Personality: Mildly fearful of everything as a result of past trauma, Glitch avoids anything that can potentially hurt her, from anything to gale force winds all the way up to the mere sight of a serrated scary-looking knife. This has developed a bit of a shut-in personality, where she would, on a typical day, refuse to go out without proper protection, namely sunscreen and someone else. The only person she would really go out with would be any of the Elites, Data, or her doctor.

While typically fearful, Glitch is definitely excitable when she knows she's safe. She enjoys learning about various things and meeting various people (in a safe environment, of course), and typically gets along with others. Despite her tired appearance with sunken eyes from being unable to sleep at night, Glitch tries her best to hold a smile on her face in public, to make sure nobody knows that something's wrong with her. Glitch has even expressed wanting to go to college and having a normal life, but feels that she can't do any of that if the heroes are still around to cause a mess with her.

Unfortunately, when she's alone, Glitch frequently has her own problems. Being happy with others is a common thing for Glitch, but being alone is just the opposite. She's frequently upset and frazzled on her own, up to crying and having screaming fits at times as well out of both fear, anxiety, and pain. She's still haunted somewhat by the trauma she experienced when she was younger...

Background:
"The hero was here to fight the big terrorist that terrorized our neighborhood. Daddy and I watched from behind the windows, knowing that the hero was going to save everyone in that neighborhood. They were fighting hard and every time they hit each other it sounded like an explosion. The hero got the upper hand, and we stepped back from the window as we waited for her to knock him out. That was all the hero was going to do, but she just h-hit him very hard, so hard we couldn't see him anymore, from the window, and he just jumped...

A-And then...I saw all this dust fly up, and the ground cracked as she did the jumping and punching in less than a second, and everything shook like a huge earthquake, and...and I don't remember. I think my daddy tried to protect me from whatever was happening. I'm sure he did, but...this huge shockwave just hit me so hard that I couldn't even breathe. It hurt so much, everywhere, I saw pieces of wood flying around, and when I fell...I saw my mom...falling from the top floor...her head ...and.... eyes were open...they met mine...and...I'm sorry, I don't want to talk anymore about this! G-G-Get me out of here!"

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:
Programmable Powers - All of Glitch's powers are able to understand simple commands and can be executed unconsciously, up to 3 threads per power and allowing her up to 7 threads. Passive/ambient power threads take up 1 thread, last up to 5 hours and can be reactivated after 30 seconds, while offensive/defensive powers can take up to 3 threads, and can last for 2 minutes before requiring a 5 minute cool-down.

Technological Intuition - Glitch has a complete intuitive understanding of technology. Just by observing a piece of technology perform 1 entire system cycle allows Glitch to understand exactly how it works. This is easier for things such as routers and computers, which make several transactions per second, while firing cycles of rail-guns or heavy weapons can take longer. Glitch cannot understand cycles of technology that last longer than 16 hours, since she is unable to stay awake that long. Understanding will not necessarily allow her to replicate the technology with perfection, but she will be able to apply it to her own powers.

Limited Digital Energy Manipulation - Glitch has inherited her father's ability to manipulate digital energy, however injuries have rendered her incapable of using it to its full potential. It isn't nearly as powerful as the original and produces excess heat for some unknown reason.
  • Technological Replication - Glitch can replicate forms of technology after learning the process of its cycle. With this, she is capable of replicating typical objects' functionality with digital energy as long as they are somewhat compatible.
    • Toaster - The first thing Glitch understood after discovering her powers, Glitch is capable of using her calculator and her palms to heat up objects up to around 200ºC.
    • MRI Machine - Glitch has a hard time replicating an MRI machine's functionality with Digital Energy. She has attempted multiple times to use it as a form of echolocation, but all it does is push away small metal objects.
    • Boat Electronics - Glitch observed the electronics on an oil tanker at one point on a tour before the accident, which gives her slight control of her autonomous bodily functions, allowing her to manually speed up or slow her heart rate, or speed up digestion.
    • Laser Grid - Glitch is surrounded by a passive field of digital energy that extends out 0.5 meters that alerts of incoming threats, as well as granting her reaction times of up to 80 milliseconds as soon as a threat crosses the threshold. These reactions last for the next 20 seconds before requiring a 40 second cooldown.
      • Digitally Enhanced Speed - Glitch is granted enhanced speed as a result of the laser grid intuition, able to move at speeds of up to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a sprint, for about 15 seconds, before slowing down to a normal running speed and having to regain stamina.
    • Stethoscope & Electronic Scope - Glitch observed the Death Doctor's tools at doctor's appointments. With this, she can pick up on sounds and electronic background through her fingertips and wires of digital energy, as well as read electronic noise on her calculator.
    • [NOT DISCOVERED] Radio Tower - Glitch also hypothesized that she could send out a pulse in a 30m radius that will allow her to use a pseudo-echolocation type ability, though this may take a huge drain on her body.

  • Limited Electrical Resistance - Glitch is slightly resistant to electricity, making tasers only tingle. Larger power sources can knock her out, though it is highly unlikely she can be killed by electricity.

Mastery of Power: Middle, hindered at around 3/5ths her true potential.
Limits:
  • Glitch's passive and ambient powers last for 5 hours, meaning she has to refresh her heart modulation and laser grid every five hours. Refreshing autonomous functions leaves her vulnerable for about 10 minutes.
  • Glitch has below-average stamina. She can only exert herself physically for 30 seconds before tiring.
  • Without the laser grid, Glitch has extremely delayed reaction times, extending well into 500-600 milliseconds if she's tired. (Average is 250 ms).
  • Glitch suffers from brain damage, which only enables her to use her attack powers for 2 minutes, before a 5 minute cool-down is in order. Overextending this limit will lead to brain damage.
  • Metal projectiles, namely copper, interferes heavily with Glitch's laser grid, causing it to short and dissipate should they breach her skin. She has to manually disable the grid before receiving injections, though this is not always possible.
  • Glitch's heat comes from her own body. She is underweight due to the constant relieving of energy, and needs to eat 15,000 calories per day despite her small size. Luckily, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
  • Glitch is vulnerable to computer viruses, and interacting with one will make her sick and possibly act weird. This can be counteracted with regular medication.
  • Glitch is intelligent, but is unable to come up with trains of thought that last longer than 10 minutes due to brain damage.
  • After the accident, Glitch developed mild narcolepsy, which makes her fall asleep at random times, especially if it's stressful.
    • Glitch has below-average strength due to daytime muscle weakness, as she is barely able to lift beyond 20 kilograms.
    • Glitch has below-average stamina, and likely can't keep up with opponents in a fight.
Skills:
  • Genius-Level Intellect - Glitch is incredibly intelligent for her age. She's able to deduce most logic-type puzzles, given time, and can understand emotions very well, and is also skilled a math. However, she is held back by her delayed reactions and limited thought capacity.
  • Weapon Proficiency - Glitch is skilled in the use of small arms, such as .45 ACP and other types of pistols. However, she isn't frequently allowed a gun.
  • Huggling - Glitch is skilled in hugging, as well as other supplemental hugging skills. She knows the right hug for the right occasion.
  • Computers - Glitch knows a lot about computers. Though she isn't proficient at hacking (due to the way power cycles work), she's still skilled enough to Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

The locket can only be opened by Data and Glitch should they use their powers at the same time. Immense physical strength, a powerful electromagnetokinetic, or a very powerful ferrokinetic can open it as well.

