North Korea takes South Korea, US/Canadian/British allies are sent into battle.





South Korea is lost, Allied forces retreat after a meeting at the UN that was not disclosed to the public, the two year war ends with NORTH AND SOUTH Korea merging.

Due to the attack on the West Coast from Russian and Korean enemy forces, the US began sending children and civilian men and women into battle while the media ran a brand new campaign under the title of "For Life"; urging young couples to marry and procreate to keep the American population high. British and Germany sent allies while Japan attacked large US cities from above. This sent the US into a great depression,

's augmentations, Doctor A.K. Haans conducted --and wrote--extensive research on the theoretical phenomena known as "Rapid cellular reproduction" and " Biological-DNA temperament". During the beginning of his experiments with the "Marine Soldier" he found that certain Augmentations rejected if infused incorrectly. Unlike genetic modifications revolving around organs such as skin, eyes, vocal chords, heart, stomach...ect, that could be infused with a specimens' plasma and re-injected;

EH13's

specific Augmentation "Sanguine", had been introduced to their system 92 times before Haans had finally rejected the idea of using plasma, and instead infused the modification with

EH13

's own blood. This proved to be effective. Experiment

sucessfully maintained and adapted to the blood augmentation.




Droctor A.K. Haans took a liking to

and conducted another extensive experiment in order to give the US soldier the "Shell" genetic modification. With this infusion, Doctor Haans had predicted the outcome of infusing the very specific augmentation with blood or plasma, and concluded he would have to introduce it to the specimen by other means. Surgery was involved during this experiment, diamond-tip drills used in order to inject the modification directly into the bone structure in multiple points.

She's not as fast a runner as she'd like. Stoic and put-together she may seem, but her heart is always clouding her judgment making it difficult for her to get close to some people. So instead she tries to stuff her interior walls with thorns and all things nasty to keep people at an arms length away. This stubborn habit makes her hard to get along with, sometimes coming off as cold and unintentionally bitter. However once her walls are knocked down she becomes distant and afraid. Her nightmarish childhood memories also never fail to cripple her at night, in the form of decrepit and distressing dreams. She doesn't sleep very well. She also has trouble asking or accepting help from other people

Salem is blunt. She is quick to judge, and is a rather

good

judge of character. Interestingly curious she may be, but with that comes caution. She makes it very clear that she has little trust for almost anyone, unless she's seen otherwise. Time in battle has made the woman hard, and to see another man in arms is like seeing a long lost sibling. Salem will work with pretty much anyone, whether she trusts them/gets along with them or not, as long as they understand that she

can and will take care of herself.

Salem is rather stubborn, not to mention her emotions can shift so dramatically it'll knock your head out of orbit.





History

Born

January 3rd 2008





Salem grew up in the heart of Colorado with her father, a Military Assassin who fought bravely during the Afghanistan War, Iraq War, 2006 East Timorese crisis, 2nd Intifada, and the Korean War

(2015-2017).

Since a very early age, her father had been training her in intense hand-to-hand combat, mêlée weaponry, artillery, and simple medical training.




In the early months of


2018

political tensions were at its peak, and a very happy ten year old Salem had just been reunited with her father after rather violent 2-year tour. She had been taken care of by her uncle-- on her mother's side, Jeb Hideaki, throughout Hal Noxaura's absence. A Decoration Ceremony was held along the beach. Salem stood up on the stage, holding her curiously looking solace father's hand as he received his purple heart. Salem never knew what he had done to win that metal, he never spoke about it. Suddenly, as they were walking back to the other side of the stage, a loud rumble was heard from several hundreds yards away.




A woman screamed.





A burst of bright light enveloped the sky around them.





Japan had sided with North Korea...





Her father died.





December 23rd, 2018





The black haired girl is walking slowly along the stretch of the beach, her platoon being wiped out. Glancing across the vast darkness, all she could see was fire, and the rotting dead. The air smelled of decay and saltwater, the taste of burning wood and ocean on her tongue. She crept up the beach from the north, keeping an eye out for enemy foot-soldiers and paratroopers. Her body came to a halt as a scream shattered the cloud over her head. To her left, 30 meters away, a red-headed 11-year old boy tackled a Japanese man to the ground... his knife penetrating the man's belly over and over while the 30 year young adult stared into his eyes and screamed for mercy, a hand wrapping around the kid's neck.





