higher due to her intense training regimen. However, by pushing her body beyond its limit, she can lift objects far heavier than what normal people can do and hit dtronger than humanly possible.
  • Defense: (1) Pandora can regenerate at an unprecedented speed, but her body is still human. She’ll easily get stabbed by a knife, riddled with bullets, and burned with a flamethrower. She’ll keep coming back, but she’s a soft target.
  • Recovery: (8) Pandora is definitely deserving if the name Undying. She’s nigh unkillable, save for total obliteration or be put in a situation where she’ll constantly die (drowning, exposure to radiation, etc.). She’ll grow limbs when it’s cut, though prefers to just reattach it. Fatal wounds causes her regeneration to slow down, but she’ll still regenerate after a while. Her regeneration stops to work when her body is quartered or if 2/3 of her body is missing.
  • Range: (1) Her power only affects herself.
  • Speed: (2-3) Similar to Power, her base speed is just a bit above a regular human. Pushing her body over the limits will allow her to run faster, though she’s more suited to endurance running rather than fast running. She may not be able to outrun you, but she’ll certainly outlast you.
Bone Daggers - Pandora is able to create bone daggers from her palms. The dagger is formed underneath her flesh, using preexisting bone, and is then pushed outside his palms. The daggers can be slightly modified to suit her preference, sometimes they come out serrated, others they’re needle-like. The daggers can be used as an impromptu melee weapon or thrown as a projectile.

  • Power (4) - The dagger can pierce concrete and cut through thin sheets of metal, though Pandora needs to use considerable force to completely push through. The daggers can also easily rend flesh and can even cut into bone, though it’ll get stuck in it.
  • Defense (2) - While sharp, the daggers are not the most durable of objects. Sure, it can maybe withstand a hit or two, but it will undoubtedly break when hit.
  • Recovery (0) - The daggers do nothing to improve her already impressive regenrative ability.
  • Range (1-3) - The dagger can be used as both a melee and a range weapon. The range is pretty short, it is just a throwing weapon after all.
  • Speed (3) - The daggers are pretty lightweight and can be swung easily. Handy for quick strikes and hit and run tactics.

Intended Tier: Gamma Tier

Limits: Pandora, undying she may be, still has the body of a human. She may not stay down, but she can easily be taken down. She’s especially vulnerable to injuries to the head since it’s the one that takes longest to heal. She’s also in danger of being trapped, since if she can’t manage to get herself free, there’s a high likelihood of being trapped there for eternity since she can’t die from convetional means. Her strength and speed is also quite lackluster, especially when you compare it to those with powers specifically designed for it.

Her daggers are not the toughest of materials and can be broken with a little effort. There’s also quite ineffective when facing off against armored opponents or opponents with a thick carapace.

Weaknesses: Radiation is Pandora’s biggest weakness. Sure, small doses can be dealt with, but if she is exposed to a huge amount of it, her body will not be able to cope up.

Skills & Equipment

Skills:

Mixed Martial Arts - Pandora original practiced this as a form of self defense, but once she discovered her powers and became a vigilante, she started to earnestly train this skill. She can go for hours training without stopping due to her regenerative ability.

Pekiti-Tirsia Kali (PTK) - Upon gaining her second power, Pandora also trained in knife fighting using the fighting system Pekiti-Tirsia Kali or PTK. All fighting ranges are integral parts of the Pekiti-Tirsia system, but special attention is given to closing in to kill in close-quarter combat. Pekiti-Tirsia is about quartering the opponent, emphasizing destruction with counter offence while not getting hit.

Freerunning/Parkour - Being a Vigilante involves a lot of running and chasing through the city, which is why Pandora is well versed in Parkour. She’s quite adept at it since she is quite fearless in her running due to the lack of consequence and the fact that she has a large stamina.

Intimidtation - A skill perfectly suited to her ability. While she’s alright at normal intimidation tactics like threats, show of force, etc., what truly makes her intimidating and terrifying is the way she uses her ability. Seeing a mangled, bloodied, and bullet riddled body with a skull for a head rushing towards you is pretty terrifying and can make even hardened men shit their pants when done right.