With his wife dead, Cooper now relies on being in active environments to give himself enough energy to go throughout his day. Once content with staying at home with her, he now frequents bars and high activity areas of the city. Despite the heaviness in his heart since his wife's death, Cooper remains fairly positive, believing he can help bring light to others much like his wife was able to give him light. Since he lost what he loved, he tries as hard as he can to maintain relationships with friends and help others as much as he can, knowing how unexpectedly things can slip from one's grasp. He does his best to always smile, laugh, and crack jokes, believing it to be the best way (aside from the constant intoxication) to cope with the pain he carries around every day. The man can be serious though, as he takes his quest for revenge quite seriously, and the hardships of others often weigh on him as well. A very empathetic, kind man, Cooper can often irk people with his occasionally out of place optimism, though one should note much of this stems from the fact he is of the state of mind positivity in the darkest of times can bring balance to someone. It is a shame, however, that he can't apply that state of mind to his own life, as he's been grieving since his wife's death, and when not drawing on the energy around him and from others, Cooper recedes into himself and back into depression. It is this that he holds in himself all the time, anger, fear, sadness. To be negative and acknowledge it would be to bring those emotions into light. Cooper believes when he's righted whats wrong in the world, the heroes, the people he blames for all his pain, that he will bring balance to himself too.
Backstory:
When Cooper was young, he believed in heroes. With every fiber of his body he'd defend them, openly speak out for them. Cooper believed in the good of the world, thinking heroes were the world's way of making balance. As he got older, while no longer openly so reverent of the heroes, Cooper still very much believed in them. This was until he met his own hero in high school, a young woman by the name of Lena Carter. If you'd asked him before then, Cooper would have scoffed if you asked about love at first sight. The two quickly became inseparable, and immediately after high school the two wed. Their lives were as happy as could be. Lena completed Cooper, and all was right in the world. It was only Lena who knew of Cooper's powers, and it was she that Cooper drew energy from, finding no need to pull from anything but the energy of his bright and beautiful wife. After almost 8 years of blissful marriage, the two finally decided to have a child. Just after their 8th anniversary though, tragedy struck. While out grocery shopping, Lena was killed in a gunfight between several men. Grief stricken, Cooper took to a bottle, sleeping for days on end and holing himself up in their home. The paralysis set in soon after, as Cooper hadn't cared enough to tend to himself while in distress, and several days after losing his wife, Cooper lost feeling and control of his legs too. Cooper no longer believed in heroes. With all his heart he still believed in the good in people, but he couldn't help but blame the system for letting his wife get killed in a dispute between criminals. After this, Cooper took up drinking constantly, and diverted much of his time to tending to his powers, growing stronger, wishing for vengeance and balance in his life once again.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:

Energy Absorption - Cooper has the ability to draw in and store kinetic energy from around him for a short period of time, and utilizes this ability to power his other powers. Because of this ability, Cooper prefers to be in high energy areas, both to feed off of normally and to fight in. He is at an exceptional advantage against opponents with high kinetic energy, an example being someone with super speed, as he can draw from the high energy they exert.

Energy Attacks - Once his main focus and power, Cooper's ability to harness pure energy in a more visible form was strong. It can take the form of beams or more defensive type blasts, and can be ranged or more of a melee attack. His energy attacks can range up to 25 meters, although they lose width and strength as they get to the maximum range. He can fire several short beams in succession (after charging each one), or fire one continuous beam that uses energy exponentially the longer it is used. When Cooper's body is in danger, he can release all his energy stored up in a large burst energy attack to protect himself, as a line of last defense.

Examples:



Energy Constructs - Since crippling himself, Cooper has begun to master a new form of his abilities, this being energy constructs. With the energy he stores, Cooper can create just about anything that exists in reality in an energy form.

Energy Barrier - Using energy, Cooper can create a barrier that will protect his body from most physical harm. This barrier is a light yellow usually in color, and can be hard to see. This skill is very important for Cooper since he became paralyzed. Because he can no longer fight himself, this barrier keeps him protected in a combat situation while he uses his other abilities.

Mastery of Power:
Energy Absorption // High // The first ability Cooper discovered, being good at energy absorption helps enable him to use his other powers to the best of his ability
Energy Attacks // High // Once his bread and butter of combat, Cooper is extremely proficient at effectively using pure energy attacks
Energy Constructs // Low // A newly learned talent, Cooper is still learning his limits
Energy Barrier // Average // Despite being a newer ability, Cooper has learned quickly to become proficient at it, since now paralyzed he cannot do much to protect himself.

Limits:
Absorption - Cooper is limited to drawing energy from around him, and once expended, he cant draw energy from an activity that happened previously. For example, if a train passes, he can gather energy in it's wake, but once the train has passed energy can only be gathered for a minute at most. Simply put, Cooper can only pull energy from current sources, making him reliant on areas of high energy. In addition, his storage of the energy is fairly short, as he's only able to take in and hold energy for a half hour at most. Should he hold in energy too long, Cooper will begin to go numb, which turns into paralysis then death. After losing his wife, Cooper held in energy too long, paralyzing himself from the waist down.
Attacks - Mostly useless now as Cooper is confined to a wheelchair, unable to use himself as a weapon. Charge time on succession beams is 3 seconds before it can be fired, and Cooper can only fire 10 before he needs to absorb more energy. Charge time on a continuous beam is 10 seconds, and the beam depletes stored energy exponentially, lasting 20 seconds at longest. Unfortunately, the only usefulness this skill still has is the ability to release his stored energy in a powerful blast, should his energy barrier be destroyed and body in danger. This blast doesn't do damage, and serves more as a forceful push in a last ditch attempt to repel potentially deadly threats from his body. This blast releases all energy and leaves Cooper very vulnerable should it be ineffective.
Constructs - Cooper is only limited to what is real as far as what he can construct, meaning no imaginary weapons that he conjures in his own head (ie. machine gun broom: constructs must be objects that exist in reality without the aid of any superpowers). That said, large objects that move a lot require a lot more energy to create and power. An attack helicopter, for example, could work, however it would draw a large sum of energy stored in Cooper's body to create, and even more to power for more than a minute. Because of this, Cooper prefers to create objects like turrets, which are static and require only small amounts of energy to fire. While there really is no limit as far as what can be created, the larger an object is the less long it can last. Anything bigger than a small car will last very shortly. Because of this, it makes it nonsensical to burn energy making something that will not be of use. Anything larger than a semi truck would probably expend energy and only visibly appear for perhaps a split second. As a general rule of thumb, the best objects to construct will be smaller than a refrigerator.
Barrier - This barrier bubbles over Cooper's body in combat, shielding him from most projectiles. Bullets and small projectiles are easily stopped, however large melee or stronger caliber weapons will do better to pierce the barrier. The larger the ability or weapon used against it the better. This shield will recharge over time if not broken, however once one spot is broken the entire barrier will break, leaving Cooper very vulnerable. It takes Cooper a brief moment to create a barrier, with each barrier getting weaker the more he creates. At its strongest, the barrier can small caliber bullets almost indefinitely, but will break after several clips of heavier ammunition. The barrier is especially useful against powered attacks (fire, other energy, etc.). While active, the barrier can protect against mental based attacks, however he is vulnerable while he creates the barrier to such attacks. It can stop high powered powered attacks for a longer period of time. This said, a superhuman with exceptional strength or speed with a melee weapon in hand will be most likely to break the barrier, as it will take far less melee attacks compared to that of powered attacks or bullets. At its weakest, the barrier can be expended by even the smallest caliber of weapon after several shots, and one hit by superhuman or regular human is enough to shatter it. Because of this, Cooper finds most use against heroes without physical powers.

Skills:
MMA Training - As more of a pacifist type in his younger days, Cooper took an interest in MMA later in life, using it as an outlet for his own energy and frustrations. While useful when Cooper frequently used energy attacks, since he no longer uses his body for combat, this training is now pointless.
Drinking - After losing his wife, Cooper drinks almost all the time now, and could probably hold his liquor better than damn near anyone else (he thinks). No one has bested him in a drinking contest yet. Self proclaimed master of mixology.

Personality: Meet Marlowe Cambridge, also known by the moniker Bunker. An intelligent, optimistic woman who normally smiles and waves when someone recognizes her face. Despite not being a superhero in the conventional sense, she welcomes fame and recognition as much as the next combat based hero. Unlike most heroes, who view the poor as a plague to society instead of those who were in a bad situation, Marlowe is more than happy to donate to them from her vast wealth acquired when creating several hero outposts and the HQ itself. However, this is usually just to gain recognition as a benevolent figure.

Similar to most high-tier heroes (excluding the Triptych), Marlowe is extremely quick to jump onto anything that she can claim as her own, as credit is very important when your position can easily be replaced by someone. Because of this, she can be incredibly vain when not on public air, and is frequently rude to her coworkers who want credit for projects that she is the one leading.

With long term goes to start a family, but finding herself in a pickle where she's working as a hero, Marlowe often works toward retirement rather than working just for the sake of being a hero. As a result of this, she is terrified of villains and tries to avoid going anywhere alone at all costs.

