Name: Minerva
Age: Late Teens
Affiliation: Tenner Gang
Rank: N/A
Height: 165 cm
Weight: 52.6 kg
Gender: Female

Judge Loadout: N/A
Extra equipment:

  • Psi-Damper Mask
    • Crafted by some of the more technologically savvy members of the Tenner Gang, Miranda's Psi-Damper Mask shields the debilitating waveforms that are constantly emitted from the mutant female's brain. They seem to generally project in a forward spread, so the mask only covers her face. However, in times of duress or particular emotional intensity, the waveforms lash out in omni-directional orientation. When this happens, even the mask does not completely withhold their effect.
  • Arbitrator Shotgun
    • This pump-action shotgun is the model preceding the Widowmaker currently used by Judges. Regardless of its antiquity, it is a terrifyingly effective close range weapon, capable of annihilating even well-armoured enemies. It is capable of firing seven different types of shell. The type loaded is selected using the seven-position bar above the 12-shot tubular magazine. However, specialist ammunition is hard to come by for gangers. While Minerva has plenty of standard shot shells on hand, she has only a handfull of Armor Piercing Slugs and one High Explosive round that she guards very carefully.
  • Frag Grenades
    • Also a bit of a rarity are the Fragmentation Grenades that Minerva sometimes carries on her person. While they are difficult to obtain, they are always on the market. You just need to know where to look.
  • Combat Knife
    • A simple but reliable knife that Minerva has stuck between more than a few ribcages. It's resting place is in the scabbard on the mutant ganger's boot.
Norms don't care much for Muties, and those that live in the Mega-cities are often apartheid. They are regularly taken advantage of: conned into indentured slavery, and crowded into the worst of slums. They are the target of violent hate crimes, and suffer a considerably higher murder rate than regular humans. If mutants are found to commit even the most minor of crimes, they are quickly deported back to the wasteland from whence their kind originated. However, since the rulings made by Judge Francisco, the four mutant townships out in the Cursed Earth have become in many ways a better place to live than Mega-City One.

Minerva is one of these mutants. Though she is lucky enough to not be as deformed as most of her kin, her large ears and telltale white hair will give away her lineage to any curious eye. Her odd looks are the least of the young woman's mutant traits, however. Minerva harbors psionic abilities. Her brain is oddly developed, and is constantly emitting disruptive wavelengths that can confuse, enrage, or even put others to sleep. And while she can focus her concentration on specific individuals in order to especially affect them, Minerva has no way of turning the waveforms off. It took years to develope the mask she must now wear in order to keep her ability muted. Its creation was accomplished by members of a Cursed Earth gang that eagerly recruited her into their fold. This gang is known as the "Tenners". All members of this gang have a tattoo of a number "10" proudly exposed somewhere on their bodies. When the gang started off, there were only ten members. They have grown since then, adding mutants and norms alike to their number.

The Tenners, like most gangs, are not welcomed in most communities. As such, they make their headquarters outside of the mutant townships. Many of the members have been deported from Mega City One, while others are fugitives that risk execution or years in an iso-cube if they are caught within the cityscape. Despite the reasons they are unwelcome in the sprawling metropolis, the Tenners have managed to weave a secret entrance through the walls of Mega-City One. The route is subterranean, dug for miles through the hard and barren wasteland so as to keep the gang's comings and goings into the city a secret. The Tenners regularly smuggle in and out a variety of contraband, as well as recruit new gang members as refugees flee the brutal arm of the law.

Minerva has become paramount to this illegal trade route. The young woman's abilities are utilized in incapacitating any resistance or persecution they encounter, both from rival gangs as well as the Judges themselves. And like any worthwhile gang member, Minerva has a proclivity for violent solutions as well. She is often armed, and always dangerous. When confronted with threats, she will often discard her headgear to debilitate the opposition while also opening fire upon them. The downside is that she will effect everyone in the immediate vicinity with her psionic ability, including her fellow gangers.
