Devised from another forum from another site, I thought it a good idea, so let me explain. So basically we use the earth, and that's about as much of the original content as we use. Starting from one time, we create the world around us, whether you create an empire, you have a barbaric tribe attack someplace, or a desiese spring up and devastate a country, it's really up to imagination (though some realism is an order, we don't need 3000 BC Russians with steampunk landscapes and plasma rifles). As for the timeskips, it can be from 1 month till 100 years during BC, but AD it's only 1 month to 1 year.

I'll start.

3000 BC: A tribe of weird speaking humans sets up a small farming village around modern day Adana, and many farms in the surrounding area. They also hunt, and speak a basic language that they all know.

2900 BC: By now the tribe has much advanced, creating small homes, shops, and developing a culture. It is now dubbed a kingdom under the Garlian family, who hold absolute power under the king. They have named themselves the Turks, and have started expanding north. With the discovery of metals such as copper, tin, ect, they have created the first bronze tipped spears.

2800 BC: The tribals have recently crafted a piece of furniture known as an 'Ottoman'. They liked the name so much that they decided to call themselves Ottomans as well.

2775 BC: Another tribe near modern Iskenderun was created, ruled by the great king; Dio Garro, who is seen and revered as a demigod. They call themselves the People of Will and worship a nameless deity who's name is too holy to be spoken out loud and only the chaplains know its real name. Said deity is a God of War and they place their sights on the Ottoman Turks, in hopes of attacking them and claiming their kingdom.

Meanwhile, the Ottoman Turks have developed the first bows and started the first; primitive, albeit impressive archery contests in history.

2700 BC: with their new ottoman names, they have dubbed their lands "Ottoman lands", a sign of primitive heratige indeed. The ottomans have decided to expand their territory, sometimes peacefully and sometimes by force. Their border cities are now (modern day) Mersin, Eregli, Nigde, Goksun, Osmaniye, Karatas, and back to Mersin. The ottomans culture has also developed. Their homes developed around farming, so their culture was build around it too, planting various crops and whatnot, their culture also started developing around infrastructure and (though primitive)sciences, as they have created many liquid medicines out of broken down erbs and plant juices. With the new bows, hunting became popular, and with meats, crops, and metals going around, trade and economy went up. The Garlian family are still in power.

2701 BC: In what will one day be known as The United States of America, a glorious bald eagle hatches, and looks up to the skies. It cries a single tear as it knows what must be done.

2600 BC: The Ottomans begin to mint their own currency. Bronze coins and salt now make up the the bulk of the Ottoman economy. These bronze coins are dubbed 'Ottomolios'.

2599 BC: People near the Ottoman's ocean claims, reclining on their comfy ottomans, nearly fall out of their ottomans as they notice things that aren't Ottomans on the sea's horizon.

They look like birds. They never come closer then perhaps 4000 ottomans laid end to end... for now.

2575 BC: The ottomans economy booms because of the currency, and with the funding, the mining industry starts to boom, and more minerals are discovered. Meanwhile merchants start popping up, and some head to the kingdom near Iskenderun, hoping to trade. New equipment is made for war, such as sheilds and helmets.

2550 BC: The First Crown is crafted by the finest Metalsmith within all of Ottoman Land. It is crafted of only the purest of gold and the finest of jewels. The crown is passed onto the reigning monarch as a symbol of their birth right to rule.

2500 BC: By this point, all of modern Turkey is under Ottoman rule, and they have made plans to expand towards the rest of europe, their border now at Plodvid, in modern Bulgaria. With the new technologies in the Ottomans hands, new methods of getting water to farms had been discovered, and the sewer system was in design stages. Ottoman cities were seen as brown and grey. Housing and shops being the brown, making up the bulk of cities, while city centers would be like stone mansions (small castles), where over lookers lived and reported to the crown from. The Garlian family had a giant castle built in the capital, build for both a display of wealth and in a defensive mannor, the castle also had many secret rooms, which the family used to hide rare treasures and olden books, as they had a thirst for knoledge. The arts were funded, so story writing and using oils and multi co,ored liquids to create portraits became common, and was well funded.

2480 BC: The continent of Africa is visited by aliens, who proceed to build a gigantic monument out of rock, before leaving. This statue monument is worshipped by the primitive inhabitants of Africa, who build similar structures which now dot the landscape. Little did they know that the monument is, in fact, a crude model of a penis built by the aliens while drunk on a beer run through the galaxy.