Like a select few heroes, Marlowe is aware of corruption within the ranks. Even so, she does not take advantage of the Hero Killing Acts, as villains are still people in her eyes. She is, however, not afraid to imprison them permanently.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:
Superhuman Salivary Glands - Bunker can produce up to 30 liters of saliva in a day should she choose to, regardless of how hydrated she is. The saliva has the consistency of epoxy, and is a perfect lubricant. However, when exposed to air and mixed with another material, it becomes incredibly sticky and resistant to stress.
  • Welding/Adhesion - Bunker's saliva doubles as an epoxy and can be used to create shockproof, temperature resistant bonds.
  • Water Manipulation of saliva - Bunker is capable of manipulating her saliva like water, though this cannot be used for attack since it moves very slowly, at up to 2 m/s. Also, it's kind of gross.

Structural Reinforcement - Bunker possesses the ability to strengthen materials by mixing her saliva into it. The material can be strengthened from 4-30 times, depending on how much saliva is mixed. Living flesh cannot be altered. The change is almost always instantaneous.

Structural Weakening - Inversely, if anything that Bunker has strengthened is dried out completely, and all traces of her saliva are removed, the atoms will destabilize and the structure will fall apart. She can use this to break holes into walls, working in tandem with a hero that can remove moisture.

Matter Manipulation - Bunker is capable of manipulating most forms of matter, akin to telekinesis. While she cannot physically divide matter into component parts, she is capable of lifting up to 20 tons at once. This ability takes 10 seconds to charge up, and she cannot accelerate any piece of matter, regardless of its size, beyond 2 m/s. Using her abilities require the utmost patience, and if he concentration is snapped, she must go through the 10 second charge sequence again. She cannot manipulate matter that is connected directly to the ground, so she cannot rip entire structures out of the ground without using the structural weakening ability.
  • Matter Generation - Bunker is capable of generating elements up to Iron (26) at a rate of 2m2/s, up to 30 square meters of the material before it needs to be started up again. The generation is tied to her physical stamina, and, while creations are permanent, are very draining to produce and as such, this ability is avoided. She can only produce up to 5 square meters comfortably before starting to tire. Producing carbon defaults to the form of pleated carbon fiber (previously graphite), though she can alter the structure. She cannot produce compounds, only single-element molecules, nor can she produce diamonds. She cannot produce antimatter.
  • Matter Ingestion - Bunker is able to ingesting most forms matter without ill effects. She consumes matter at the same rate as eating and does not physically need to chew anything that fits into her mouth due to her saliva.

Mastery of Power: 100% mastery. Her power physically is incapable of going any further, as she has hit her natural limits two years ago while strengthening the HQ.
Limits:
  • 20 tons is the maximum limit for her power's lifting weight, and this is even stretching it. A comfortable lift is about 10 tons with her powers.
  • The strongest she can make a material is enough to withstand a nuke (the Hero HQ), but it takes about 1 month to create a project of this size with her. While this is accelerated, it isn't instantaneous.
  • It takes her about 4 days to generate an average-sized house.
  • The smallest functional structure she can make takes 5 minutes, and is not for combat. It's a latrine. The smallest combat structure takes 2 hours at least, making her powers ineffective for instantaneous fortifications.
  • She has below-average physical strength
  • Her abilities are non-combative, meaning they are not nearly as fast enough to keep up with normal human fists. The only thing that her abilities can be remotely used for in combat is crushing someone very...very slowly...
  • She has below-average physical speed
  • 30 liters of saliva is enough to fortify a one-story house to no-sell bullets, have grenades deal negligible damage, and take less damage from rockets and anti-materiel rifles. However, she can only do this once a day, as her limit is 30 liters per day.
  • It takes time to produce saliva. It takes about about 16 hours to produce 30 liters of her special saliva.

One inch or less they can fly at 75 meters per second or over, two to eleven inches between 60 to 70 meters per second, a foot to a foot and a half is 40 to 50 meters per second, while anything over two feet is around 25 meters per second. With his wife dead, Cooper now relies on being in active environments to give himself enough energy to go throughout his day. Once content with staying at home with her, he now frequents bars and high activity areas of the city. Despite the heaviness in his heart since his wife's death, Cooper remains fairly positive, believing he can help bring light to others much like his wife was able to give him light. Since he lost what he loved, he tries as hard as he can to maintain relationships with friends and help others as much as he can, knowing how unexpectedly things can slip from one's grasp. He does his best to always smile, laugh, and crack jokes, believing it to be the best way (aside from the constant intoxication) to cope with the pain he carries around every day. The man can be serious though, as he takes his quest for revenge quite seriously, and the hardships of others often weigh on him as well. A very empathetic, kind man, Cooper can often irk people with his occasionally out of place optimism, though one should note much of this stems from the fact he is of the state of mind positivity in the darkest of times can bring balance to someone. It is a shame, however, that he can't apply that state of mind to his own life, as he's been grieving since his wife's death, and when not drawing on the energy around him and from others, Cooper recedes into himself and back into depression. It is this that he holds in himself all the time, anger, fear, sadness. To be negative and acknowledge it would be to bring those emotions into light. Cooper believes when he's righted whats wrong in the world, the heroes, the people he blames for all his pain, that he will bring balance to himself too.
Backstory:
When Cooper was young, he believed in heroes. With every fiber of his body he'd defend them, openly speak out for them. Cooper believed in the good of the world, thinking heroes were the world's way of making balance. As he got older, while no longer openly so reverent of the heroes, Cooper still very much believed in them. This was until he met his own hero in high school, a young woman by the name of Lena Carter. If you'd asked him before then, Cooper would have scoffed if you asked about love at first sight. The two quickly became inseparable, and immediately after high school the two wed. Their lives were as happy as could be. Lena completed Cooper, and all was right in the world. It was only Lena who knew of Cooper's powers, and it was she that Cooper drew energy from, finding no need to pull from anything but the energy of his bright and beautiful wife. After almost 8 years of blissful marriage, the two finally decided to have a child. Just after their 8th anniversary though, tragedy struck. While out grocery shopping, Lena was killed in a gunfight between several men. Grief stricken, Cooper took to a bottle, sleeping for days on end and holing himself up in their home. The paralysis set in soon after, as Cooper hadn't cared enough to tend to himself while in distress, and several days after losing his wife, Cooper lost feeling and control of his legs too. Cooper no longer believed in heroes. With all his heart he still believed in the good in people, but he couldn't help but blame the system for letting his wife get killed in a dispute between criminals. After this, Cooper took up drinking constantly, and diverted much of his time to tending to his powers, growing stronger, wishing for vengeance and balance in his life once again.

Powers:

Energy Absorption - Cooper has the ability to draw in and store kinetic energy from around him for a short period of time, and utilizes this ability to power his other powers. Because of this ability, Cooper prefers to be in high energy areas, both to feed off of normally and to fight in. He is at an exceptional advantage against opponents with high kinetic energy, an example being someone with super speed, as he can draw from the high energy they exert.

Energy Attacks - Once his main focus and power, Cooper's ability to harness pure energy in a more visible form was strong. It can take the form of beams or more defensive type blasts, and can be ranged or more of a melee attack. His energy attacks can range up to 25 meters, although they lose width and strength as they get to the maximum range. He can fire several short beams in succession (after charging each one), or fire one continuous beam that uses energy exponentially the longer it is used. When Cooper's body is in danger, he can release all his energy stored up in a large burst energy attack to protect himself, as a line of last defense.

Energy Constructs - Since crippling himself, Cooper has begun to master a new form of his abilities, this being energy constructs. With the energy he stores, Cooper can create just about anything that exists in reality in an energy form.

Energy Barrier - Using energy, Cooper can create a barrier that will protect his body from most physical harm. This barrier is a light yellow usually in color, and can be hard to see. This skill is very important for Cooper since he became paralyzed. Because he can no longer fight himself, this barrier keeps him protected in a combat situation while he uses his other abilities.

Mastery of Power:
Energy Absorption // High // The first ability Cooper discovered, being good at energy absorption helps enable him to use his other powers to the best of his ability
Energy Attacks // High // Once his bread and butter of combat, Cooper is extremely proficient at effectively using pure energy attacks
Energy Constructs // Low // A newly learned talent, Cooper is still learning his limits
Energy Barrier // Average // Despite being a newer ability, Cooper has learned quickly to become proficient at it, since now paralyzed he cannot do much to protect himself.

