Other: Fairy Tail as a guild has a reputation for overdoing everything. They receive more complaints and more warnings from the magic council than every other guild, yet, despite this, they still get an influx of job requests and are still dearly loved, especially by the people of Magnolia. Within the guild's walls, everyone is family and family always comes first.[/spoiler]

Guild Name: \Aes’Vrehnssh (backslash included in the official records), though most people know it simply as The NightStalker guild.
Guild Hall Location: On a cliff in the mountain range under Matza valley.
Guild Hall Appearance:
The guildhall is carved into a mountain, entrance concealed. It's a massive, winding tunnel system with an abundance of ladders, false paths, and dangerous terrain the guild itself can navigate with ease.

The tunnels are also built to carry and amplify sound (much to Teal's excitement).

Guild description:
The Nightstalker guild is a very well-organized guild. They have several branches across Fiore, all headed by different leaders that feed information to the Guildmaster.

They are known for being effective and silent. They aren't a dark guild, but are often referred to as such, since they're all nocturnal and any time they have to meet for anything they look like they want to kill everyone in the room.

The guild operates similar to a military, but also like family. It's organized, but still casual and friendly. Though, not quite to outsiders. It's like the entire guild is one ball of trust-issues.

Teams:
They don't really do teams, officially. People just work together if they want, depending on the situation. But Flame and Jet are nigh-inseparable.

Other:

About a hundred members.
Not all of them use magic during a contract.
All guildmembers know Valiaek, a language exclusive to the guild.
This guild is OLD.
Every year they hold a small lightshow for the neighboring cities.
There's a room in there exclusively for what are essentially raves.
Most members have a Valiaek accent, sharpening letters r, t, q, v, c, z, x. and softening the rest.
Some don't actually speak fluent English.
People born into the guild are named after colors. Hair color for the males, eyes for the girls. Some who join the guild take on a color name anyway.
The guild uses callsigns in battle.

Other: A dark guild that Dan used to be a part of before joining FairyTail, their gimick is they’re a rock band. the leader is a guy named Dexel, who is the lead guitarist. Their main goal is to be as disruptive as possible everywhere they go.
