How do you position a scroll box? (it's hidden, if that matters)

I have this scroll box (made with divs) and I want to put it on the right (or anywhere other than where it is, really).

You can use position: absolute with top:0; right:0; to position it. You need to make sure that there is space for it to display tho.

That just makes the scroll box become gigantic and it doesn't do anything if I change the values.

You have to define the width and height of the div and you can use right: instead. Top: 0 and left: 0 puts it at the top left corner.