Limits:
Absorption - Cooper is limited to drawing energy from around him, and once expended, he cant draw energy from an activity that happened previously. For example, if a train passes, he can gather energy in it's wake, but once the train has passed energy can only be gathered for a minute at most. Simply put, Cooper can only pull energy from current sources, making him reliant on areas of high energy. In addition, his storage of the energy is fairly short, as he's only able to take in and hold energy for a half hour at most. Should he hold in energy too long, Cooper will begin to go numb, which turns into paralysis then death. After losing his wife, Cooper held in energy too long, paralyzing himself from the waist down.
Attacks - Mostly useless now as Cooper is confined to a wheelchair, unable to use himself as a weapon. Charge time on succession beams is 3 seconds before it can be fired, and Cooper can only fire 10 before he needs to absorb more energy. Charge time on a continuous beam is 10 seconds, and the beam depletes stored energy exponentially, lasting 20 seconds at longest. Unfortunately, the only usefulness this skill still has is the ability to release his stored energy in a powerful blast, should his energy barrier be destroyed and body in danger. This blast doesn't do damage, and serves more as a forceful push in a last ditch attempt to repel potentially deadly threats from his body. This blast releases all energy and leaves Cooper very vulnerable should it be ineffective.
Constructs - Cooper is only limited to what is real as far as what he can construct, meaning no imaginary weapons that he conjures in his own head (ie. machine gun broom: constructs must be objects that exist in reality without the aid of any superpowers). That said, large objects that move a lot require a lot more energy to create and power. An attack helicopter, for example, could work, however it would draw a large sum of energy stored in Cooper's body to create, and even more to power for more than a minute. Because of this, Cooper prefers to create objects like turrets, which are static and require only small amounts of energy to fire. While there really is no limit as far as what can be created, the larger an object is the less long it can last. Anything bigger than a small car will last very shortly. Because of this, it makes it nonsensical to burn energy making something that will not be of use. Anything larger than a semi truck would probably expend energy and only visibly appear for perhaps a split second. As a general rule of thumb, the best objects to construct will be smaller than a refrigerator.
Barrier - This barrier bubbles over Cooper's body in combat, shielding him from most projectiles. Bullets and small projectiles are easily stopped, however large melee or stronger caliber weapons will do better to pierce the barrier. The larger the ability or weapon used against it the better. This shield will recharge over time if not broken, however once one spot is broken the entire barrier will break, leaving Cooper very vulnerable. It takes Cooper a brief moment to create a barrier, with each barrier getting weaker the more he creates. At its strongest, the barrier can small caliber bullets almost indefinitely, but will break after several clips of heavier ammunition. The barrier is especially useful against powered attacks (fire, other energy, etc.). While active, the barrier can protect against mental based attacks, however he is vulnerable while he creates the barrier to such attacks. It can stop high powered powered attacks for a longer period of time. This said, a superhuman with exceptional strength or speed with a melee weapon in hand will be most likely to break the barrier, as it will take far less melee attacks compared to that of powered attacks or bullets. At its weakest, the barrier can be expended by even the smallest caliber of weapon after several shots, and one hit by superhuman or regular human is enough to shatter it. Because of this, Cooper finds most use against heroes without physical powers.

Skills:
MMA Training - As more of a pacifist type in his younger days, Cooper took an interest in MMA later in life, using it as an outlet for his own energy and frustrations. While useful when Cooper frequently used energy attacks, since he no longer uses his body for combat, this training is now pointless.
Drinking - After losing his wife, Cooper drinks almost all the time now, and could probably hold his liquor better than damn near anyone else (he thinks). No one has bested him in a drinking contest yet. Self proclaimed master of mixology.

Personality Ash is intense and keeps his thoughts well collected. He keeps his emotions under tight wraps and often uses others to get his work done for him. Ash is patient and perceptive, so perceptive that he learns every little piece of knowledge he learns about a person and keeps it in his own mental filing system for that person. Using it to get closer to that person by say by using tiny details others wouldn't ever think about. To add, Ash is a perfectionist with talking to people, often trying to find just the right ways to pull on their strings and be their best friend, he sees every person as new territory to be conquered. Those people he befriends often lead to some sort of gain anyways, in favors or material. So often making friends pay for themselves in his eyes, though he is not afraid to drop them or backstab them if they become a anchor tied to his foot.

Ash is intense when no one is around but when he is around others he is a social chameleon. Often being able to change himself to be whatever anyone else needs him to be. Laid back, snarky, flirty, what ever he feels will get someone to like him more he does. Ash makes many friends all to help him, he makes sure everyone he knows likes him and to an extent even manipulates. Ashley lives off social interaction, talking to those that he sees as a potential human shield Friend. Though even he has his limits, people who belong in insane asylums usually hit those limits. Though Ashley makes very few friends without purpose, to him there are 3, entertainment, usefulness, sexiness. All of which are very good reasons to him.

Outside of his facade set to others, Ash is one that always gets things done. He is intense, and always doing something. He's making plans, trying to decode a person, or speculating. Though very rarely is he alone for too long.

Ashley is manipulative, he lives off knowledge. The reason he is so good at it is that he keeps track of 2 things religiously. What do they know, what do I know about them. He has a near photographic memory and can remember things from months back easily. Combined with his rigorous studying of others and his memory, manipulating others can be near trivial to him. Though very rarely will he outright avoid bonding with people for just the fun of it, after all a man needs good friends, he just picks them very carefully. If those friends threaten him in some sort of way then he will drop them, loyalty isn't a trait Ash owns.

Ash uses his small stature to his advantage constantly, when he is talking to others, or when he is fighting, he is proud of it. He likes the versatility looking 'neutral' gives him.


Backstory*:
Ash was born in the poor side of Archeo, originally born under a standard family with too many children and parents who never tried. He always showed prowess, able to outsmart his siblings and seemed to always predict what they would do. As a kid he grew to be very independent even as a kid, often moving away from the 'pack' when he got older. He much preferred to stay away from his family and sometimes went away for a few days for a time. Ash barely remembers his old family in general, they were terrible people and he avoided them as much as possible.

This behavior stopped when one morning after during a walk home he was swiped off the side of the street by someone much greater than his old parents. Most would mind being kidnapped but Blue found it to be a blessing in disguise. He had been kidnapped by a crime family who wanted new additions to the family who were super powered, it wasn't till later in his life that he learned why he got to keep his place in the family; maybe around 8 years old. He was a telepath, capable of reading minds and was quicker than any normal human. Now apart of the Cartwright family Ashley had long forgotten his old surname and adapted the new one.

He was trained to use his abilities to some good degree, and schooled with all the basics needed to succeed in the criminal world he set out on his first couple odd missions. Which were mostly piggybacking off of his new siblings, keeping a lookout, keeping watch on security cams; the little things. He soon graduated to higher crime, being tasked with getting information, sabotaging other gangs, bigger stuff. Being a near perfect wordsmith he was great at getting into places that he shouldn't be in. He ended up being a good spy and information gatherer for the Cartwright family as a whole. He owns that role with pride to this day.

- With touch it allows Ash the ability to read and store memories in his own mind. As well as open a 2 way channel to the persons mind, however without telepathy the person Ash is touching can only telepathically talk to him. Ash can show the other in the channel small glimpses of his memory.

- Reacts, thinks (Do not mistake for intelligence), and moves faster than the average human being.

