History: Melia's powers of healing awoke within her at the age of 12, when a friend and her fell from a small cliff. Melia only ended up with a few bruises. Her friend however wasnt as lucky, she panicked and her fox blood awoke. She was able to semi heal her friend but when he awoke he was terrified. She didn't know that her form had changed with her. Her normally black hair was now red. Her green eyes turned dark gray and she had black fox ears. After that her friend ran away her father threatened to wipe the kids memory but Melia stopped him.

But with the increase of Kitsune hunters she now feels increasing the slaughter of humans is justified. Especially when most of the hunters are only killing her kind out of fear or for their coats to sell for a pretty penny.

1) Telekinesis: Can move or hold objects with his mind. Can only move inorganic objects, not living creatures. Can only affect objects that are within his line of sight; if he cannot see an object, he cannot affect it (for now; this may change as he matures). His normal limit is one or two objects at once (again, for now). When powered up via human blood, the number of objects he can affect is much greater. There is no limit to the size or weight of the objects he can lift, so long as he can see them.

2) Suggestion/compulsion: A sort of hypnosis. He can use his voice to compel others to act or believe how he wishes. For most simple commands, the suggestion will stay in effect indefinitely. However, this ability is mitigated by the strength of will of the person upon whom he is using it as well as the extremity of the thing he is trying to get them to do or believe. If he is trying to get someone to act in a way that is truly counter to who they are, the effect may work, but it will dissipate over time without him being around to reinforce it. Similarly, if he tries to get them to believe something truly outrageous, the effect will wear off with time unless he is there to use his voice to reinforce it. Generally, however, on a typical human or Kitsune, the effect will usually stay in place indefinitely. This only works on those who hear his voice while he is using this ability; if they cannot hear his voice, it won't work on them at all. When powered up with human blood, it becomes easier to force actions or beliefs on a person for longer periods (or indefinitely) no matter how outlandish they are or how strong willed the person is. This is a new ability that he only just recently developed in the last decade or so.

Kit is young for a Kitsune, and so his other two abilities have not yet manifested. Over the centuries, he may gain new ones. Further, as he matures and his abilities develop, they may lose limitations or gain new qualities.

Relatives: 50 year old half-kitsune child currently living in the Village of Greenhaven, a suburb of the city; former human lover, deceased; adoptive human parents, deceased; Kitsune birth parents, ancient members of the Takao clan, current whereabouts, identities, and fates unknown.

History: Kit was born to an unknown couple of the Takao clan, though he would not learn this for many decades. Shortly after his birth, they vanished; he never knew them personally. He was raised instead by a human family, a farmer named John Camden and his wife Martha, that found him abandoned and alone as an infant in a rather isolated and pristine outlying suburb of the city called Greenhaven. A progressive couple for their species, the pair knew what he was and did not care, seeing only a defenseless infant in need of parents rather than a Kitsune. To emphasize that they loved him despite his differences--or perhaps in a futile attempt to be humorous--they named him Kit, pretty on the nose considering his species. Kit the Kitsune was raised entirely within a human community as a normal human child; as such, though he is not of their species, he has great love and respect for humans, without whom he would be long dead.

For 80 years, he lived peacefully in Greenhaven among childhood friends and family. Naturally, however, with his long lifespan, he outlived his adoptive human community. Once everyone he knew in his youth passed, he decided to leave home and seek his true parents, species, and origin. Though most humans would be at the end of their lives at his age, Kit's was only just beginning. He moved to the city, where he quickly traced his birth parents' origin to the Takao tribe, though he could learn little more than that about them. When offered a place in the clan, Kit gratefully accepted, heartened by their friendly relations with humans. The clan helped him to fit in, finding him employment through their connections, giving him a place to live, and, apparently for the first time in his life, introducing him to other full-blooded members of the Kitsune species. For 27 years now, Kit has made a living for himself in the city as a loyal member of the Takao clan, seemingly following their laws and respecting their traditions.

