Name: Anku Anachet
Age: 23 yrs
Class: Emperor
Title: The Warrior Emperor
Gender: Male
Sexuality: bisexual
Personality: Anku is a man of few words, he strongly believes that action speaks lounder than words. All that being said, he isn't particularly happy about becoming the new emperor, he would much rather serve his people as their guardian and defender, he has a hard time seeing himself as a ruler because he sees all men and women as equals. He is also well known for having a fierce anger, he will change from being a happy man with a drink to drawing his sword and calling out someone he feels disrespected him, though he has yet to take a life many have found themselves on the receiving end of his wrath.
Bio: the First noble born son of prior Emperor Daimler Anachet, Anku has spent his life never wanting for anything. As such he spent most of his childhood learning from the best money could buy, however most of his lessons seemed to slip his mind with the exception of the combat training. He was often regarded as a brat and a dangerous one at that.
However he wasn't without heart, in his teenage years he spent quite a lot of time with the commoners, doing all he could to keep them fed and happy, while also training many of them to defend themselves. This earned the disdain of many nobles who began their plots against him. Yet he never paid them much mind. In the few years since his father told him he would take the throne he has made it a point to let them know that he will not be influenced, if he is to take this throne he vows to do what is right for his people.
Skills & Traits

Combat: Anku hasn't lost a battle since he was fifteen years old, and not for lack of trying. His natural instincts combined with the valuable lessons he grew up on have brought him to a level of his own. Not only is he able to fight the greatest warriors in the kingdom, he is able to make it look easy while he does it.

Compassion: A rarity for both warriors and rulers, Anku feels the pain of others and is a very merciful man, yet he is not naive. He known the difference between mercy and enabling.

The Impiral bloodline: All members of the emperors family posses the same "blessings" they are immune to all poisons, venoms, toxins, and chemicals. This means they cannot get drunk. They also are known for ageing very gracefully. His father was 50 when Anku was born and even now on his deathbed the old emperor looks as young as 40 despite the fact that he is 74 years old.

Likes: those with courage, good food, training, riding horses, music, good hearted people, his people.
Dislikes:Cowards, Sneaky folk, his people suffering, most nobles, wicked people, the fact that he can't get drunk.

Extra: almost all the nobles agree that Anku will be a terrible emperor, many spread rumors of him having violent tendencies and a lust for battle.

Name: Pan Sprit
Age: 26
Class: Low-Class Noble
Title: The Great Fool

Personality: A man who's as mad as the outfit he wears, Or so he pretends, Pan likes to administer a healthy dose of harmless insanity to those around him. Outside of his job, Pan doesn't take anything else very seriously, and this has gotten him into some trouble from time to time, mostly having to do with jokes that gone too far, But while he has his moments. Pan is never malicious he just doesn't figure out soon enough when a joke has gone too far, But don't hold it against him, Pan is just trying to make people smile and trying to fill out a quota of making a person laugh at least once a day Especially if it is the princess.

Bio: Pan Sprit, the son of the famous Winemaker Hans Sprit, since he was a child had always dreamed of being a jester thanks to the many stories his parents told him at night, and while his parents were rather befuddled at his dream, They eventually came to understand their son's desire to spread joy to those around him and support their boy to the best of their abilities and eventually their support paid off when their son was hired as the Royal Jester or so he had thought, No instead he was hired to be the princess personal entertainer

Name: Nayla Anachet
Age: 29
Class: Princess
Title: The puppet master
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Personality:
Nayla is a very rational and calm person. Often it is said the princess does not have emotions at all and one could really think it is true. Her usual expression is empty and might look bored to most people, in fact it is. Nayla has always searched for a person to entertain her. Due to her skill to predict most people's actions, she quickly gets bored. Due to that she often appears arrogant and cold.
Around her father and brother, her mood always seemed to wake up from a deep slumber, as her frozen face warmes up and she even smiles and laughes. Since the old emperor died however, she has not shown her smile at all, neither any other emotion.