Pain Tolerance - Pandora would have long gone completely insane without this. She could feel discomfort and aching when she’s injure and when healing herself, but the pain has certainly dulled.

Lockpicking - Something she picked up as a hobby once. Now she uses it whenever she needs to get to get into places without just bashing the door down.

Equipment:

Skull Helm - A helmet that covers the entirety of her head. It is made of a lightweight but durable material that Pandora bought with her earnings. It also has a voice distortion feature to make her voice unrecognizable and threatening. It’s designed like a skull to match her alias as the Undying. She’s saving to get a night vision upgrade to it.

Flashbang Grenades - Even she has to flee sometimes, and a flashbang grenade can help her with that. Just throw it in the direction of the enemy and run to the opposite direction.

Flashlight - You never know when you might need one. It’s just slightly larger than a penlight but with a brighter light.

Lockpicks - Sometimes a subtle and stealthy approach is needed, and that’s where these comes in.

Eryn is a laid-back and sassy nugget that likes to utilise bad puns in every violent confrontation. His focus and drive can often make him tunnel-visioned on one aspect of a situation (such as a specific opponent he needs to take down) and is then left vulnerable to surprise attacks from different directions or failing to acknowledge another imminent danger. He doesn't let this get him too salty, though, and tries to be a good sport about everything, figuring he should at least learn from every experience. He's pretty friendly to most people, even those he's fighting...apart from the fact that he's whacking them on the head with whatever weapon he's using, but still.
Backstory:
Eryn's major memories of his childhood were of how enticed he was by the stories of his father's superhero work before he retired due to constant public backlash. Eryn never really approved of that decision, since in his mind the backlash shouldn't matter as long as you're still doing the right thing. When he first discovered his telekinetic powers, he was reaching for a T.V remote that was just out of reach. At the height of the smol 8 year old's frustration, the remote flew at him and hit him on the forehead. When he discovered his invisibility powers, he had been startled by his father and activated it out of instinct. He began using the powers in subtle ways to deal with school bullies, I.E discretely making them trip over themselves while carrying lunch trays and stuff. This escalated into full blown Vigilante antics, not really giving a damn about how much backlash he'd get for it.
Relationships: He's cool with his father.

Recovah-REEE: 2 (his powers don't do jack shit to help heal wounds.)
Raenge: 5 (distance doesn't typically affect his efficiency unless it's out of a hunting rifle's range)
Fast-ness: 2 (he can occasionally use telekinesis to move himself a bit faster, but this is rarely used)
Invisibility- He and things he's holding impervious to electromagnetic waves (which includes visible light), and therefore become unseeable.

Da fence: 0 (Unless he's using it to avoid being blasted by waves on the electromagnetic spectrum, in which case he's all good)

Limits:
Only one ability can be used at a time.
The more telekinetic force he applies, the more strain is put on his mind which can result in epileptic attacks if taken to the extreme (His threshhold gets higher with constant practise).
He can only properly control his telekinetic actions when focused.
Using telekinesis directly on other people results in a repulsive internal feeling, although this only serves to discourage him from doing so rather than making him unable to.
Invisibility will not affect objects he's holding if they're bigger than a person.

Weaknesses:
Electrical attacks prevent him from using either ability.
SONAR, echolocation, and smokescreens can be used to spot him while he's invisible.

Using telekinesis directly on other people results in a repulsive internal feeling, although this only serves to discourage him from doing so rather than making him unable to.
Invisibility will not affect objects he's holding if they're bigger than a person.

Weaknesses:

But then there were reports of a Unkown army coming. There were rumors, but one name Dan heard multiple times was The Nameless. It wasn't until there was a failed attack on his town did he belive that. This was when he was 16, and enlisted in the army when he was 17. They didn't care how young he was. The 2 years he was in the army, he had seen some shut. He started getting nightmares every night about it.

But he knew they were losing. His home planet was getting taken over. Dan knew that there would be a huge battle. When it hit, he was surprised. His friends were getting killed all over. But, he did spy on top secret locations while in the army. He heard about the teleporters. So in a desperate attempt to save his life, he grabbed armor, and some weapons, and went to the location.