Personality: Introverted, observant, curious, quiet, hot temper, clever.
Backstory*: Sebastian come from a family full of drugs and abuse. From the mere age of four his mother would beat him on a daily basis while drunk or high on various heavy drugs. His dad pretty much never existed to him, as he had left long before birth, leaving behind him and his younger sister Emily. Emily is one of the few people Sebastian really cares about and an attack on her is sure to bring his wrath upon you. Due to coming from a home where there was little available to him, Sebastian became very resourceful and learned how to fend for not only himself, but also for his sister. He began with petty thievery and shoplifting to get them through day to day life, but as he got older and gained more connections in the criminal world, he took part in much more serious crimes such as drug transport and grand theft. Through this, he became adept at parkour and can easily scale a building and cross large gaps with one leap. During one of these endeavors, the plan collapsed and led to Sebastian having to free run his way across various buildings while being pursued by a police helicopter. Misjudging a jump in the heat of the moment, Sebastian latched on to the edge of a building and had to choose between capture and risking his life letting go: he obviously chose the latter. He refused to leave his sister. Falling down four stories was the least of his problems though. Sebastian landed right on top of a transformer that connected to the entire power grid of the south part of the city. The following impact caused the transformer to dent inwards and begin sparking. Sebastian looked back as he tried to limp away from the transformer when it exploded, sending waves of electricity at him, which caused him to gain the power to manipulate electricity and electric currents. This came at a cost though, which can be seen on the right side of his face.

  • Lightning Bolt: A simple and weak bolt of electricity shot from his hand. Be careful as if he hits you in the head, it will explode.
  • Arc Lightning: A chain of continuous electricity that can affect many people at once. Can be used on up to 5 people. Drains his energy fast but can stun.
  • Restraint: He can create electric restraints on someone pinned on a wall or the ground, keeping them in place. Can be broken with enough force but will burn the skin of the wrist/ankle.
  • Drain: Sebastian drains electricity from nearby power sources to replenish his energy faster. Sources can include but are not limited to: generators, street lights, cars, payphones, etc.This will also replenish his stamina and cause his body to quickly heal wounds.
  • Lightning Storm: A very powerful, continuous lightning strike comes from the sky and is steered by Sebastian. Can only be used outside and drains his energy extremely fast.
  • Rocket: Compressed ball of energy launched from his hand that results in an explosion and shock wave on impact. Moves slow.
  • Charged Punch: Every punch and kick sends a small charge into the opponent. Although this does not drain his energy, it will drain his stamina.
  • Shockwave: An electric burst with both hands that sends anything 15 feet in front of him flying through the air.
  • Shock Grenade: Like rocket, but is thrown like a grenade and takes 3 seconds to explode. Also less powerful.
  • Thunder Drop: When falling from a large height, Sebastian can focus his energy in to the fall and cause a large shockwave when he impacts, sending any nearby people and objects flying away.
Mastery of Power: Sebastian has almost complete control over his powers.
Limits: Sebastian can only use so much energy before he must replenish by either draining from a power source or waiting for it to regenerate on its own. Some powers have their own individual limits as well. Absorbing too much energy can cause him to lose control over his powers, or send him into a deranged, blacked out state where he is extremely violent.

Backstory*: Sebastian come from a family full of drugs and abuse. From the mere age of four his mother would beat him on a daily basis while drunk or high on various heavy drugs. His dad pretty much never existed to him, as he had left long before birth, leaving behind him and his younger sister Emily. Emily is one of the few people Sebastian really cares about and an attack on her is sure to bring his wrath upon you. Due to coming from a home where there was little available to him, Sebastian became very resourceful and learned how to fend for not only himself, but also for his sister. He began with petty thievery and shoplifting to get them through day to day life, but as he got older and gained more connections in the criminal world, he took part in much more serious crimes such as drug transport and grand theft. Through this, he became adept at parkour and can easily scale a building and cross large gaps with one leap. During one of these endeavors, the plan collapsed and led to Sebastian having to free run his way across various buildings while being pursued by a police helicopter. Misjudging a jump in the heat of the moment, Sebastian latched on to the edge of a building and had to choose between capture and risking his life letting go: he obviously chose the latter. He refused to leave his sister. Falling down four stories was the least of his problems though. Sebastian landed right on top of a transformer that connected to the entire power grid of the south part of the city. The following impact caused the transformer to dent inwards and begin sparking. Sebastian looked back as he tried to limp away from the transformer when it exploded, sending waves of electricity at him, which caused him to gain the power to manipulate electricity and electric currents. This came at a cost though, which can be seen on the right side of his face.

Powers:
  • Lightning Bolt: A simple and weak bolt of electricity shot from his hand. Be careful as if he hits you in the head, it will explode.
  • Arc Lightning: A chain of continuous electricity that can affect many people at once. Can be used on up to 5 people. Drains his energy fast but can stun.
  • Restraint: He can create electric restraints on someone pinned on a wall or the ground, keeping them in place. Can be broken with enough force but will burn the skin of the wrist/ankle.
  • Drain: Sebastian drains electricity from nearby power sources to replenish his energy faster. Sources can include but are not limited to: generators, street lights, cars, payphones, etc.This will also replenish his stamina and cause his body to quickly heal wounds.
  • Lightning Storm: A very powerful, continuous lightning strike comes from the sky and is steered by Sebastian. Can only be used outside and drains his energy extremely fast.
  • Rocket: Compressed ball of energy launched from his hand that results in an explosion and shock wave on impact. Moves slow.
  • Charged Punch: Every punch and kick sends a small charge into the opponent. Although this does not drain his energy, it will drain his stamina.
  • Shockwave: An electric burst with both hands that sends anything 15 feet in front of him flying through the air.
  • Shock Grenade: Like rocket, but is thrown like a grenade and takes 3 seconds to explode. Also less powerful.
  • Thunder Drop: When falling from a large height, Sebastian can focus his energy in to the fall and cause a large shockwave when he impacts, sending any nearby people and objects flying away.
Mastery of Power: Sebastian has almost complete control over his powers.

Personality Ash is intense and keeps his thoughts well collected. He keeps his emotions under tight wraps and often uses others to get his work done for him. Ash is patient and perceptive, so perceptive that he learns every little piece of knowledge he learns about a person and keeps it in his own mental filing system for that person. Using it to get closer to that person by say by using tiny details others wouldn't ever think about. To add, Ash is a perfectionist with talking to people, often trying to find just the right ways to pull on their strings and be their best friend, he sees every person as new territory to be conquered. Those people he befriends often lead to some sort of gain anyways, in favors or material. So often making friends pay for themselves in his eyes, though he is not afraid to drop them or backstab them if they become a anchor tied to his foot.

Ash is intense when no one is around but when he is around others he is a social chameleon. Often being able to change himself to be whatever anyone else needs him to be. Laid back, snarky, flirty, what ever he feels will get someone to like him more he does. Ash makes many friends all to help him, he makes sure everyone he knows likes him and to an extent even manipulates. Ashley lives off social interaction, talking to those that he sees as a potential human shield Friend. Though even he has his limits, mutants and people who belong in insane asylums usually hit those limits. Though Ashley makes very few friends without purpose, to him there are 3, entertainment, usefulness, sexiness. All of which are very good reasons to him.

Outside of his facade set to others, Ash is one that always gets things done. He is intense, and always doing something. He's making plans, trying to decode a person, or speculating. Though very rarely is he alone for too long.

Ashley is manipulative, he lives off knowledge. The reason he is so good at it is that he keeps track of 2 things religiously. What do they know, what do I know about them. He has a near photographic memory and can remember things from months back easily. Combined with his rigorous studying of others and his memory, manipulating others can be near trivial to him. Though very rarely will he outright avoid bonding with people for just the fun of it, after all a man needs good friends, he just picks them very carefully. If those friends threaten him in some sort of way then he will drop them, loyalty isn't a trait Ash owns.

Ash uses his small stature to his advantage constantly, when he is talking to others, or when he is fighting, he is proud of it. He likes the versatility looking 'neutral' gives him.


Backstory*:
Ash was born in the poor side of Archeo, originally born under a standard family with too many children and parents who never tried. He always showed prowess, able to outsmart his siblings and seemed to always predict what they would do. As a kid he grew to be very independent even as a kid, often moving away from the 'pack' when he got older. He much preferred to stay away from his family and sometimes went away for a few days for a time. Ash barely remembers his old family in general, they were terrible people and he avoided them as much as possible.

This behavior stopped when one morning after during a walk home he was swiped off the side of the street by someone much greater than his old parents. Most would mind being kidnapped but Blue found it to be a blessing in disguise. He had been kidnapped by a crime family who wanted new additions to the family who were super powered, it wasn't till later in his life that he learned why he got to keep his place in the family; maybe around 8 years old. He was a telepath, capable of reading minds and was quicker than any normal human. Now apart of the Cartwright family Ashley had long forgotten his old surname and adapted the new one.