Bio: As the first and oldest noble-born child of Daimler Anachet, Nayla had a silver spoon from birth. She always got anything she wanted and got spoiled as could be. She learned from the best and sucked up knowledge like a sponge, her intellect showing in her early years even. Even more so did it, when the emperor realized his small angel was able to get anything she wanted in the castle herself. Already with 7 years, the girl was able to perfectly pull the servants strings and manipulate them to do what she wanted, no matter what they before had been told. Over the years her skills grew, she was exceeding in all subjects. Soon, her father started to let her be with him in military meetings and as the teenager threw in ideas, the tactical genius showing for the first time. Her father let her take more and more responsibility, as she was an excellent warrior as well, until she finally took over the whole military.

Skills/Traits:
Prediction - Nayla will quickly understand how others think and will therefore be able to oftenly predict the actions they will take and she should take. This helps in combat as well as in other matters.

The Impiral bloodline - All members of the emperors family posses the same "blessings" they are immune to all poisons, venoms, toxins, and chemicals. This means they cannot get drunk. They also are known for ageing very gracefully.

Memory - Nayla rarely forgets. And by that I mean she almost never does. Once she heard something or gained an information, it will be saved like on a computer.

Likes: Surprises, Entertainment, Apples
Dislikes: Boredom, Bitter food, lazy people.
Extra: Even though Nayla is the older sibling, Anku gets the throne because he's a male.

Age: 25

Class: Royal

Title: 3rd Princess of the Shell

Gender: Female

Appearance: Don’t be fooled by the apparent decadence of her flowing indigo robes and hood. These are the same clothes that keep her ancestors dry in the wet season storms and cool in the arid deserts to get to the shell. She’s fairly tall and thin with dark tanned skin and the milk white speckles common in her people. Her eyes are a rich green.

Sexuality: She’s not sure, people are people, right? Sexy sexy people.

Personality: Indel is a generally easy going but able to stay calm when seriousness is required. You need to keep your parties spirits up crossing the deserts or sea for months at a time with little to do, but you also must snap right too it when it gets dangerous. She values culture but sees it as a product of order, while not personally liking violence it makes sense to Indel that this order may require coercion or assertion of strength. She’ll stand up for herself. She’d called herself a moderate hedonist and the more regressive nature of the other kingdoms can make her rather uncomfortable.

Bio: The Shell is about as far north as anyone sensible would go to build a city. It’s not an island in the traditional sense, it’s built into the crater of an old volcano. The surrounding lowlands change over the year from searing desert to drenched swamp all the way to churning inland sea. But there’s about a season of some of the best soils in the empire between extremes.

Indel is the third daughter of the current merchant lord of The Shell. While lacking territory The Shell is incredibly well defended and a vital place for those looking to survive the north. This lead to The Shell becoming the default hub for northern trade, it’s relative eye of the storm peace even making it an effective diplomatic zone. This in combination with excellent access to the surrounding lands made The Shell rich. It’s a strange city, opulent but very heavily regulated, the merchant’s guild is serious about keeping order, occasionally to the extent of necessary brutality.

The only issue is the insanity of the nomads even further north. They’ve yet to break the Shell but their attacks on the surrounding lands (the nomads have the annoying habit of being able to deal with the seasons very well) have consistently been a problem.

This is the world Indel grew up in, one of excess on the edge. As third daughter, her sisters are both ahead of her in line to the throne (The Shell doesn’t bother distinguishing between sexes). Her eldest sister Kalade (Literally meaning first born) was taught business and diplomacy, while Indel and her twin were considered free women of the city. The twins chose to join with the Talons. The Shell lacks a full military instead relying on a small team of mercenaries and scavengers to keep peace and patrol the outlying areas. Indel never took to the combat part of the Talon life but did well as an explorer and grew to love the historical side, with specific interest in the nomads and the remains of the ancient culture they came from.

This was likely why Indel was chosen by her father to be the bride of one of the nomad queens. The deal being that the nomads and talons would join to form a new stronger army to fight off the weaker nomad tribes in exchange for citizenship for the tribe members.