As he was surrounded, he escaped into the teleporter. When he came too, he found himself in a Unkown alley. He had gotten up, and walked out and found that a city surrounded him. As he looked on the streets, he saw people like him, humans. This was his journey. It wasn't until a few years that he realized that this was Earth, a legend back on his home.

By then, he had gotten himself a home from a job, and learned about human history. He was disgusted about how violent this world was. So, one day, after contemplating, he decided to try and save this city. Blackwell seemed like it needed to get fixed, and soon. So, he donned his armor, and went out on the streets. He didn't hide his identity, he felt he had nothing to lose.

From then until now, he has fought criminals, donated to charity with the stuff he had, ran a blog, been in protests and much more. Even though though Blackwell in the southeast was violent and dirty, he still felt like he was in a place he could call home.

Personality: James is a different person depending on when you meet him. If he is in his civilian clothes he is a seemingly calm young man with little worries. Often times mistaken for a highschool student and rarely seeming to default from his apathetic outlook.
In the Wildcat armor that Is a different story. He seems unhinged easily agitated and overtly violent. With a natural paranoia and distrust of everything. The one that is the real James is hard to define.

James was an above average kid from birth. He was walking at 9 months, talking at 17 months. His growth and development continued on throughout the school years and as he grew he began shining in both athletic and academic categories. He became infatuated with the military at a young age hearing his father speak highly of the service. As soon as he graduated highschool he enlisted with the army. His natural tendencies towards overachieving finally seemed to pay off when he was invited to the Ultimate program. A military program dedicated to creating metahuman soldiers to deal with various threats. James was a complete success in their eyes taking the unpredictable serum and manifesting several superhuman traits. He then spent six years in the service of the US government until the death of his fellow operatives began to tip him off to the coming end. The program had been cancelled and the "assets" were to be liquidated. Luckily James was harder to kill than even he knew. When they set him up and pumped him full of lead he managed to survive. With them believing him dead he fled back to the states and began to put a life together for himself. Old habits apparently die hard however. It wasn't long before he was contacting old allies and collecting on old favors. Fully equipped he has begun to wage a one man war against the criminals of his city.

4- James is stronger than most humans can compete with able to lift around 1800 pounds with effort. He could kick a sturdy door off of its hinges or punch through a small brick wall.

Defense: (1-10)
4 James is quite tough. Able to withstand a pretty hefty beating. Punches from non enhanced beings are virtually pointless, and even a baseball bat would need a good awing to get any real damage.

Recovery: (1-10) 7
- James recovery is borderline godlike. He can raise from a hail of gunfire in under a minute. Cuts and bruises seem to fade away in a matter of minutes. Broken bones take a few hours and regrowing a limb can be done in about 42 hours.

Range: (1-10)
1- James's body was modified only allowing him to operate at higher levels. His Power is strictly in his body hia bullets however aren't.

Speed: (1-10)
4- James is actually quite fast capable of reaching running speeds of up to 65mph. His reflexes are considerably enhanced as well.

Stealth- most of James missions operated in the shadows. As such he has become adept at hiding. Even going so far as to learn to slow his heartbeat and lower his body temperature In order to trick advanced systems.

Information gathering- what super spy can't gather intel. James is adept at guiding conversations, reading between the lines and even using his Knowledge of body language to read hints when no words are said.

Stalking- When James wants to find someone he will. It takes alot for him to loose sight of a target.

Hacking- while he is no expert in it he has had more than one run in with a high tech security system.

Psychological warfare- James is very good at putting the fear of death into people. Many times his presence alone is enough to deter common criminals.

Nine lives & catnip- his twin pistols each boasting a different caliber and function. Catnip holds 14 9mm bullets coated in rubber o that they can bounce, this is his trickshot pistol and is by no means non-lethal. Nine lives holds 9 .50cal magnum rounds. Meant to pierce armor and yield tremendous stopping power.

Gloves- the wildcat armor gloves are coated in sharpened titainium/tungsten carbide claws which are used in close quarters and for climbing.

