Empire of Light

This story begins like one you might know; with the stars twinkling out one by one as the forces of darkness devoured the worlds of light, their hidden defenders having laid down their blades or having vanished into the night. All seemed lost until a special child found the power to fight back, but rather than the boy from the story you know, this time it was a young girl wielding the light with power never seen before. Like a ray of sun she tore through the darkness, vanquishing the shadows and freeing the worlds once more. And as any good story should go, everyone lived happily ever after...

Until the girl stormed Disney Castle, overthrew King Micky, and claimed his throne as her own.

And thus the Empire of Enselucius was born.

The new queen, dissatisfied with the constant war between the light and dark, swore to seal away the darkness forever and began building an army to police the worlds; her Paladins and their weapons of light. She soon realized however that it was an impossible task, as the the darkness was drawn to the negativity in everyone's' hearts. So she made an impossible law banning all negative emotions, and the tyranny of the light began.

To enforce her law The Queen created pseudo-keyblade wielders, her Inquisitors, to hunt down those who would invite darkness into her kingdom and seal away all their emotions, and to create entire areas where negative emotions can not be felt. In addition The Queen begun searching for the worlds' hearts, to seal away the negative emotions of all its inhabitants, and to create Kingdom Hearts for a more permanent solution.

This story is not one of antiheroes, neither of the dark being good and the light being bad, nor of villains preserving their right to commit evils. It is merely another tale of balance and the choices those chosen to restore it must make...