The deal isn’t exactly progressing quickly. Neither side is exactly sure this isn’t an obvious trap. So Indel has spent her time travelling south to the capital of the empire.

Skills/Traits: Indel is a very well read even for someone with free access to The Shell’s library. She’s a student of history and politics and an extremely skilled survivalist. “Sea or Sand, the Talons will come.” She’s at least some experience with formality and knows her way around a few instruments and arts. She has expensive tastes. She works best with the benefit of hindsight and time to think; current events aren’t something she has much of a feel for. Her reading of some old magic gives her the basics of illusion magic; it’s mostly just being psychologically trickery and the placebo effect but it can be very helpful when trying to help or allude others.

Likes- She enjoys the finer things in life as well as the wilds. She has expensive tastes that mean she relies on slow deliberation and prefers to talk problems over with others. She know how to lead people united by a common goal or that already like her but struggles with asserting her authority when people aren’t cooperative (coin is so much easier). While people are usually nice to talk to, quite time to reflect does a lot of good in helping her think.

Dislikes- She doesn’t like fighting at all, and doesn’t have the same mind of tactics and strategy she does for understanding the moves made by other powers long ago.

Extra- Her arranged marriage to a nomad queen isn’t widely known about and her father would readily ignore such a promise considering a better deal.

Barefoot Princess.png
Name: Emell Crispin
Age: 19
Class: Commoner
Title: the cobbler's daughter
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight

Personality: A free-spirited, fanciful daydreamer with a practical switch, Emell longs for the high life without really knowing what responsibilities that entails. She is capable of being devious, although it isn't her first choice, and always feels guilty about it later. She is vibrant and energetic, but a life of clumsy mistakes has taught her to be careful and poised, as rushing often brings out the klutz in her.
Emell is a daydreamer, often thinking about how rich life could be if she and her father only had money and influence. Though one would never call her vain, for she is well aware of her own position and entirely unaware of anything attractive about herself, she longs for the high life of tea parties and frilly dresses, fancy hairstyles and valuable jewelry. She's utterly clueless about the responsibilities such a life would entail and how completely care-free she's been allowed to live up to the present day.

On the flip side of that, however, Emell has a practical side that shows itself when there's work to be done. The daydreaming gets (mostly) turned off in favor of hard work and a helping hand. One can still catch her mind wandering, though, when work is slow and the days are long.

A vibrant girl, it is often said of Emell that she brightens the day of those around her, and it isn't at all uncommon for some of the store's regular customers to stop in on a dreary day with a small box of treats - cookies, more often than not, as those are Emell's favorite - just to see her face light up like a ray of sunshine.

Emell has a devious side to her. When she doesn't get what she wants any other way, she's perfectly capable of lying, cheating, sneaking, or even stealing - justifiably, to her mind - to get it. She always feels guilty about it afterward, and she has her limits, but such things are not entirely beyond her when she wants something badly enough. Her dancing in the garden is the best example of this.

Bio: A cobbler's daughter, Emell always dreamed of a higher life of frills and fancies. When her father had gone to bed early in the evening, Emell would sneak out in an old gown of silk and lace, pinned up into more of a mess than anything, and through a damaged wall in the Emperor's garden to dance in the waning light of dusk. Years later, she still slips away in the gown that now fits her perfectly, even though the wall has long since been repaired.
Emell was born to a cobbler, and though her mother died to illness very shortly after Emell was born, her father worked hard to provide for them both. As a child, Emell spent most of her days helping her father with his business. She learned what she could about the craft but primarily manned the shop, expertly assisting customers with finding the perfect pair of shoes to match their personal budgets and tastes.

The Crispins have been cobblers for generations, always serving a diverse clientele that ranged from the simple commoners and their burlap sandals to the royalty themselves and their leather, lace, and embroidery boots. It was the fancy ones that Emell always favored as a girl, their flowing gowns and elegant suits always catching and keeping her eye.

