Camp Half-Blood. A home, a sanctuary for demigods of the Greek variety. Despite all of its recent turmoils, it has stood strong against all adversaries. But that can always change.

Due to the reputation of the children of Aphrodite to be nothing more than gossips, it might be easy for some to forget that Aphrodite is the oldest Olympian, borne of Uranus' death. The goddess of love and beauty, who had a hand in every love story to date, from Helen and Paris to Bonnie and Clyde. Without her, no love is as strong, whether platonic or romantic. So what happens when she's kidnapped, used as a form of leverage over the other Olympians by the minor gods and goddesses?

At first, nothing. Only the gods know of her absence, and choose to keep the information secret until they come up with a plan. Of course, at days turn to weeks, and the children of Aphrodite begin to unravel, not feeling their mother's influence, no longer motivated to gossip, play matchmaker, or care what they look like. After only a few days of this behavior, the entire Camp notices, and demand answers through prayers, through Chiron even.

Finally, after three months of Aphrodite's capture, the Oracle speaks, giving a prophecy to go find Aphrodite and return her to Olympus, lest her absence cause mass chaos in the gods and their children.

The roleplay will start the morning that the prophecy is given, approximately twelve hours before, so there's time for everyone to interact within the camp.

Rules:
Maximum of three characters per person.
Only children of the twelve Olympians, due to the plot. Maximum of three children per god, one per Big Three god. PM me before making a child of Aphrodite.
No OP characters.
Decent grammar, at least one response every day or two. One good-sized paragraph per character per reply.
