Fantasy Kingdoms of Rosewood interest check

Overview
Welcome to the Rosewoodian kingdom. The kingdom is divided into 7 sub kingdoms. The northern kingdom, the southern kingdom, the eastern kingdom, the western kingdom, the sky kingdom, and Rosewood being the main central kingdom.
It is said that there is a hidden kingdom right below Rosewood that no one dares to mention. The Darkwood kingdom. Years ago a demon king Lucifer had an evil plot to take over all of Rosewood and spread darkness and chaos. Then was stopped by the now deceased Rosewood queen Angelica. She used her powers to seal Lucifer and his followers underground to keep darkness from spreading ever again.

Rules:
1. Ask permission if you want your oc to be a royal.
2. Be active. If you will be inactive let us know in advance.
3. Homosexual relationships are acceptable.
4. No Godmodding or powerplay.
5. No joining then disappearing. If you are permanently leaving, let us know.
6. One liners are okay.
7. Use proper grammar. Please do not use chat speak or write like you are in a daycare.
8. Your oc can be anything as long as it goes with the 'fantasy' theme. Humans are allowed as well.
9. You can rp once you are accepted.

Kingdom rules (Rules meant to be broken.)
1. Attacking or threatening a royal will result in dire consequences.
2. Commoners are forbidden in the castle unless there is an event such as a ball.
3. Commoner children are not permitted to work.
4. Commoner children must attend school.
5. Respect the knights and royals.
6. Intimate relationships with anyone the same gender is strictly prohibited.
7. Royals and commoners are not allowed to have an intimate relationship with each other. This includes knights.
8. Teenage commoners are permitted to work but must attend school also.
9. You must be at least 17 to become a knight.

Though, what is the structure of the roleplay? Is it open sandbox style? Do you plan to push the roleplay along following a plot you've got planned? Or are players expected to make up their own plots. A blend of those?

Tying in to the above, is it fighting heavy? Slice of Life?

And on a more personal question, are vampires permitted, and what sort of rules do they have in your lore? No sunlight/steak to the heart/garlic, ect. Things like that. And how do the people of the land feel about them?

It's open sandbox style. It's a blend of the plot and others are free to make their own.

Same as the other it's fighting heavy and slice of life. Although it's more slice of life with some fighting heavy scenes.

Yes vampires are permitted. Lore will be the common vampire lore. No sunlight or garlic, steak to the heart. Since it takes place in a medieval setting I think people would fear them since they would be seen as 'evil' or 'demons'.