He was trained to use his abilities to some good degree, and schooled with all the basics needed to succeed in the criminal world he set out on his first couple odd missions. Which were mostly piggybacking off of his new siblings, keeping a lookout, keeping watch on security cams; the little things. He soon graduated to higher crime, being tasked with getting information, sabotaging other gangs, bigger stuff. Being a near perfect wordsmith he was great at getting into places that he shouldn't be in. He ended up being a good spy and information gatherer for the Cartwright family as a whole. He owns that role with pride to this day.

- With touch it allows Ash the ability to read and store memories in his own mind. As well as open a 2 way channel to the persons mind, however without telepathy the person Ash is touching can only telepathically talk to him. Ash can show the other in the channel small glimpses of his memory.
- Touch also improves the speed, and accuracy of his readings.

- Reacts, thinks (Do not mistake for intelligence), and moves faster than the average human being.
- Able to visualize the arc of objects

A tall woman, Gale cuts a rather intimidating, but statuesque stature. She is clearly well-built, even when perceived with her suit on, and is fairly endowed. She prefers keeping her hair in a boyish short style. When not actively hiding herself, she appears to resemble what can be described as fox ears and a number of tails. She is never described as smiling, or showing much emotion at all, and her voice is usually described as flat and unfeeling. The vocal distortion she uses on her mask adds to the effect. Her own voice is a deep contralto. Her hair (and fur) are of a very light, ashen shade of blonde.

Personality:
A being who seeks balance. Gale is deeply rooted to the belief that all things must exist in equal measures. There is no point to a world of ‘law’, and a world reigned by ‘chaos’ is no better. In effect, when both matters exist alongside each other, and when equal conflict is born from it, to her, this truth is what keeps the world moving. Any extreme is a poor excuse of a world to her.

As a person, Gale appears to be stoic, calm, and level-headed. For the most part, she is. She is also, however, an unrepentant gadfly who will taunt, flirt, and set up dominoes just to get a rise out of people around her. She finds a certain entertainment in making others flustered and/or angry, and does so as often as she likes. At these times, whether she succeeds or fails, she will allow herself a small chuckle, showing that perhaps she isn't as stone-faced as she presents herself. She never means any harm by it. It is people who play along with her shenanigans that she truly finds entertaining, and tends to see these people as good companionship. At the same time, she will constantly mess with people who don't play along, until they do react in a way she deems satisfactory.

Backstory*:
A collaborator with ▅▅▄▄▃▄▄▅▄▂▂▃. She operates on an individual scale, but has more often than not, offered her services to the organisation’s cause. After all, their intents with the world at large coincides with her own. While theirs had a more noble meaning to it, she was just more interested in watching the world filled with conflict.

Gale is blessed with superhuman agility, even amongst her own kind, allowing her to pull off the most ridiculous of stunts that would make gymnasts green with envy. It is theorised that this trait is part of her blood- where her divine cousins are granted all around blessings making them powerhouses, Gale’s shunned kind are instead granted the ability to escape at a moment’s notice, and sidestep any attempt to capture them. That said, however, Gale exhibits that she is a complete step ahead of them in that regard too.

Visual Distortion:
Gale is able to create a small field around her that distorts the vision of others. It seems to be based off active-camo technology, allowing her to hide her presence. She is also able to create a ‘hall of mirrors’ effect, allowing her to create illusions of multiple things, including people, within a space.

Physical Transformation:
Gale is capable of altering her physical form at will, and can appear as anyone she wishes to be. She does not keep this power up for long, and neglects to use it unless she absolutely has to, due to a personal discomfort of having to wear the appearance of someone else. The most mundane use she has of it is to hide her tails and ears, but even then, does so sparingly- there is just something to be said about not being able to feel the one thing that is her pride and joy behind her. She can also morph into an actual fox, and if one cannot find her, keep an eye out for a straw-coloured fox wandering around- there’s a high chance that it’s Gale.

Mastery of Power:
She’s pretty good, to say the least. She knows exactly how to use her powers well and make a clean escape.

Limits:
There is only so much backflipping and dancing around enemies can do. A big knife probably doesn't hurt as much as an automatic shotgun to the face, so once she’s properly disarmed, she poses more of a nuisance than a threat.

Her visual distortion field is about the size of a truck and a container. It takes a lot of effort to create more than two fields alone on her part. She is fairly incapable of multitasking. Her illusions are non-physical, and are, in essence, just ghosts. Get used to them, and they won't do much harm.

Her physical transformation power doesn't alter her clothing, only her physical form. There is only so much she can alter on her body to resemble her target’s, and she cannot replicate every single detail to the dot. There are bound to be strange and slightly ‘off’ details to her disguises, such as a scar not being long enough, or hair being silkier than usual.

Skills:
Languages: Seems to be fluent in a number of languages, though she is reportedly better at writing and reading than actually speaking the language. She is most able with both in Oriental languages, French, and Russian.

Escape Artist: Gale has perhaps mastered the art of scurrying away. Even when locked out of her magicks, she is naturally agile, all things considering, and has a sharp eye for escape routes. She usually plots out a path beforehand, and when things go south, she wastes no time to vanish post-haste.

Weapons: Seems to be rather handy with a handgun and her treasured Saiga-12K, and is capable of handling many types of weapons while darting around the place.

Hand-to-hand Combat: While she certainly can’t match dedicated CQC specialists or martial artists, she makes fairly short work of the common crowd, and can certainly hold her own against the aforementioned group of specialists if only out of experience and knowledge than actual skill.

Ancient Knowledge: She’s been around for a while, and wasn’t stuck sitting around at some shrine. She has had time to pick up a lot of experiences along the journey of her life, from thieving techniques, such as lockpicking and safe cracking, to miscellaneous arts such as herbology and traditional medicines.

Sleight of Hand: Magic is nice and all, but nothing beats the ability to make something seemingly disappear with the wave of a hand, and not call upon the supernatural to do so. This is also a key skill for anyone who has the same interests as her. As far as she is concerned, if someone notices that whatever she has palmed from them is missing, she hasn't done it right.

Gadgets/EquipmentEquipment:
Mask: A porcelain mask that resembles a noh theatre mask for a fox character. It features a voice modulating device that deepens her voice and renders it unrecognisable. She has the ability to change the voice at will, allowing it to sound higher than usual, or just switch it off entirely.

Salisbury’: A Saiga-12K shotgun. It resembles an automatic rifle and is Gale’s most characteristic weapon. It is her own custom weapon, built just for her, made out of high-quality materials, allowing it to survive the harshest of treatments as well as handle ammunition that would normally be harmful to the weapon’s barrel. She seems to have given it a name.

Tools of Trade: Lockpicks, bugs, cancelled credit cards, sticky tape, a modified tablet, rope, and other miscellanous items are packed into a small bag that she keeps by her side. These tools are for breaking and entering purposes, and she makes full use of them when infiltrating grounds.

Personality: Raised with love and taught a respect for all life, Oberon takes great care not to harm any innocent. He may, at times, appear brash or impulsive, but he has a good heart, and truly means well. Fancying himself a bit of a bad boy, Obie likes to talk tough, and he isn't afraid to back it up if needs be. He can be a bit blockheaded, sometimes. Also a bit of a trickster, O's favorite pastime is pulling pranks on his hapless peers. Despite his aloof demeanor, Oberon can get deadly serious if he feels that either he or his comrades are being threatened. Despite his own brushes with death, as well as the deaths of his caretakers, Oberon's not the type to hold a grudge, or go out of his way to seek vengeance. That's not to say that he wouldn't necessarily enjoy the satisfaction of serving up just desserts to the people who wronged him... He just doesn't see the point in doggedly pursuing an unattainable goal. The dead are gone. No amount of retribution will ever bring them back.

Ever since he was a child, Obie was notoriously clumsy. It's hard to blame him. Difficult to get used to one's body when it is liable to change from minute to minute. While he doesn't believe in revenge, Oberon does have a strong sense of moral justice, instilled in him by the monks who raised him. What happened to his people was wrong. He'd let go of his anger over it long ago. Despite that, he can't shake the feeling of wrongness that accompanies him whenever he thinks back on the day. Sometimes it bubbles over.