Helmet-the wildcat armor helmet Is a state of the art communication tool capable of hacking into police radio chatter, cell phones, and even the internet. It also boasts night vision and thermal vision modes with up to 10x zoom.

Armor- the wildcat armor in itself is a marvel of defensive technology. Lightweight armor plating can handle most blades, impacts, and small caliber bullets. It is also environmentally sealed allowing it to operate underwater or space for short periods of time.

Cat jack- Small spiked explosive pellets which yield explosions equivalent to that of a grenade. The spikes allow them to be stuck to targets.

Nine lives & catnip- his twin pistols each boasting a different caliber and function. Catnip holds 14 9mm bullets coated in rubber o that they can bounce, this is his trickshot pistol and is by no means non-lethal. Nine lives holds 9 .50cal magnum rounds. Meant to pierce armor and yield tremendous stopping power.

Gloves- the wildcat armor gloves are coated in sharpened titainium/tungsten carbide claws which are used in close quarters and for climbing.

Helmet-the wildcat armor helmet Is a state of the art communication tool capable of hacking into police radio chatter, cell phones, and even the internet. It also boasts night vision and thermal vision modes with up to 10x zoom.

Armor- the wildcat armor in itself is a marvel of defensive technology. Lightweight armor plating can handle most blades, impacts, and small caliber bullets. It is also environmentally sealed allowing it to operate underwater or space for short periods of time.

Cat jack- Small spiked explosive pellets which yield explosions equivalent to that of a grenade. The spikes allow them to be stuck to targets.

Personality: Pandora is a pessimist and has a grim outlook in life. She always believes that something will go wrong, and when it does go wrong, it goes as wrong as it possibly can. She is inherently cautious and distrusting of other people, preferring to keep to herself whenever possible. She’s also quite straightforward and frank, neither sugarcoating nor exaggerating manners. She’s also quite inept at social interactions and she doesn’t give a shit about how others may feel. She’s easily irritated, especially by naive and stupid people. She also curses, a lot.

Despite her flaws, Pandora is a trust worthy and stalwart ally, if you actually get her to like you. She’ll be guaranteed to always have your back whenever and wherever you may need her. She’s quite protective over those whom she recognizes as her allies and she is a loyal companion. Pandora is also quite insecure over her powers, fearing that people may see her as an unnatural freak whenever they see her mangled and bloodied body proceeding to beat up a bunch of thugs as her body fixes itself.

Backstory: Pandora grew up in the bad neighborhood of the Southeastern district of Blackfall. Crimes are rampant, gangs roam the alleys, the cops are nothing more than uniformed thugs, drugs are being sold by the bundle, and pretty much everyday was chaos. Pandora had to fear for her life whenevr she goes out of her house, knowing that she’d be a prime target for the degenerates in her neighborhood.

Not that her family life is any better. While she was not abused nor molested, unlike some of her friends, things were still tense around the house. Her mom and dad were always fighting, though they thankfully kept it at verbal spars rather than physical blows, and their financial status wasn’t all that good either. Still, she managed to stay alive and safe for most of her life due to a combination of luck, common sense, street smart, and a healthy dose of pepper spray and taser shots. She’d managed to actually get into a community college at a better part of the Southeastern district and things seemed to be looking up. And then everythng came tumbling down.

Just days before leaving for college, Pandora of course just had to be mugged. A couple of men cornered her in an alley, demanding she give up all her money or else. Of course Pandora was quick to give up her wallet, she needed her life more than her money. Then, just as she thought it was over, the thugs demanded a more, personal, payment in exchange for her life. It was at this point that Pnadora tried to make a run for it, ramming into one of them with her shoulders as she tried to escape, only to get a bullet to the brain for her efforts. One of the thugs were startled and pulled the trigger, the bullet hitting her right at the back of her head. The thugs were quick to flee, leaving Pandora’s body alone in the alley.

Normally the story would end there, but after a couple of hours, Pandora’s body twitched. She suddenly bolted straight up, her eyes wild and her breathing ragged as she looked for her assailants. She found nobody except her. Then, Pandora saw that she had been lying in a pool of blood, her clothes had been bloodied, and a single dented bullet sat in the middle of the puddle. She slowly recalled what happened, and to her horror and excitement, realized just what had happened. And so, realizing that she had powers, Pandora proceeded to try and pursue a vigilante career. She had a rough start, but now she has the hang of it and is actually earning pretty good. She quit college since, finding vigilante work to be more profitable.