She was still very young when she discovered it in the cedar chest hidden away in the store room and buried under materials that hadn't been used in years. It was the most beautiful gown she'd ever seen in her whole life... full of the frills of silk and lace that she had come to adore on the high-class ladies that frequented her father's shop. The gown was, of course, far too big for her, but that didn't stop her from pulling the old garment on over her head and trying it on. After all, what little girl could resist looking like a princess?

Emell's father often went to bed long before dark so as to wake up before the dawn and be ready to open shop for the early-bird commoners who often visited for minor repairs - which he almost always performed for free - before heading to their own tasks for the day. He never dreamed that his adorable young daughter would venture out on her own.

That's precisely what she did, however. Tucking as much of that gorgeous gown into itself as she could, and pinning the frills and lace in place to keep them from dragging the ground when she ran, she would tiptoe each evening to the door of the shop. Being a cobbler's daughter, she knew well that her father would notice instantly if she were to go out in her shoes, and so she ran barefoot along the path, snuck through a break in the large wall surrounding the emperor's palace, and slipped into the gardens to dance in the waning light of dusk until she finally couldn't see her feet moving any longer.

That was how she spent most of her evenings during all the years of her childhood. She was regarded as strange and flighty, but the guards and occasional noble that caught her mostly assumed she rather belonged there, though they'd no idea of whose household she belonged to. Many of them threatened to tell of her 'adventures' to her family, and at first, she was nervous at the prospect. It was many months before she was finally confident that none recognized her in the messy, pinned-up old gown, and she only beamed at them in pleased silence.

Emell had always been high-energy and a bit of a klutz, often tripping over her own feet, that loose board she'd known was there since she learned to walk, or the edge of the counter that hadn't moved since before she was born. She never cried about it or blamed someone else for the disrepair of the floor but instead got up, brushed herself off, put on a smile, and continued on as though nothing had happened.

Unfortunately, her lack of attention to her injuries often led to nasty bruises becoming quite obvious by the next day, and her father had been accused of being abusive on more than one occasion as a result. These odd circumstances, which put Emell in distinct places of discomfort, eventually caused her to slow down, take her time, and be careful about how she did things.

Over time, Emell's attention to caution began to manifest in the way she carried herself, the things she observed, and the way she interacted with others. She corrected her posture, standing tall to avoid people thinking that she was being abused; she kept her eyes on her surroundings, watching for anything - or anyone - she might trip over or bump into; and she chose her words more carefully to avoid becoming tongue-tied or accidentally saying something she shouldn't. All in all, Emell became perfectly poised.

Years went by, and the young girl grew into a young woman. At the height of her life, the gown now fits her flawlessly, and though the damaged wall has long since been repaired, she still strolls along the path at dusk in that frilly old gown from time to time.

Skills/Traits: Cobbler (in training), Seamstress (self-taught by necessity of her clumsiness in that oversized dress), diplomacy (although she doesn't actually know how useful that is yet).

Likes: Frills, lace, silks and other high-end fabrics, gold and jewels, gardens, dancing, wine (she thinks, though she's never actually tried the stuff), and all things she thinks are "high-class". She also, surprisingly, enjoys working.

Dislikes: Emell hates being told that she needs to get her head out of the clouds or that her dreams are unrealistic or impossible. She's not a fan of getting dirty, although she'll do it if she has to. She hates being told what to do, even if what she's being told to do is something she would have done anyway.

Extra:

The guards and nobles may sometimes mention, "...that strange, bumbling child who used to play in the gardens," during conversations about the past.

Commoners tend to think of Crispin's as "the place" to get inexpensive, quality shoes, and they're the only commoner-run cobbler that provides to the upper class.

The store is located right outside the castle wall, making it a convenient stop-off for the nobles and royalty on their way out of the city for other purposes. Unfortunately, they treat the shop as though it's worthless and refuse to pay more than a fraction of what they would for the same quality at one of the higher-class cobblers.