Salem was quick, lifting her SR-25 Enhanced Match gas-operated rotating bolt action semi-automatic sniper rifle to her eye within a flash.




She exhales.





Aims.





Two 7.62x51mm NATO rounds fly from the 510 mm barrel and slam into the man's forehead, killing him instantly.





She glances at the boy once, and then stumbles away until she's found by the medic team, half alive, in the shallows of the ocean.





January 3rd 2019





Salem spends her 11th birthday healing and training, the redheaded boy from before is nowhere to be seen. He must have either died, or is still fighting the good fight. She goes through the next few months in an ached haze.




March, 26th 2019





Salem returns back to the front lines




December 22nd 2025





Salem returns home into the care of Jeb Hideaki in South Dakota. Because of the war sending the US into another Great Depression; Hideaki had been offering his medical practices to civilians, for free, while his niece was suffering from the hardships of warfare. While she fought, he sewed and injected. Salem continued her schooling into collage, being the bases had time to teach them basic life skills during battle and the low-funded school system of the time figured that was good enough, that maybe "Hey if you're smart enough to survive war you're smart enough to go to collage". Luckily during the entrance exams, Salem passed with flying colors.




During classes, it was more often then not that she would have boys confessing their love to her. She would stare at them for a brief moment, say thank you, and quietly walk away.





She didn't have time for Love.





PTSD never became apparent until the night of


Febuary 15th, 2026

when Jeb Hideaki awoke to the sound of glass breaking. He had walked to the first floor, readying to shoot a burglar when he was attacked by his sleepwalking 18 year old niece. During the day she seemed fine on the exterior, but her waking nightmares weren't safe from the psychological torment that warfare had plagued her with.




Jeb took action quickly and brought her into psychiatric care where they conducted sleep studies on her to detect the sleep stage that triggered the phenomena.





Hideaki was never allowed to view the sessions due to her being over the age of 17.





That was a mistake number one.





Salem's doctor, Dr. S. Flanders, had been fired in seven different states due to cases that had not be disclosed to the public. He was taking advantage of women in these crippled and critical states... he made mistake number two when he began to "treat" Salem.

OPERATOR: Yes what is your emergency?





CALLER124: My doctor is dead.





OPERATOR: What ma'am?





CALLER124: I don't know what happened! He's dead! He's...

OPERATOR: Ma'am, are you still there?

Police arrived at the scene at 1:37 pm on

Monday, Febuary 28th 2026.





A white female with black hair was found clutching her hands to her chest, a blood-covered pen was lodged in Stanly Ingrid Flander's throat. Victim suffered multiple puncture wounds to the chest and stomach, cause of death concluded to be excessive blood loss. Suspect was found half clothed and mumblling, victim seemed to have been aroused before death occured.




DNA tests were done to roll out certain criteria





No significant DNA was found






Salem continued to go to school.





The case was never disclosed to the public.




2030





Senior year in collage, Salem has moved into her own apartment with several locks placed outside her door. A trusted friend of two years takes the liberty of locking her away at night, and waking her up in the morning to see a rather tired looking-girl sprawled on the floor with a large sharpie clutched to her chest and more then half the contents of her home strewn about the apartment. Jeb has hired a maid for the female veteran.





Pavvel has never known Salem to hurt anyone who didn't deserve it... and it surprised him when just two months after she had gone missing, his favorite show of all time was starring her.

Augmentation: Heimdall's Burden- This augmentation bolsters all 5 of Chris's senses to supernatural levels. He is capable of hearing a butterfly's wing beat from several hundred yards. Smell scents not even bloodhounds can pick up. His vision is so fine and clear that he can see a hummingbirds wing beating as if it were in slowed down several times.


Augmentation: Neurospeed- Chris processes information several times faster than a human being and react to it in the same instant. His reflexes and speed are enhanced several times over so that he can move as fast as he can process information, cutting out the delay between processing and reaction in the human mind.


Weaknesses: Chris is blood thirsty and insane. He will always want to fight and bleed in a fight. The closer he is to dying, the more fun the game becomes. He will always push the limits of his body. He loves to tango with death, living on the edge of the knife so to speak. Even with all of his augments, he can still get over-engrossed in a heated bloody battle and lose himself in the fight, without noticing how close to death he is himself.