Relationships: Bothh of her parents are still alive, but she rarely interacts with them other than to send them some money.

Powers

Abilities:

Superhuman Regeneration - Pandora is able to regenerate at a superhuman speed. Wounds, bruises, burns, broken bones, and other forms of bodily harms heals at pace visible to the naked eye. Pandora is also able to use her power to push her body further than it is supposed to. She can push her body beyond its limits to achieve superhuman feats at the expense of her body.

  • Power: (2-4) Pandora base strength is just that of a regular person’s, maybe a bit higher due to her intense training regimen. However, by pushing her body beyond its limit, she can lift objects far heavier than what normal people can do and hit dtronger than humanly possible.
  • Defense: (1) Pandora can regenerate at an unprecedented speed, but her body is still human. She’ll easily get stabbed by a knife, riddled with bullets, and burned with a flamethrower. She’ll keep coming back, but she’s a soft target.
  • Recovery: (8) Pandora is definitely deserving if the name Undying. She’s nigh unkillable, save for total obliteration or be put in a situation where she’ll constantly die (drowning, exposure to radiation, etc.). She’ll grow limbs when it’s cut, though prefers to just reattach it. Fatal wounds causes her regeneration to slow down, but she’ll still regenerate after a while. Her regeneration stops to work when her body is quartered or if 2/3 of her body is missing.
  • Range: (1) Her power only affects herself.
  • Speed: (2-3) Similar to Power, her base speed is just a bit above a regular human. Pushing her body over the limits will allow her to run faster, though she’s more suited to endurance running rather than fast running. She may not be able to outrun you, but she’ll certainly outlast you.
Bone Daggers - Pandora is able to create bone daggers from her palms. The dagger is formed underneath her flesh, using preexisting bone, and is then pushed outside his palms. The daggers can be slightly modified to suit her preference, sometimes they come out serrated, others they’re needle-like. The daggers can be used as an impromptu melee weapon or thrown as a projectile.

  • Power (4) - The dagger can pierce concrete and cut through thin sheets of metal, though Pandora needs to use considerable force to completely push through. The daggers can also easily rend flesh and can even cut into bone, though it’ll get stuck in it.
  • Defense (2) - While sharp, the daggers are not the most durable of objects. Sure, it can maybe withstand a hit or two, but it will undoubtedly break when hit.
  • Recovery (0) - The daggers do nothing to improve her already impressive regenrative ability.
  • Range (1-3) - The dagger can be used as both a melee and a range weapon. The range is pretty short, it is just a throwing weapon after all.
  • Speed (3) - The daggers are pretty lightweight and can be swung easily. Handy for quick strikes and hit and run tactics.

Intended Tier: Gamma Tier

Limits: Pandora, undying she may be, still has the body of a human. She may not stay down, but she can easily be taken down. She’s especially vulnerable to injuries to the head since it’s the one that takes longest to heal. She’s also in danger of being trapped, since if she can’t manage to get herself free, there’s a high likelihood of being trapped there for eternity since she can’t die from convetional means. Her strength and speed is also quite lackluster, especially when you compare it to those with powers specifically designed for it.

Her daggers are not the toughest of materials and can be broken with a little effort. There’s also quite ineffective when facing off against armored opponents or opponents with a thick carapace.

Weaknesses: Radiation is Pandora’s biggest weakness. Sure, small doses can be dealt with, but if she is exposed to a huge amount of it, her body will not be able to cope up.

Skills:

Mixed Martial Arts - Pandora original practiced this as a form of self defense, but once she discovered her powers and became a vigilante, she started to earnestly train this skill. She can go for hours training without stopping due to her regenerative ability.