Oberon's more bestial nature takes over under situations of extreme distress. Forgotten are the years of meditation, of peace. In an instant, they are replaced by unbridled, otherworldly fury that his form can hardly contain. He becomes inhuman, animalistic, and dangerous to everyone and everything around him until he calms down, typically having no memory of the events that had just taken place after reverting. Oberon is a man at war with himself. The human side tries to subdue the beast within. For now, the human side reigns, but for how long?

Backstory*: As a result of a science experiment - conducted in secret in a remote corner of the developing world - gone awry, a gate to another dimension opened. The team of scientists responsible for its creation were swallowed by it, never to be seen again. Just before it collapsed in on itself, the doorway spat out a child that was... Less than human. Taken in and sheltered by a clan of nomadic monks, the child was revered by some as a deity, and raised by others as a son. The boy grew up like any other human child, and was given a name by the chieftain of the clan, the same man who'd first discovered him alone on the mountain. Shortly after, a group of scientists - upon discovering the research conducted by their bygone predecessors - sought out the sight of the unrecorded massacre, and followed a trail that led them to the boy. When the monks refused to give him up, they were slaughtered and the boy was taken to an underground facility for testing. He was given the code-name Oberon, after the King of the Faeries as cited in medieval and renaissance literature. Years later, Oberon escaped his prison and has been on the run ever since.

- Multifarious Physiology:
Oberon's extra-dimensional heritage allows him the ability to transform his body at will. At the speed of thought, he can shape-shift into any form he desires. He can grow or shrink in size, transform his body (partially or fully) however he sees fit, as well as enhance his physical properties to perform superhuman feats.

- Supernatural Condition
As a byproduct of his ability, Oberon is stronger, faster, and more durable than a normal person, and his form shift directly correlates to the appropriate change in condition (i.e. transforming into a gorilla increases his strength comparative to the strength difference between a gorilla and a normal human).

- Regenerative Healing Factor
Because of his ability, Oberon heals at a vastly accelerated rate when compared to the normal person.

Mastery of Power: Low

Oberon is still learning how to use his power. Like an awkward preteen still growing into themselves, O still has a lot to learn, and is still very much in the stage of 'testing the waters' of exactly what he's capable of.

Limits:

At his current level, Oberon's strength and speed are around peak human levels.

Oberon's freedom with his transformations means that he has to be careful. If he isn't, he could end up transforming into a form wholly inept at combat. Likewise, since Oberon's transformations are not exact copies of things he sees, but rather his own design, he has a hard time exactly replicating the form of his desire.

If Oberon were to be knocked unconscious, his for would revert to that of a human. The longer Oberon stays transformed, the riskier the transformation becomes, and the higher the chance becomes that he might revert to a more primitive state of mind.

Oberon can heal all wounds to at least some degree, however the more severe the injury the longer it takes to heal. Because of his ability requiring excessive amounts of energy, Oberon's metabolic rate is much higher than the average person. Thus, he must consume large amounts of food a day to maintain his body.

The longer he remains in a Primal state, the stronger he becomes. However, prolonged time in this state will erase his humanity and reduce him to a mere beast.

A tall woman, Gale cuts a rather intimidating, but statuesque stature. She is clearly well-built, even when perceived with her suit on, and is fairly endowed. She prefers keeping her hair in a boyish short style. When not actively hiding herself, she appears to resemble what can be described as fox ears and a number of tails. She is never described as smiling, or showing much emotion at all, and her voice is usually described as flat and unfeeling. The vocal distortion she uses on her mask adds to the effect. Her own voice is a deep contralto. Her hair (and fur) are of a very light, ashen shade of blonde.

A being who seeks balance. Gale is deeply rooted to the belief that all things must exist in equal measures. There is no point to a world of ‘law’, and a world reigned by ‘chaos’ is no better. In effect, when both matters exist alongside each other, and when equal conflict is born from it, to her, this truth is what keeps the world moving. Any extreme is a poor excuse of a world to her.

As a person, Gale appears to be stoic, calm, and level-headed. For the most part, she is. She is also, however, an unrepentant gadfly who will taunt, flirt, and set up dominoes just to get a rise out of people around her. She finds a certain entertainment in making others flustered and/or angry, and does so as often as she likes. At these times, whether she succeeds or fails, she will allow herself a small chuckle, showing that perhaps she isn't as stone-faced as she presents herself. She never means any harm by it. It is people who play along with her shenanigans that she truly finds entertaining, and tends to see these people as good companionship. At the same time, she will constantly mess with people who don't play along, until they do react in a way she deems satisfactory.

Backstory*:
A collaborator with ▅▅▄▄▃▄▄▅▄▂▂▃. She operates on an individual scale, but has more often than not, offered her services to the organisation’s cause. After all, their intents with the world at large coincides with her own. While theirs had a more noble meaning to it, she was just more interested in watching the world filled with conflict.

Increased Agility:
Gale is blessed with superhuman agility, even amongst her own kind, allowing her to pull off the most ridiculous of stunts that would make gymnasts green with envy. It is theorised that this trait is part of her blood- where her divine cousins are granted all around blessings making them powerhouses, Gale’s shunned kind are instead granted the ability to escape at a moment’s notice, and sidestep any attempt to capture them. That said, however, Gale exhibits that she is a complete step ahead of them in that regard too.

Visual Distortion:
Gale is able to create a small field around her that distorts the vision of others. It seems to be based off active-camo technology, allowing her to hide her presence. She is also able to create a ‘hall of mirrors’ effect, allowing her to create illusions of multiple things, including people, within a space.

Physical Transformation:
Gale is capable of altering her physical form at will, and can appear as anyone she wishes to be. She does not keep this power up for long, and neglects to use it unless she absolutely has to, due to a personal discomfort of having to wear the appearance of someone else. The most mundane use she has of it is to hide her tails and ears, but even then, does so sparingly- there is just something to be said about not being able to feel the one thing that is her pride and joy behind her. She can also morph into an actual fox, and if one cannot find her, keep an eye out for a straw-coloured fox wandering around- there’s a high chance that it’s Gale.

Mastery of Power:
She’s pretty good, to say the least. She knows exactly how to use her powers well and make a clean escape.

Limits:
There is only so much backflipping and dancing around enemies can do. A big knife probably doesn't hurt as much as an automatic shotgun to the face, so once she’s properly disarmed, she poses more of a nuisance than a threat.

Her visual distortion field is about the size of a truck and a container. It takes a lot of effort to create more than two fields alone on her part. She is fairly incapable of multitasking. Her illusions are non-physical, and are, in essence, just ghosts. Get used to them, and they won't do much harm.

Her physical transformation power doesn't alter her clothing, only her physical form. There is only so much she can alter on her body to resemble her target’s, and she cannot replicate every single detail to the dot. There are bound to be strange and slightly ‘off’ details to her disguises, such as a scar not being long enough, or hair being silkier than usual.

Skills:
Languages: Seems to be fluent in a number of languages, though she is reportedly better at writing and reading than actually speaking the language. She is most able with both in Oriental languages, French, and Russian.

Escape Artist: Gale has perhaps mastered the art of scurrying away. Even when locked out of her magicks, she is naturally agile, all things considering, and has a sharp eye for escape routes. She usually plots out a path beforehand, and when things go south, she wastes no time to vanish post-haste.

Weapons: Seems to be rather handy with a handgun and her treasured Saiga-12K, and is capable of handling many types of weapons while darting around the place.

Hand-to-hand Combat: While she certainly can’t match dedicated CQC specialists or martial artists, she makes fairly short work of the common crowd, and can certainly hold her own against the aforementioned group of specialists if only out of experience and knowledge than actual skill.

Ancient Knowledge: She’s been around for a while, and wasn’t stuck sitting around at some shrine. She has had time to pick up a lot of experiences along the journey of her life, from thieving techniques, such as lockpicking and safe cracking, to miscellaneous arts such as herbology and traditional medicines.

Sleight of Hand: Magic is nice and all, but nothing beats the ability to make something seemingly disappear with the wave of a hand, and not call upon the supernatural to do so. This is also a key skill for anyone who has the same interests as her. As far as she is concerned, if someone notices that whatever she has palmed from them is missing, she hasn't done it right.