Personality: Blood thirsty, battle hungry, stubborn, kind and absolutely loyal (to those he deems worthy) respectful, and cunning


History: At the age of 5, Chris found his love blood and battle. He was a quiet and timid child. As such, he was constantly being bullied and abused by the bigger kid in the neighborhood. Chris's parents paid no mind to it and let him solve the problem on his own. One day, while being abused and beaten, he had had enough. He turned on the larger child and struck him down. He beat him over and over then proceeded to slam his head into the concrete repeatedly until the bigger kid stopped crying. Until he had stopped moving. It was there he found euphoria. He had never felt so alive. The rush of having conquered such a great obstacle in his own life. Naturally, he was sent to a sanatorium after the child was found a few hours later. Chris had come home slick with blood and bright smile on his face saying, "I did it dad. I took care it all by myself. He wont be bothering me again. I promise!" It was there that Chris grew up. And it was there that he nurtured his love of challenge. He kept trying to find ways to piss of the employees of the asylum so that they would abuse their power and punish him. Of course, he staged it so it seemed they were simply abusing him and he was defending himself. He was good at this. He was good at getting under the skin of the workers and other patients. Good at sliding venomous words into their heads. Watching them turn against each other or against him in rage. This caused him to become a misunderstood case in the sanitarium. He was moved to a more comfortable and exclusive section of the ward. There he requested books on tai-chi and martial arts. He taught himself multiple styles of martial arts and combined them with his own aggressive nature. Whatever instinctively felt right. A balance between technique and raw instinct. He ended up with a style all his own. Never would he have guessed that he was being watched by a certain organization as a potential candidate for a game that he would have willingly played had they simply asked him.

Mr. Harvark' s brain and nervous system have been modified in order to make him a man of no Morale, originally intended to become a forced hit man for the C.I.A. This augmentation has disabled the ability to have fear and to a slight degree, emotion itself, within this man, though he still will aways a look for way to do good and spare life, as Mr. Harvark is a nice man at heart, even though he has a knack for murdering murderers.


Enhanced Hand-Eye Coordination


James Harvark has been augmented so that he has pin-point accuracy, in hand-to-hand, any range, with any weapon. This man never misses, making direct contact hard.


Weaknesses: James Harvark is a quite easily fooled man. Due to his Neural Dampening, his Argyle Brain, the section of the brain that detects danger, was damaged and rendered to half usefullness. This causes him to be more reckless than your average serial killer, but not to the point where it will no doubt get him killed.


What I'm carrying: A small amount of Rations, a utility tool that has a sizeable knife to it, a few crumpled papers and a pen, a picture of his 8 month old Son who he doesn't recognize, a bottle of water, a small backpack, the Business Card, and a jacket, shirt, and jeans.


Personality: He is, because of his augmentation, very cold and absent, which can lead to the misunderstanding that he is being unfriendly or distrusting, though this is not the case as he is easily trusted and given , and he is loyal, and will not betray you if Alliance is made. Speaking of a Alliance, He will always want one unless he has some kind of advantage over you. Although he was augmented to be emotionless, there are times when the true Lt. Harvark seeps through, and you see him for who he is. A nice, likeable, caring man, who'll watch your back through and through until he is no longer able. Some think this to be awfully strange due to his history as a Killer, but he only kills other Killers, who seep through the cracks of Justice.


History:(Your character will not remember the Lab, the last thing they will remember is the moment before being taken.) - Harvark was born in 2001 in Boston, Massachusetts, to a lower middle class Family. He grew up going to public schools with bad food, bullies, etc. He got decent grades, didn't get in too much trouble, but it wasn't until 10th Grade that his life really took a turn for the absolute worst. In tenth grade, he got into a altercation with a School Gang, a set of the Crips that was selling marijuana in his High School. Because of the Altercation, he was jumped, and beaten to near death in 2016. The following year, he learned MMA, took part in illegal Prize Fighting, and beat to death the leader of that specific set of Crips in self defense when he was set upon once again. Because of his life being turned violent and Combative, James kept doing what he had done to the Crip - He kept killing people. Now now, he only killed Murderers. Rapists. People who had performed unspeakable crimes but gotten away Scot free, welcome to repeat their offense. It wasn't until 2029 that he was finally caught after he murdered a Serial Killer at the same time of a S.W.A.T. Raid on the Killer's Lair. He was at first sentenced to execution, but plans were changed when the Government caught whiff of the Games, and they decided to put him in there instead. Lt. Harvard joined the Marines at the age of 141, posing as 17. When he was actually 17, he was augmented2. After augmentation, he was sent back. At 27 he was captured by Taliban and handed over to the U.S., who put him in the games at 29.3

  1. Acceptable;
  2. Impossible, he would've had to have been born in 2013 making him 17 now. Augmentations would not have been introduced into warfare until early 2030, that's when WWIV started.
  3. Taliban is from a different war, there is no war between the time of 2025 and 2030...
  4. Please add more detail to your character 's history.