Pekiti-Tirsia Kali (PTK) - Upon gaining her second power, Pandora also trained in knife fighting using the fighting system Pekiti-Tirsia Kali or PTK. All fighting ranges are integral parts of the Pekiti-Tirsia system, but special attention is given to closing in to kill in close-quarter combat. Pekiti-Tirsia is about quartering the opponent, emphasizing destruction with counter offence while not getting hit.

Freerunning/Parkour - Being a Vigilante involves a lot of running and chasing through the city, which is why Pandora is well versed in Parkour. She’s quite adept at it since she is quite fearless in her running due to the lack of consequence and the fact that she has a large stamina.

Intimidtation - A skill perfectly suited to her ability. While she’s alright at normal intimidation tactics like threats, show of force, etc., what truly makes her intimidating and terrifying is the way she uses her ability. Seeing a mangled, bloodied, and bullet riddled body with a skull for a head rushing towards you is pretty terrifying and can make even hardened men shit their pants when done right.

Pain Tolerance - Pandora would have long gone completely insane without this. She could feel discomfort and aching when she’s injure and when healing herself, but the pain has certainly dulled.

Lockpicking - Something she picked up as a hobby once. Now she uses it whenever she needs to get to get into places without just bashing the door down.

Equipment:

Skull Helm - A helmet that covers the entirety of her head. It is made of a lightweight but durable material that Pandora bought with her earnings. It also has a voice distortion feature to make her voice unrecognizable and threatening. It’s designed like a skull to match her alias as the Undying. She’s saving to get a night vision upgrade to it.

Flashbang Grenades - Even she has to flee sometimes, and a flashbang grenade can help her with that. Just throw it in the direction of the enemy and run to the opposite direction.

Flashlight - You never know when you might need one. It’s just slightly larger than a penlight but with a brighter light.

Lockpicks - Sometimes a subtle and stealthy approach is needed, and that’s where these comes in.

Backstory: Gregory Whitehall had a pretty normal life. Good schooling, good family and eventually through hard work and some solid study a good job as a surgeon in Blackfall medical, the cities first and best hospital. Dedication and skill lead to promotions and substantial amount of money. He was living the high life, rubbing elbows with the rich and famous. Then his powers activated. As a medical professional he had done his research on powers and knew that most of them kicked in during early childhood so you can imagine his shock when he started hearing the thoughts of every rich philanthropist and businessman at the charity ball he was attending. He saw it all. The lies. The deceit. The cruelty. All for what, for money? No. For power. Its connected. Its all connected. And he was going to tear it all down. Gregory Whitehall walked out of that room and was never seen again. A few weeks after his disappearance Reports of a new vigilante emerged from the poorer part of the city. Dr. Discord was born. and starting from the bottom, going all the way to the top, he was going to burn through this town and like a surgeon cut out the disease.

He has to balance focus and mental stress.
Weaknesses: Noise. Both physical and mental affects his powers. High pitches at high volume stop him from being able to focus rendering him de-powered until he can escape the source of the noise. Mental noise like to many minds talking at once or one mind screaming from some physical strain can render Discord unconscious.

After she graduated, Nadine used her part of the inheritance to start up a business with her friend from university's powered club, Alvine. They both had interest in the increasing amount of so-called superheroes in society and decided to make a profit out of it. That was how Senade and Winterfield Law Firm and Powered Agency was established. The agency accepted requests from civilians and government alike to solve a task requiring the help of superpower to solve. With Nadine's knowledge, Alvine had struck deals to finish not-so-legal request from clients as well.

Weaknesses: Noise. Both physical and mental affects his powers. High pitches at high volume stop him from being able to focus rendering him de-powered until he can escape the source of the noise. Mental noise like to many minds talking at once or one mind screaming from some physical strain can render Discord unconscious.

Just keep in mind, that not all bullets can be blocked by telekinesis, as a level 4 defense would likely be able to redirect one or two pistol shots rather than a hail of gunfire. Maybe later on, this character can learn how to summon a shield-like field with their telekinesis that slows down incoming projectiles, but the mechanic of improving a character's powers will be introduced once the RP hits 10 pages. But then again, that's only if you really want to.

