Being a slim yet curvaceous, fair skinned young woman with waist-length snow white hair styled in a rather choppy hime-cut and cerulean blue eyes, Koko is known to be a beautiful and attractive person. The Persian is usually well dressed, favoring business suits or similar attire, with or without the neckties. She is also regularly seen wearing a large white coat with a feather-like collar, in which she hides numerous types of weaponry she uses whenever she deems necessary. She also carries a vey large, armored container strapped to her back, where she keeps her more versatile guns to be used at a moments notice.

Personality:
Koko is a largely enigmatic character, rarely revealing her true state of mind. She normally appears quite cheery, happy, and charismatic and sometimes acts a bit immature when around other people, having a tendency to throw fits when frustrated or angered, though it is usually when she finds the matter to be of importance or relevance. However, she is able to rebound quickly and rarely allows herself to remain stuck. Even when in dangerous situations, she is able to keep a clear head and actually has the guts to smile when she is in danger. She is very friendly and open to anyone she meets, and it is quite easy to fall into rhythm with her, considering her welcoming persona.
Koko can be ruthless and determined when she feels the need to be, making her a very dangerous opponent as she will not hesitate to use various means, including lethal force, to reach her ends. However, a single action or statement by her opponent can motivate her to display mercy towards them depending on the circumstances, and she has occasionally been willing to spare them. This rarely happens, however. Koko is unafraid of weapons, regardless of what kind. because she is in the business of selling them and believes that one should not fear one's merchandise, a trait of hers that others would find disturbing.

Bio:
Koko and her brother, Kasper Sleipnir Hekmatyar, were born at sea due to the nature of their father's, Floyd Fenrir Hekmatyar, work and they thus lack any sense of patriotism to a specific country. They were both exposed since a young age to the business of the HCLI, a global company involved with shipping, logistics, and arms trade. The two of them have multiple passports and are used to traveling and working internationally. Koko began working in the business since she was at least a teenager, gathering a small group of capable veteran soldiers and former mafia men to accompany her on her tasks. She soon left the company a few years later once she had built up a solid reputation, and began working as a separate unit known as "Jormungand".
Weapons & Equipment:
Koko wields a DSR-Precision DSR 50 Sniper Rifle, a Thompson M1921 Submachine Gun, a MG3 Machine Gun, and a F-2000 Assault Rifle, which she keeps in the aforementioned armored container, along with an abundance of ammo for her guns. She also carries a Glock 17, a M1911, a SIG P226, and a CZ 75 hidden under her coat for good measure, along with a few throwing knives just in case. For protection, she wears a Point Blank APC underneath her suit most of the day, and can use her container as a makeshift shield as well.

Since she is first and foremost a businesswoman, Koko is a very persuasive and clever young woman who can even make a poor man give up the few dollars he had earned. She's quite good with money, knowing exactly what to do with it considering the situation at hand. She's also a rather skilled marksman, which is no surprise with the amount of guns she carries on a daily basis, rarely ever missing her target, is talented at hand-to-hand, and her knife handling isn't too bad either. All in all, she's someone you can call a "jack-of-all-trades", per se.
