Fantasy Legends of Azeral

Oscar quietly walked over to the left side of the building and peaked around the corner.Nothing.
He then quietly walked over to the right side of the building and peaked around corner. Also nothing.
Maybe the stairs were behind the building so he checked.Again nothing.

"We're ganna have to climb this one."he groaned as he glanced up.

Libra went to go grab a stone to begin climbing the wall but instead of grabbing stone her hand went though the wall and she fell on her face. The wall rippled like water. Libra stood up and turned arone. She was inside the fort. "Its an illusion?"

Oscar jumped when libra fell through the wall and immediately ran in after her. When he was inside he helped her back to her feet."Who in the 9 hells would make an illusion here!?" he moaned her as turned back to their entrance. Oscar then tapped onto the lining of the mysterious doorway. It then began to further melt away, creating an even bigger hole than before. "Is the whole building an illusion?"

"No." Libra replied looking up. "Someone casted a very powerful umbrella illusion to make the fort seem more stable then it is. Look." Holes began to appear in the ceiling, crumbling walls and collapsed stone. "Someone wanted people to think the fort was more impenetrable then it is."

"But who would do that? Goblins do posess magic but nothing like this. And who would want to hide in these ruins?" Oscar asked as he slumped down onto a rock to rest. He was beginning to lose energy again but not as much as last time. He actually felt a lot better after Gem and the iinkeeper's hospitality. Even though he still didnt get a full night of rest, he had a lot more energy that he had in weeks, months even. For a long time he had to rely on scraps and leftovers and now for the first time in a while he felt at ease after the incident. He looked up and peered at the now slowly opening holes in the ceiling. New light shone down on them reveiling rumble and ruin around them.

Libra could hear fast heavy foot steps. They were getting louder. Suddenly the old wooden doors on the far side of the room exploded open. Dust and wood went flying. Libra couldnt see but something started growling. The dust began to clear. "Oh no," libra said as the oger came into view 636252770535203221.jpeg.jpg

Oscar quickly rose amd stared at the beast in shock. An Ogre stood before them, an angry one to be exsact-or hungry, both weren't very different facial expressions for such an ogre, according to his knowledge. At this point he regrret not having those two beside them.None of them looked "built" for such combat. All he could think of doing was the only thing he was good at - running. He turned to Gem and mouthed the words slowly as he turned to the exit.

Gem nodded. "Wait." Libra said. "The wall we came through is a gaping hole now. The ogre can easily out run us. I say we hide. If he cant find us he will give up. Ogres have short attention spans." Libra ran and hid behind some rubble