Milo doesn't really see himself as an 'interesting' guy. Being your typical introvert Milo tries his best to keep to what he knows, but he is working on expanding his comfort zone. He vastly prefers online social engagements to the, often, awkward and clumsy face-to-face. Despite not really enjoying most social situations, he does enjoy a good chat from time to time. I'm some cases Milo can come off as a bit arrogant, or even narcissistic. These traits only exhibit themselves while he is doing something he Knows that he is good at. It was a fairly old desktop, but it could run a word processor, so it did its job just fine. Unfortunately for the aging piece of technology ot didn't take long for Milo to tear it apart, and attempt to put it back together again. His parents were both slightly amazed by how fast their son had figured out how to reassemble the old computer tower, but they always knew their son was a smart boy.

Throughout middle school and high school Milo’s love, and knowledge of computers only grew, eventually leading him to take up coding and code breaking. After cracking several codes that he had found on a Web page advertising itself as an unbreakable coding game Milo caught the eye of a company by the name of Applied technology and Metahuman research, ATMR, for short. They began watching and waiting, hoping they had finally found the one they had been looking for.

It took him years, and a letter from a major corporations, to realize that maybe he was more special than his parents could have ever thought. Shortly after his twenty first birthday ATMR contacted Milo with an R&D job, one that would fit nicely with his major in computer science. They payed off his student loans as well as promising to pay for the rest of his school going forward, as long as he would come work for them once he finished. Both parties held up their sides of the agreement and at twenty five Milo was whisked away into, what would turn out to be, a life filled with adrenaline and near misses.

While this ability doesn't allow I'm to directly hack a computer or server this ability can aid In the process.

Cyberlingualism: Allows for basic communication with computers through touch and speech. Using this Milo can gain a much deeper understanding of the piece of tech he is interacting with. This is usually used to identify a problem with a computer, like a virus or broken code.

Technological possession: Allows for a sort of mind melding with computers, allowing for complete control over it. This ability is the strongest and most stressful of Milo's abilities. This side of his powers only truly came into effect after he received his DIM implant. Due to this Milo can only really use it to gain control over the HF05-Strider Drone. In addition, while using the abilities it is like his consciousness transfers to the Drone, causing his body to appear to be in a sleep like state, making his physical body completely vulnerable.

Backstory:
The HF05 drone is the fifth in the line of combat drones produced by ATMR, designed by Dex Tesison to be the next generation of heroes. Each drone was created when a specific purpose, HF05 was the mid to long range and hand to hand unit. Unlike the other drones built before it Strider has been outfitted with haptic feedback sensors, to ensure that the controller can better handle the machine during full possession. The HF05-STRIDER was designed in the hopes that a Technokinetic individual would be able to take full control of the Drone, bringing together man and machine. Luckily for ATMR they found Milo who would turn out to be the perfect subject to test, and hopefully pilot, Dex’s creation. The scientists and engineers behind the project hope that, together with Milo, their creation will make the world a better place.

Abilities:
The Drone has all of the abilities of a generally enhanced human, although it does have specific features to enable it to reach its top speed as fast as possible.

Boosters: Strider has small Boosters on its back and calf areas. These booster are used to speed up while running, and can also be used to increase jump height.
Power: (5) the Drone was designed to go toe to toe with most street level metahumans, it can lift around 2000 pounds.
Defense: (3) Being a hulking hunk of metal the HF05 can take a bit of a beating, although falls flat at taking sustained damage.
Recovery: (1) the unit has no field repair capabilities. All repairs must be done at its hangar in the ATMR facilities.
Range: (4) the units primary weapon is a tactical bow, primarily used for non lethal takedowns.
Speed: (3) the drone was designed to be able to outrun most average human beings.

Limits:
Strider’s biggest limits are his fuel and battery life. His boosters run off of a fairly small amount of liquid fuel housed inside of a bullet proof container in the main mass of the machine. The fuel allows for about one minute of sustained use. The drones internal batter, also housed in its central mass, can run for about three hours before needing to be recharged. In addition the Drone has a very limited on board AI, only programed with the ability to return to its hangar in case of possession termination.

Weaknesses:
as a machine the HF05 has an obvious weakness to emps, causing total shut down and complete battery drain. Also the drones frame is only designed to be able to handle, at maximum, one ton of force.