Please read my CS as a reference, you don't have to be as detailed as I but I'd like some more oomph in his hstory this doesn't give me much to go off of he's from the military give me some war stories and a family, a place of origin, You have an imagination man come oooon.

Augmentation: Force Creation. This power is similar to telekinesis, but not the same. He can create attractive or repulsive forces generated from his hands. If he concentrates then he can create a repulsive bubble around himself.


Weaknesses: He isn't good with people unless it's killing them. No one in their right mind would even consider teaming up with him even for something as simple finding soap in a bathroom (bad analogy, I know, but I hope it conveys my point). While he is rather manipulative, he trusts nothing that can move on its own. However, his fathers mental state seemed to degrade over time as he slipped further and further into alcoholism. For the most part, Jay had to raise himself.


In his early teens Jay's father began abusing him and it worsened with time. It was through these attacks where Jay first learned to fight as he defended himself from his father. By his mid teens he would get into full on fist fights with his father on at least a weekly basis. Jay finally decided enough was enough. One night Jay stayed at one of his only friends house for the night, but drugged his friend in order to keep him asleep while he snuck out. His father returned to his house drunk and began to clumsily make his way to bed. However, Jay began to viciously stab his father from behind with a knife from the kitchen until he was sure that his father was dead… and then some.


He returned to his friends house undetected after cleaning himself and when he returned to his house the next day called 9-1-1 because he "discovered" the body. He, of course, was a suspect, but no one was ever convicted. He had made his first step in becoming a serial killer, and liked it.


His mother was, not for the first time, in prison at the time of his fathers murder and wasn't even a option for taking Jay in until he was an adult. Instead he ended up in an orphanage. Everyone who was going to adopt was looking for younger children and it came as no surprise that Jay became a legal adult before being adopted. He worked hard at school and secured himself a spot at a college with several scholarships to pay for it all, on top of a mediocre job. Most people noticed that he was "off", but couldn't really say what in particular.


As time passed, the urge to kill grew stronger. During his last year in college he shot a random person on the street at night with a stolen gun and escaped cleanly again. However, it didn't give him the same thrill as before and knew he needed to change his tactic next time he killed.


Jay settled into a job earned an honest living. He never lost the urge to kill, however. In fact, he began killing more and more frequently, sometimes driving for a day or two just to try and throw the scent off of himself. Each time he would use a knife to kill his victims and marked them as his kill by marking an "X" into the back of their necks. Mr. Harvark' s brain and nervous system have been modified in order to make him a man of no Morale, originally intended to become a forced hit man for the C.I.A. This augmentation has disabled the ability to have emotion within this man, though he still will aways a look for way to do good and spare life, as Mr. Harvark is a nice man at heart, even though he has a knack for murdering murderers.


Enhanced Hand-Eye Coordination


James Harvark has been augmented so that he has pin-point accuracy, in hand-to-hand, any range, with any weapon. This man never misses, making direct contact hard.


Weaknesses: James Harvark is a quite easily fooled man. Due to his Neural Dampening, his Argyle Brain, the section of the brain that detects danger, was damaged and rendered to half usefullness. This causes him to be more reckless than your average serial killer, but not to the point where it will no doubt get him killed.


What I'm carrying: A small amount of Rations, a utility tool that has a sizeable knife to it, a few crumpled papers and a pen, a picture of his 8 month old Son who he doesn't recognize, a bottle of water, a small backpack, the Business Card, and a jacket, shirt, and jeans.


Personality: He is, because of his augmentation, very cold and absent, which can lead to the misunderstanding that he is being unfriendly or distrusting, though this is not the case as he is easily trusted and given , and he is loyal, and will not betray you if Alliance is made. Speaking of a Alliance, He will always want one unless he has some kind of advantage over you. Although he was augmented to be emotionless, there are times when the true Lt. Harvark seeps through, and you see him for who he is. A nice, likeable, caring man, who'll watch your back through and through until he is no longer able. Some think this to be awfully strange due to his history as a Killer, but he only kills other Killers, who seep through the cracks of Justice.