Gadgets/EquipmentEquipment:
Mask: A porcelain mask that resembles a noh theatre mask for a fox character. It features a voice modulating device that deepens her voice and renders it unrecognisable. She has the ability to change the voice at will, allowing it to sound higher than usual, or just switch it off entirely.

Salisbury’: A Saiga-12K shotgun. It resembles an automatic rifle and is Gale’s most characteristic weapon. It is her own custom weapon, built just for her, made out of high-quality materials, allowing it to survive the harshest of treatments as well as handle ammunition that would normally be harmful to the weapon’s barrel. She seems to have given it a name.

Tools of Trade: Lockpicks, bugs, cancelled credit cards, sticky tape, a modified tablet, rope, and other miscellanous items are packed into a small bag that she keeps by her side. These tools are for breaking and entering purposes, and she makes full use of them when infiltrating grounds.

She could see the dead and even do things that a poltergeist would such as touching physical objects, phasing through walls, and even turning herself into a ghostly monster as well, which can cause harm. Sometimes she could talk to the dead, but once they realize that she can see them, they'll stick with her for a long while. To her, it's very annoying...

Appearance:
Short reddish brown hair complemented by hazel eyes and smooth features to complement his body. Jax body is lithe and nimble, giving him a small silhouette. Distinct identifying features include, a scar from a acid burn on his right forearm, scars from claw marks on the right side of his face behind his ear and another scar on his leg from a hot metal burning him. The marks scratch look like they are from something small, Such as a badger or ferret.

His mutations have made him easy to pick out in crowd, with his exoskeleton often giving his skin a shiny coat. Only his head, hands, and lower arm being rougher and not having this 'sheen'. Other identifying features are sharp teeth, his slim and very lithe form. Gem-like black eyes, Thermal pits barely visible at the nostrils and a forked tongue. Some have observed him to be a intimidating figure for a man of his size, always standing straight up and knowing how to look into someones soul with his gem-like eyes.

Heightened reflexes - A mutagen designed by Jax to increase reflexes and speed, mostly meant as a way to prevent lab accidents by being able to reflexively catch and stop accidents, was later used as a way to gain near superhuman reflexes. Over time with a improved form of this serum, he has gained the ability to magnify his own vision. Giving him 50ms reaction times to most stimuli. After extensive testing this was the lowest he could get it.)​

Thermal Vision - due to extensive testing on himself, he has developed a physical mutation. One of which is thermal vision similar of that belonging to a Boa or Python, as a result of this mutation there sensitive membranes across the roof the nose. This ability is nearly impossible to use with a mask or helmet on.​

Snake-like tongue - Able to smell with his tongue similar to a snake.

Pheromone generation - Jax body gives off a collection pheromones when feeling certain emotions to help him socialize with other human beings. Those emotions including joy, excitement, curiosity & arousal.

Mentality/Personality:
Jax is a smart, and clever man. He is a planner and a improviser. He knows what must be done and he does it well. With burning curiosity and a constant want to improve. To Jax there is no such think as half-assing. He is a firm believer that perfection is always something to strive for even if it can never be achieved. Jax has no sense of true loyalty, He is a firm believer that loyalty is for idiots; As to him friendships are good but loyalty is a bad thing to have. He works with others as long as it benefits him, maybe they have something he needs, or knowledge he needs though he never just sticks around for loyalty sakes. He is a pragmatic man that will work towards his goals regardless of who stands with him or against him.

In his motivations he is a eugenicist, he believes that mutants are the better version of the human species. There are so many possibilities and so much adaptability. He works and has spent most of his recent life trying to bring people to his cause and influence this. He makes a effort every day no matter what his test are to be kind to his subjects and inform them why he does what he does. He makes mutants stronger, makes humans into mutants occasionally (Legally... for now) and loves his work. He sees it as uplifting as a species, some see him as a maniacs fever dream.

For all this focus on his work and what he wants to do. He is not above his base instincts and wants. He often lets curiosity and on a not as large scale, get the better of him. Because as much as he wishes otherwise, he is still somewhat a human.​

Backstory:
Ajax Porter grew up in the slums of Archeo. With his not notable family he went to a trash heap of a school that he quickly outgrew. Rising through the grades at such a fast rate that he ended up getting scholarships by the batches and quickly found himself rising in social status when he was accepted into Westworld Uni for his exceptional academic success. After being accepted he very soon went to peruse a field in Genetics. After he started to study he found out that he had a exceptional ability stored in his blood. Mutagens are usually weak and barely do anything notable or are way too random but with a drop of his blood Jax found out that he was able to alter the strength & focus of mutagens to the effects. It is never down to an exact science but Jax showed his findings to the College as his final project in the form of a mutation meant for soldiers. A exoskeleton mutation that would give the solider a bullet proof layer around his full body.

Instead, he drank the serum and infront of a whole class. Of course this was cut short when he passed out, he woke up in Arch General a few hours later. Being studied closely by quite a few doctors. Turns out his mutagen worked with some very untended side-effects. One of the most unsettling were the black diamond like eyes that replaced his old eyes, but there were many more changes. Ajax quickly found himself accidentally lifting and crushing things in his hands, moving way faster than most people and the fact that his old diet never seemed to sate him. Jax always felt like he was starving until he upped the calorie intake.

Not long after that Jax graduated from College at age 17 with multiple degrees. Some described him as a savant in science, other put him in the loony bin. Either way he was free to peruse his own goals, which after extensive testing became clear. Mutants are better if not downright a upgrade from a plain human. Almost directly after getting his degrees Jax started to do his own research and experiment on himself. Though he quickly found himself not wanting to go through the pain of trail and error on himself and started branching out to letting people volunteer. It was his pleasure to make them better. A few came in here and there but he eventually had to close down the shop down from lack of funds. Though his lab was toast he got a offer from a doctor to work as a intern, apparently related to hero work! This took Jax fancy and while being a 'intern' was degrading a job offer like this was a excellence offer to do his work in a bit more professional environment. Maybe he can work on his larger projects there? So with that he was on his way.

Abilities:
Improved Intelligence - Is generally able to memorize, and learn knowledge much easier than the average person. Then is able to retain that knowledge over time for much longer periods of time.

Mutagenic - Able to accept mutagens and genetic altering in much stride than others. Not suffering the side effects of mutagens that often halt progress.

Mutagen creation - His blood makes Mutagens much more powerful. Takes a couple hours to do and a lot of lab equipment. The altered Mutagens are much more powerful than conventional mutagens but must be stored in environments relating to the serum. Some must be stored in furnaces, some must by frozen. ex. Mutagens do work on normal humans but it often has a much lower threshold before genetic destabilization than Jax does.

Mastery of Ability:
Intermediate, able to use it do it's proper effect though he has no extended knowledge of it.

Limitations:
Intelligence is pretty simple, he simply knows what he knows. He needs time to learn something even if He does it quickly.

Mutations are permanent and irreversible. Easy to see to most people, and generally his body can only take so much before the DNA starts to break down. Too many mutations will even cause him to lose genetic stability and drop dead from total organ failure. This allows him to alter him body much more than the average person but he cannot change his own species.

Mutagens when used on anyone but Jax often are irreversible, unchangeable and if too many are used cause genetic destabilization.

Weaknesses:

  • Due to Jax's mutagenic nature, often time foreign objects or medicines can have an adverse effect on him. Sometimes they don't work, or sometimes they work too well.​
  • focused blunt force can crack his exoskeleton and make him have to recover & heal it.​
  • Is required to consume much more calories than someone his size should. (Upwards of 3000 a day) and that is with no weight gain. Due to his increased muscle structure speeding up his bodily functions including calorie burning.​
  • While stimulants make him like greased lightening, sedatives & depressants have a extreme effect on him as well. It is extremely easy to get Jax drunk. (Drugs run through his system much faster but hit him much harder)​
  • Extremely weak to mind-control & telepathy. Any telepath worth their salt has a good chance of people able to control Jax.​
Skills/Talents:
Is good at conducting scientific observation & using the scientific method.
Deductive reasoning is the best tool in his arsenal
Is a Savant in the genetic field
Self studied in the field of psychology
Has a minor in zoology
Goes to the firing range here and there.
Knows some gun-smithing/mechanical engineering
Knows some mixed martial arts. Mostly for self defense.​