The Crispin family used to be considerably more affluent and influential than they are now, but it's such ancient history that few in the kingdom know of their past fortunes or the fall of the family to such low status as to be considered little more than peasants.

Adia L. Cosimi

Age:
19 years old

Class: (imperial family, royal families, noble, commoner.)

Title: (if your a king what are you the king of?)

Gender:
Female

Sexuality:
Heterosexual

Personality:
Adia may seem like a pretty face, but she is more than that. She is independent and a strong woman who does not need help or support from anyone. She is willing to give a helping hand to those in need, but don't get on her bad sad or you will regret it. She talks with a calm voice that is very soothing and reassuring to hear. Her personality is like no other, it's like she is connected with everything and everyone around her. Most people will say her voice is enchanting when they hear it. She is gentle with everything and everyone she meets, little or small. Adia is also intelligent on various topics from theories to economics, politics and other crisis's, she spends most of her time nose deep in books. She also has a few downfalls where she can be a bit stubborn and cold to others, but she usually puts up this wall so that people won't take advantage of her.

Bio:
She was born into a pretty loud family. She grew up with five brothers and no sisters. She is the youngest and only daughter in the family. The reason why there are so many men in her family is because her mother always wanted a girl and she wasn't going to stop until she got one. Having a daughter of her own was such a blessing because it was like a mini version of herself and having Adia in the family has brought so much joy. Her mother came from a pretty stable family of nobles and her father was from a (put class here) south of the Anachet empire. Even though her family is pretty loud, she is the only quiet one besides her mother, but Adia has been always eager to learn many new things and take up new hobbies. One day since her father was trying to "mold" the boys into men by teaching them how to sword fight and archery. Adia had asked her eldest brother to teach her how to do archery, and after many constant refusals, he finally taught her. Even though her mother wanted her to be a girly girl, she still did some of the things that girls would do. But she always said that if boys can do something then so can girls. Her mother wasn't keen on the idea of her participating in such brutal or violent things. Adia mainly practiced for safety reasons, to protect herself when needed instead of having a boy do it.

Adia had a middle brother named Jason, who didn't seem to like her all that much. Her brothers used to joke around with her saying that he is jealous because he feels as if Adia is most loved by their parents then him. That jealousy was true, and now it has turned into anger and hatred towards Adia. One day when everyone went to sleep he went into her room and tried to hurt her and abuse her until her eldest brother, Nicholas, heard the commotion next door and broke it up. Before Nicholas came in, Jason had already hurt Adia on her back where it left a somewhat large scar in the middle of her back. Adia had told Nicholas not to tell their parents because she didn't want them to kick her brother out or disown him or worse so they kept it to themselves. But deep down Adia has no hate towards Jason, but she does keep her distance from him and doesn't talk to him. Nobody has ever seen the scar on her back except for Nicholas who bandaged her up and Jason who was the one who hurt her.

Zephyra is rather thought oriented, intelligent in other words; prefering to think when it comes to political and battlefeikd tactics. She's reserved, and observant, able to watch her surroundings and people, though she's not good with people. Imaginative, and future oriented when it comes to herself and her people. Though, people would call her apathetic, she feels like emotions would get in the way of what she has to decide. Though she can be accepting and warm-hearted in certain situations, especially when it comes to people she cares about, children, and animals. She's spontaneous, acting on her guy feeling and impulse dispite her thoughtful persona. But even a Barbarian Princess needs to have fun and being adventurous, she knows how to do that. Shes serious, yet she is 23. Pranks and hanging out with friends are her favorite things to do while having fun. But she also considers training and reading fun. So, there's that.
Bio:
Nothing much is known about Zephyra's childhood. The world probably didn't even know of her existence until only a few years ago when she took parted in some glory proving that earned her the title of the Barbarian Princess. It was only later that the name made sense when people spotted her at parties for the elite of society at just the age of 17, where it was made public that she was the leader of the Craghammers'. A nomadic clan of warriors, which recently settled so they could persue a more political role in the government.