LRTB Bow-The Drone is equipped with a large tactical bow that can be used to stun enemies. In extreme situation it can be used lethally.

Twin Thermo Daggers- The daggers are houses inside of the units thigh areas, ready to be deployed at a moments notice. The edge of each blade can heat up, used primarily to make cutting metal easier. Their maximum temperature is 1000 degrees fahrenheit, with a full charge lasting five minutes.

Weaknesses:
Due to its interaction with electronics Technokinesis has a fairly obvious weakness; Strong electrical currents. A strong enough thunder storm would cause the ability to go on the fritz, or even shut down entirely. This makes any electrical shock very dangerous to Milo, a shot from a tazer or stun gun would shut his power off for hours. Possibly even days.

The HF05 drone is the fifth in the line of combat drones produced by ATMR, designed by Dex Tesison to be the next generation of heroes. Defense: (3) Being a hulking hunk of metal the HF05 can take a bit of a beating, although falls flat at taking sustained damage.
Recovery: (1) the unit has no field repair capabilities. All repairs must be done at its hangar in the ATMR facilities.
Range: (4) the units primary weapon is a tactical bow, primarily used for non lethal takedowns.

Limits:
Strider’s biggest limits are his fuel and battery life. His boosters run off of a fairly small amount of liquid fuel housed inside of a bullet proof container in the main mass of the machine. The fuel allows for about one minute of sustained use. The drones internal batter, also housed in its central mass, can run for about three hours before needing to be recharged. In addition the Drone has a very limited on board AI, only programed with the ability to return to its hangar in case of possession termination.

Weaknesses:
as a machine the HF05 has an obvious weakness to emps, causing total shut down and complete battery drain. Also the drones frame is only designed to be able to handle, at maximum, one ton of force.

He navigated quite well in the classroom, but the children were a shock. The first classmate he met asked him right away "What's wrong with your eyes?". Priam didn't understand and responded by trying to feel the shape of his own eyes and reaching out to touch the girl's eyes too. Thankfully, she guided his hand to her face and allowed her to feel the difference in structure. Enhanced Hearing: The user picks up on sounds faster than the average human, allowing them to react faster or become aware of more things in the area. Instead of the regular reaction at 1/5 of a second, the user is able to react in 1/10th of a second.
Power: (2) There is very little power behind his attacks with any sort of weapon. Echolocation and enhanced hearing are not offensive skills, therefore all his power would come from weapons or sources other than his powers.

-The more noise there is around Priam, the harder it is to locate anything. Large amounts of noise disrupt his ability to process the sounds and harm echolocations range and function.

Helios' father, being the genius that he is, named Helios after the Greek/Roman sun god. Helios had a normal childhood with his father and step-mother, growing up to be the smartest kid in Middle School. He was as bright as the sun.

Helios was sent home to his screaming, angered father. Helios had enough judgment and tension so he ran away to Blackfall. There, he had an experienced that changed his life for worse. He doesn't want to talk about. Eventually, Helios returned to find his father dead from suicide.

Helios failed high school and never went to college. Today, he owns a pub called the Hero's Special, where he works as the main bartender. He also works for the CPAD with Luna. Failing to live up to his parent's dreams, Helios wonders if he could have done more.

Limits:

-Echolocation can be useful in a larger area, however it does need a clear path to be effective. It cannot make turns to follow something, thus must have a direct path back to its source.
-While he can react to sounds faster, this does not mean that he can hear things different than others. He cannot hear different pitches than regular humans. However, he is far more aware and alert to different sounds, thus able to pick up on things faster.
-The more noise there is around Priam, the harder it is to locate anything. Large amounts of noise disrupt his ability to process the sounds and harm echolocations range and function.
Weaknesses: If you can remove Priam's ability to hear, you render all abilities and function he has useless. (Ex: headphones, earmuffs, sometimes hoods can interfere)

This is the first character check/list for the RP! This is NOT the final list of characters, as characters can be made throughout the RP for as long as you want. This is just the pre-RP checklist for what characters we have, so you can get an idea of who's there and who isn't.