Beneath Kit's outwardly upbeat, obedient, and mild-mannered persona, however, lies something darker. Having lived in a rural, somewhat disconnected community for most of his life, Kit was both amazed and appalled by the city when he first moved there from Greenhaven. Amazed because of the advanced and ubiquitous technology compared to what he grew up with and because of the fast-paced lifestyle and sheer number of people the city seemed to hold. Appalled because of the rampant crime and injustice that seemed inseparable from city life. The Malvolia clan was bad enough--members of his own species who used their supernatural abilities to harvest humans for power as if they were cattle--but perhaps worse was what humans did to each other. Violent crime was unheard of in Greenhaven, but murder, rape, theft, and corruption seemed so commonplace in this city that most of its inhabitants did not even seem to blink an eye at it. Ordinary people like those he'd grown up with, good people just trying to live day to day, seemed constantly in fear for their lives, constantly distrustful of both their neighbors and strangers alike. They were as defenseless as they were innocent and it secretly disgusted Kit that there seemed little the Takao leadership was willing to do about it despite their vast power. They strictly forbid seeking conflict with humans and other Kitsune unless their lives were threatened, no matter the situation. History had shown that violence solved nothing and only served to ultimately harm the tribe, the Takao leadership claimed, much to Kit's great contempt.

Kit's disgust festered slowly over the years into a boiling rage at the state of things. When he could endure his impotence in the face of the city's vast corruption and injustice no longer, he began what he now sees as his true calling. By night, he assumes his half-shifted form and dons a red and white fox mask. He takes to the streets to defend decent people in his own way. Those he sees as enemies, be they human or Kitsune, he kills without remorse or hesitation, believing it the only way to protect the city. He takes great pains to keep his activities secret from both the humans of the city and especially members of his clan, for what he is doing, however well-intentioned, is considered murder, a grave, unforgivable sin in the eyes of the tribe. Few suspect his killings are anything more than just another Malvolia Kitsune's work; much as that tribe does, he drinks the blood of his victims in order to gain more power. He sees it as necessary in order to compete with Malvolia Kitsune, who regularly enhance their abilities this way and use those abilities to terrorize the inhabitants of the city. This ancient ceremony is considered among the Takao to be an even greater sin than murder, but Kit believes that as long as he is not using it on an innocent, the ceremony's use is justified.

Perhaps due to Kit's discretion and secrecy, few, even among the Takao and Malvolia clans, believe that the vigilante who kills "evil" Kitsune and humans both even exists at all. Among those that do, though, there are those who believe him a hero and others who believe him the worst kind of villain imaginable. Kit himself is not even really sure which category he falls into, but then, as long as he can make a difference in ordinary peoples' lives, he does not particularly care how he is labelled.

History: The previous leader of Malvolia was initally proud, strong and wise. Dale had loved her for a very long time, and she grew to love him back. But as more and more hunters killed her close ones, Dale could only watch as she descended into madness, and began killing humans for power. She even began to blame everything on him, as such, he had to accept that she was no longer the kitsune he had loved, and had to separate from her. She took custody of their twin daughters, and he was not allowed to see them again. But once the new leader took over the tribe, he stepped up to advise her, hoping that his new job would distract him from all that he had lost.

History: From a younger age, Blake served under Malvolian forces, he was born in an family which which served them obediently. As he was brought up being taught that humans were meant for power underneath their leader, for a long time, he was under the influence of the Malvolian’s, he had already killed many humans and even some Kitsune. Under Takao pages, he was a villain. On the day of a big fight, Blake was on the brink of death after fighting multiple Kitsune and not being able to keep up with their combined power.

When he woke up, he was being treated by a human (whom he never found out the name of) who not only brought him back to health after some time, as the stranger didn’t trust Blake to not kill humans, but gave him a new understanding of the world, how the Malvolian leader was wrong. After the encounter, Blake accepted this new view fairly quickly, especially after the new leader took over. Guilt took over Blake, which then resulted in him joining the Takao, he wanted to clear his sins of killing humans. Due to hard work, Blake managed to gain the advisor rank even though he feels like the leader doesn't like him which sets Blake on edge as he has tried to keep his past under covers.

