Ok revising Super Move too, and the powers, and the attacks.
Power:Chaos.
Moves: 1.)Sword Slash(10 damage),2.)Bullet Brigade(12 damage) 3.) Power Punch (15 damage) Chaos Tornado(17 damage)
Super Move: Chaos Takeover(Can take over a person, controlling them to use their own attacks on themselves.
Passive Ability: Chaos Sheild (Creates a sheild around character that heals them every 5 seconds, can only be used when she has very low health, deals 2 health)

130 health and 7 defense is ok. A bit sturdy, but it can work.

All of your attacks are still just fixed amounts of damage. There's really no reason to use anything but Chaos Tornado, which is the strongest of the four. I recommend reading other character sheets as to see the variety of attacks that are available.

The Super Move needs to be further explained so that I can apply it ingame.

There are no "seconds" ingame. Events in battles happen by turns, so you probably want to define your passive renegeration in terms of turns.

Personality:
A dove by every name except for appearance, Cumula dedicates much of her time to healing, whether it be spiritually, mentally, or physically, only picking up the staff on her person for harm if she has to. Her eyes, unlike her actions and hands, are hard and calloused by years of mending and holding back dark memories, and while she speaks words with a honeyed voice she is very introspective and takes matters regarding her very seriously. While at the forefront of battle, her quiescent appearance lets her slip from person to person, resurrecting them from the slightest of injuries to the worst that would otherwise be mortal.


Powers: Aura Generation: Manipulating the amount of energy wrapped around something, she can change its ability. For a person this is borderline impossible outside of affecting emotions and adding wards, but for objects she can create stronger wards and temporary invisibility or camouflage. The issue chiefly lies with how much time she needs to concentrate on the object.
Likes: Cumula loves learning about new things, meeting new people, and finding new ways to think of something, whether or not it is right. Companions are near and dear to her, as are sweets and anything cute.
Dislikes: Reflections, stubborn mindsets, people that wall off emotions (because it reminds her of herself), and boredom.

- Staff of Negativity: A weapon can be used for good or for harm, and in this case of her staff harm is favoured over healing (5+2d damage to one target).
- Regenerative Meditation: Finding a quiet spot on the battlefield, Cumula heals all allies 5+1d health per turn for as long as the effect is active, but puts the Sleep status on Cumula when Regenerative Meditation ends. Regenerative Meditation ends when her health lowers, when there is a significant distraction, or she decides to end it. Enemies and allies can visually find her through healing wave pulses that generate from her.
- Ward: Casts Ward on 1 ally for 3 turns. If an enemy is intending to attack these allies, there is a 50% chance that the targeted attack will miss or be harmlessly deflected. This does not include area of effect spells and techniques.
- Healer's Touch: Casts Purify and gives 20+1d of health to one ally.
Super Move: Sacrifice: 40% of maximum health to all allies at the cost of 40% of her maximum health.
Passive Ability: Ward Self: While at the forefront of battle, her quiescent appearance lets her slip from person to person, resurrecting them from the slightest of injuries to the worst that would otherwise be mortal. If an enemy is intending to attack her, there is an 20% chance that the targeted attack will miss or be deflected. This includes area of effect spells and techniques. This does not activate when Regenerative Meditation is active.
