Okay, so the idea is that in this world, criminals who have useful aptitudes are given as slaves to different federal investigators. In the RP, I would be playing Neal Caffrey, a young, bright con artist, infamous for his art forgeries. You would be playing his handler, Peter Burke, an FBI agent with the white collar crime department. Neal has been given to Peter to assist him with cases and bend to Peter's will any way Peter desires. Neal is tracked at all times through a tracking anklet, and can be harshly punished or even killed if he does not accept his fate.

It would be White Collar based, but you really don't have to know anything about White Collar as it's not following the story line really whatsoever.