History: Kristina was once a lively and bubbly soul, who adored animals from the bottom of her heart. Perhaps due to her parents strict rule of no pets, she would frequently be found taking care of and playing with stray animals, such as dogs or cats. She dreamt of becoming a veterinarian or an animal researcher when she was older, whilst owning as many pets as possible. One day, she even saved a beautiful albino fox ( Will_0121 ) but unfortunately the creature left as soon as it woke up, and Tina never saw it again.

However, things changed when she saw one of her friends being eaten by a two-tailed fox. She was frozen in fear, as well as hopelessly confused by the situation, as she lived deep in the city, and foxes weren't a common occurrence. Unfortunately for her, she watched the fox transform into it's half-human form: as her friends dear fiance. Even more overwhelmed by the scene, she stepped backwards, causing the malvolian kitsune to spot her. Although alarmed at first, the kitsune quickly adjusted and slowly prowled towards her. The words he spoke are ones she will never forget. "If you tell anyone what you have seen today, you know what will happen to you."

Forced into secrecy, Tina knows of the existence of the kitsune, however she only knows that they eat humans, unaware that there are some that don't. Her close ones have noticed her becoming quieter and more solemn after the incident, and strangely skittish when it comes to foxes.

History: Hunter was born into a respected kitsune family, and was trained to be a warrior by his father and mother. He grew up knowing how to be disciplined, and at the time he was growing up, this was common practice. As he got older, and his powers began to come and grow, Hunter figured that he should see the world for himself, at least a little bit. His tribe allowed him to go for himself and view the world, but only for the time of maximum one hundred years, which for a kitsune passes very quickly. Hunter soon departed, and what he saw intrigued him. Humans lived a very different life than kitsunes, but at the same time, they were similar. He even began to know the humans, but then he learned more about the kitsune hunters. Of course he had already known about them, but as he saw how they just wanted kitsune's for their fine pelts, he grew to resent humans. He saw how greedy and mindless they could be at times, and rushed back to his tribe where he has lived ever since. After being appointed advisor several hundred years after his journey into the human world, he began to take his duties seriously, and is now respected by many in the tribe.

From that time forward she had connected fire in pain and started fear fire, even if it didn't hurt her, that made every time she lost control of herself worse.

Puppet ControlKurosai has the ability to control a puppet named Mimi, which she can summon at will after a few seconds of delay. Rather than traditional string the puppet is soul tethered to her and can move freely, it is also humanoid in size and appearance. Damage taken by the puppet is transferred to Kurosai, though reduced. It is possible to damage the puppet enough that it has to be dispelled temporarily, however it cannot be fully destroyed without Kurosai being killed. Nor does, for example, decapitating the puppet kill her. Mimi is quite durable all things considered, wielding a spiked umbrella as well as hidden knives underneath her clothing. Mimi is also sentient, having been blessed with such due to Kurosai's magic.

History: Kurosai's story isn't that interesting. She was born into a family whose mother used to serve as an adviser for the Takao tribe though had retired to be with her father. Her upbringing was uneventful up until the point that she discovered her healing powers, which at such a time her mother was forced to explain exactly what she was and what she herself was. She was taken to the tribe to learn how to control her powers early on so as to not expose herself, during which time the girl had found Mimi. She was originally a simple doll until Kurosai experimented and tried to use her magic on her, one thing lead to another and now the pair are bound together until the day Kurosai dies. Though the doll doesn't know much about the world, child like in nature for the most part, leaving it up to Kurosai over the years to teach her too while she herself was taught.

Growing up to be a smart young woman that studied much about the kitsunes' history, the two tribes, and the wars her mother recommended that she take her still vacant position as an adviser to the leader. It was decided that she'd be accepted and tested, though put under scrutiny due to being a half breed and still rather young at that. Though Kurosai vowed to do her best and try and get things resolved with as little bloodshed as possible, hoping to make things safe for the community that she had grown to be a part of and the friends she made along the way.​
