Summary:
"It's the Sengoku Era of Japan, and three months after a couple people from Japan of the future found themselves in this time along with a man named Sasuke. Just like originally planned a wormhole was supposed to be opened to take the three back to their original time, but something wrong happens which causes three universes to collide with their current one instead.
Now the people of Cradle, Wysteria, Stein, and Japan's Bakumatsu Era have to work alongside the people of Japan's Sengoku Era to figure out what happened to cause this situation, while getting along and making sure no dark organizations arise to make things worse."