History:(Your character will not remember the Lab, the last thing they will remember is the moment before being taken.) - Harvark was born in 2001 in Boston, Massachusetts, to a lower middle class Family. He grew up going to public schools with bad food, bullies, etc. He got decent grades, didn't get in too much trouble, but it wasn't until 10th Grade that his life really took a turn for the absolute worst. In tenth grade, he got into a altercation with a School Gang, a set of the Crips that was selling marijuana in his High School. Because of the Altercation, he was jumped, and beaten to near death in 2016. The following year, he learned MMA, took part in illegal Prize Fighting, and beat to death the leader of that specific set of Crips in self defense when he was set upon once again. Because of his life being turned violent and Combative, James kept doing what he had done to the Crip - He kept killing people. Now now, he only killed Murderers. Rapists. People who had performed unspeakable crimes but gotten away Scot free, welcome to repeat their offense. It wasn't until 2029 that he was finally caught after he murdered a Serial Killer at the same time of a S.W.A.T. Raid on the Killer's Lair. He was at first sentenced to execution, but plans were changed when the Government caught whiff of the Games, and they decided to put him in there instead. They figured it'd still serve as an execution, just a little more entertaining.

Although highly trained and in maximum physical and mental condition, Garret has two major flaws:


- His right eye has been damaged to an extent that it will never fully heal, regardless of medical treatment. Although he can still move it freely and use it visually, there are times that the sight in this eye alone can shake and blur, even completely black out. Garret knows this and has trained to compensate for it, if it happens- though this reduces his reactivity to a lesser point then he is fully capable of. Thus impacting Garret's over all combat and perception to a noticeable degree.


- Having done countless missions and been through numerous high stress, traumatic situations, there has been a strain on Garret's undeniable will. This all came to a climax on the day that his team mates where butchered and he received the scar upon his face; a forever reminder that he was touchable. That no matter with all his power, training or skill, he could die just as easily. Once the soldier recovered and was rehabilitated from the assault, he got back into the field, fueled by the undying need to dismantle an enemy. Far too soon- severe Post.Traumatic.Stress.Disorder causing him to enter a whole other reality at times, see things, become paranoid, insomniac, sick, deranged. Enhanced Senses: Something went weird with the various mixings of experiments, and her brain basically got an eternal shot of Red bull, Monster, 5 hour energy, expresso coffee and basically every energy drink known to man. Her nerves were damaged a bit, and any cushion that had been naturally placed on her senses became corroded. Kiara's senses of smell, touch, taste, hearing, and sight were therefore enhanced and extremely sensitive to their corresponding uses.


Less mass: The girl was small, and feather-like to begin with. But, with a little bit of scientific meddling, they took that to the extreme. Seeing as though she was still fairly young at the time that the experimentation had begun, this was a pretty easy task. Young children's skeletal systems are mainly composed of cartilage; which slowly hardens into bone, and allows skeletal growth to occur. Basically, all the scientists had to do was figure out a way to stop the cartilage from hardening, and to revert the already hardened bones back to its softer form. While this also adds a bit of flexibility on Kiara's part, and less chances of breakage, cartilage is much lighter than a fully developed bone.


Because of her light weight, the girl is both faster and quieter than the average human of her age.

When she's having one of her more sane moments, Kiera is nothing short of sweet. She's just an innocent kid who is easily excited. The girl is soft-spoken, so you have to listen hard to hear what she says. (Blame her sensitive ears). True she can be a bit manipulative... and use her age to trick people into doing various things... But, you know, nothing but adorable and kind.



But when she's a bit crazy, its recommended that you run like hell. Her personality does a sickening little switch. Kiera is merciless, and extremely selfish. It doesn't matter how it gets done, but if something is too much for her sensitive
everything, all she knows is that she has to get rid of it. She doesn't care who lives or who dies, as long as she's the one who got to take the life.

History:

Kiara was born into a family with too many kids to take care of. While most families would be nothing short of thrilled at the arrival of a new baby, hers was a bit hesitant. She was the only child of her mother, but the youngest out of 4 for her father. Her parents seemed happy enough together, although her siblings were a bit cold toward their step-mother. However, because of the war that had recently occurred, they had a very limited budget.


