There is not much to go on here, but I am responding on the strength of my own affinity for rp chatting in character. Often on venues I've played in I found myself not caring about the actual plot points, but just enjoying having 'coffee-shop' discussions about the world. I do need an element of fantasy, or at least something paranormal. Perhaps we could play ordinary folk on the sidelines commenting on someone else's world saving heroics?
