Story: A National threat has been made by a mysterious figure and his armada of robotic droids and crafts. The military is making no head way on a frontal assualt. So the Government is executing Project Hero. Project Hero is designed to search the land for the greatest of heroes and bring them together to form a team to take on the this new threat. You are one of those heroes and you have been asked by the Government to join Project Hero.
There are a few groups/places that I will make note of here.
Mega: A special unit of the military that is designed for taking down criminals with powers or special abilities. They agency also startes training kids from young ages and they become an agent when they become teenagers. All Mega agents are put into groups of three.
Metalic Corporation: A company that helps develop weapons for the military as well as home secruity. There's also another side to the Metalic Corporation that deals with what some could say evil things mostly underhanded buisness dealings or illegal expriements. The owner of the Company is Mark Dalton. So far nothing has been able to be pinned on Dalton or his company.
Steel Co: Steel Co. is a large company that designs the latest in technology and other tech. The owners and founders are Tonya and Carol Steel.
Rules for the Role Play:
1) no god modding.
2) Don't take over the RP.
3) Control only your characters unless given permission from the characters owner.
4) Have fun.
5) Try to stay active. To much inactivity will cause problems for other characters. also remember to give other players some leeway and don't try to completely ignore them if they try to get involved with what your doing. For Example: your being attacked by bad guys. Other guy comes in to help. You reply to the character's last statment but otherwise finish the badguys yourself and leave that character in the dust.
6) if you want to stop you can talk with me about writing out your character.
7) If a person does not come on for too long. without prior notice. (this goes by an amount of days and that's based on who's waiting on the character) I'll notify them. If it continue's I'll place the person's character's as inactive and allow the person to continue on without them. To get out of a character back active simply notify me.
8) Please watch your cuss words. If you must use them please censor them. epically the big ones.
9) Romances are allowed. But if your characters must have... you know what.... please just fade it to black or something. No details of it.

Name: Blitz 1 Whitetiger

Gender: Male
Powers/special Abilities: Super speed, great atheltics, and great agility.
Weapons/special items: None
Appearence: He's white, with black hair in the style of a crew cut. He's also slim. His outfit consis of a Black t-shirt with a White B on it, (kinda like an insignia.) Black Shorts, White socks, and white shoes with black style lines.
Team/group: He's apart of a group called "Chinos"
History/Bio: When he was 10, Blitz ran away from home because he did something that he thought was so terrible. During that time he traveld all over the place and helped out people in need. He'd never show himself to anyone he was helping out using his speed to stay hidden. News networks got ahold of this gave him the name of The Wind. Later, while helping dealing with a crysis, he was interviewed by a women named Hellen Martin, who got his name and that's what people started calling him by. Eventually, he headed home because a crysis involving a mad man. After stopping the mad man the people in his home town told him not to worry about what he did so he stayed home after that. Several years later, Blitz and his best friend Thend, went on a road trip during the summer. They've had a few adventures so far and now they're about to handle a new crysis.

Powers/Special Abilities: Super stregth and a fighting style that inables him to use his stregth and not hurt someone.
Weapons/special items: None
Appearence: he's black with black hair in the style of a crew cut. he wears a black shirt, black shorts, white socks and white shoes with black style marks. He also wears a light purple jacket normally with the sleeves rolled up.
Team/group: He's apart of a group called "Chinos"
History/Bio: Thend grew up with his two uncles in the same town that Blitz grew up in. However, after learning of his stregth he was sent away for special training. Eventually, he came back. when he was 13 he became friends with Blitz and Blitz gave Thend his purple jacket as a sign of their friendship. Since then Thend rarely takes it off. Thend went with Blitz on a road trip during the summer and took part in their adventures.

Powers/Special Abilities: Power Band. (The powerband holds 3 hero powers of a specific color. Each hero power has the exact same powers but with one unique to it in the power band.) Basic power: The user uses the ability of light as a light, a laser, or solidify it for useing a blade or a some form of shield. Red Hero: This power has the ability to upgrade technology, Weapons, or intruments. White Hero: Can Fly. Black Hero: Telekinesse.
Weapons/special items: Power band. (this is a small metal flat cuff (think of wonder woman's) with a clear jewl in the center of it. It glows Red, black, or white when activate depending on the hero that's activated.) Attached to it is a small device(like really really smal) that when activated it'll change JC's outfit.
Appearence: Hair short and red. Normally wears a red shirt and blue jeans. (Hero outfits) Wears the same hat but forward. Black shirt with an open red shirt. Black jeans. Black fingerless gloves. (Red Hero lookes the same, Black Hero, Shirt crimson, Open shirt black, Hat red and black parts swap. White hero Red parts turn white)
Team/group: He's apart of a group called "Kane Heroes"
History/Bio: When JC and AC was a kid he found the power band while trying to find his little sister who was lost in some ruins. Afterwards, they had many adventures exploring different ruins that their mom was researching. However, when it was time to go to highschool, they stopped with the explorations. While AC was away, JC went to school but hide his abilitieis by creating a "super hero" persona named JC. He saved the day many times. Later, he was joined by Kaylie who gave him the tech that allowed him to change his outfit when he activated his powerband.

Weapons/special items: Two special energy swords
Appearence: Long brown hair. very fit. He normally wears plain shirts and blue jeans being casual or his Mega Uniform.
Team/group: Mega
History/Bio: When he was a small boy. He witnessed his entire family be killed by an android by the name of Bronze. (Though one of his brothers survived but he didn't know it until later). After that Ace ran out to live on the streets while searching for a way to get his revenge on Bronze. Then one day he was captured by Mega and given a choice to become an agent or be put into jail. SO he joined Mega. Eventually, Ace became a well respected leader of his group. However, over time his obsesions with taking his revenge on Bronze lead him into problems with his team and with his relationship with his teamate Angel.

AC: JC's twin sister. She's got a powerband. her hero colors are Blue(breathe under water and adjust her boyency), Brown(Can sense vibrations to tell where and what something is. Can also send vibrations to attack or trick), and Yellow(Can fly).
Kaylie: Daughter of Tonya and Carol Steel. She's a friend to JC and has joined him with his hero thing. Even though she doesn't have any powers.
Angel: Original leader of Ace's team. She's currently dating Ace but they're relationship is having problems due to Ace's obsesion.
Tank: Another member of Ace's team. Muscular.
Brice: Ace's older brother. He's the head of Mega. His parents were the founder and head of Mega until they were killed. Not many know that Mega is being run by a 18 year old.
CD: CD is a girl that runs tech support for Mega. She's said to be able to hack anything.