The girl was protected by her elder brother, and shunned by the sisters. Kiara quickly became confused as to who she should listen to; who was right and who was just feeding her lies. Was she completely useless, or a perfect little angel? It was a tug-a-war of positive and negative energy. So, what happens when a rope is pulled too hard by each direction?



It starts to snap.



In a way, she had two different faces. She had been conditioned by her brother to feel happy and appreciated; but had been conditioned by her sisters to feel depressed and unloved. So, whoever was in the room usually made up what emotions she could feel. This is where things start to take a sad little twist. The negative began to win.



Her brother, being the oldest at the time, had to leave to fight in the war when she was 6. Kiara was left with her sisters, who had actually started to warm up to her at this point. However, it was because of the years of "you have to be depressed every time you see their faces" treatment took its toll. So, even when they tried to be nice to her, it didn't do anything to eradicate the feeling. Her brother wasn't there to counter it, so she always went out of her way to avoid them. Which was honestly really difficult for a 6 year old who wasn't allowed to cross the street by herself.



Two events happened during this time. And the Fates picked the worst possible time to allow them to occur.



Two deaths in the same year. First it was Kiara's mother, who had been hit by a car while she was walking to pick up Kiara from school. And, barely a month after that, came news that her brother had died as well. He had been so close to surviving the end of the War... But apparently that wasn't allowed to happen.



To a girl who's brain was still developing, and who was already extremely vulnerable to begin with, you can imagine that things took a horrible trip south. Her sisters tried to comfort her in any way that they could. However, they had already implanted a certain emotion in her head that, at this point, only became amplified. As strong as she tried to stay, Kiara couldn't help but allow her will to begin to deteriorate.

Everything seems to be fine, but I'm going to need a history. If I don't have a history for this girl, she can't play.


The Puppet Master knows... everything about these people, and the histories will be mentioned frequently by means of attempting triggers through anger, fear, sadness, and an overall mix of emotions. ALSO Salem is going to fucking protect this child... like I can see it already, even if they didn't get along. So please please please give me some backstory to her insanity... was she born this way? Did a traumatic event trigger it? I gave everything in my CS... also what king of tongue do you have?

In my defense, I was, at first, attempting at a Soldier, which requires more knowledge of the History, some that wasn't even given, than a Psychopath.

Augmentation: Super Speed, Augment Nullification ((Note: This only nullifies an opponents power if Max grabs them. This allows for powers that strengthen the human body to become void, but he can not simply wave his hand and the opponent is powerless.))


Weaknesses: Knowing a person ((As in, if he gets betrayed he will find it VERY difficult to fight them.)), contact during super speed ((It may be great to punch other people, but if HE gets hit during super speed, it's lights out.))


What I'm carrying: Knife, and phone.


Personality: He's very humorous, and always tries to focus on the bright side. He's very empathetic, and tries to be kind to people when he can. However, he does love his sarcasm. Sometimes this can be abrasive.


History: Maxwell had a childhood like any other. He grew up in a family with one sister, and an adopted brother later in his life. His mother stopped being able to give birth after her second child, Max's sister Emelia, and so they adopted a son named Felix. Max and Emelia always got along. He would help her with homework or any other task, and they always had fun. Felix wasn't like that. Now they didn't dislike each other, but as brothers do they would often fight. This very rarely got physical, but when it did Max would often find himself face down on the ground in seconds due to his brother's naturally superior strength. Max went and learned martial arts to combat this, and through a combination of ninjutsu and aikido, he was easily able to overcome his brother. They are the best of friends now though.


He dropped out of college during his sophomore year. He was a very bright person, but his parents could no longer afford to send him to college due to their low-wage jobs, combined with a gambling addiction his father picked up. He lived in a... lower-class neighborhood, where crime wasn't unheard of certainly. He went and got shooting lessons to defend himself, and ended up falling in love with the gun. Despite this, he still vowed to never use a gun in his life if there was ANYTHING he could do to stop it. He eventually married a woman named Elicia and had two children: a son named Edward and a daughter named Winry. Since then he's gotten more money, and slowly moved up. Now they live in a fairly average house. However, Elicia passed away of a deadly disease about five years ago, and he never truly moved on, though he'd certainly like to. Edward is 7, and Winry is 5 as of right now.
