Realistic or Modern Hell's Eagles Interest Thread

Inheritance

We're only getting older, let's enjoy ourselves.

It's the 70's! 1975, to be precise. It's a simpler time, right in the middle of de tante and in a time where freedom ruled and technology took a backseat. There are no cell phones here, nor is there an internet. Sure, a biker gang might be a scary place to be, but keep in mind that this is before the National DNA index- petty crimes that a biker gang might commit simply isn't something local cops will really pursue. Not that anyone is immune to the Law, but as long as we aren't murdering and robbing across the country the cops usually don't actively pursue us. Throw on your leather jacket, put on some shades, and let's ride-oh, and be sure to pack a few cigs for the road.

...Before you do that, let's set the scene a bit.

Strange things have been happening around our home town of Jacksonville, Oregon. Our gang had been on a long ride for about a week, and when we returned there were some strange things going on around town. For one, missing pet posters littered the streets and walls of buildings. Sure, a pet would go missing for a day or two, but for some reason there had been a lot of pets going missing these days. Hm. Probably nothing.

Or it would be if that was the end of it. Word on the street says that only a few days before we got back, a strange couple in a red Corvette drove up to our town in the middle of the night. Nobody has seen much of the couple, but they're supposed to be pale, blonde, and rather good looking. They're certainly out of place here, but what makes everything a little more strange is the fact that two days after they arrived, the local grocer went missing, and has been missing for over a week! To make matters worse, the local real estate agent has gone missing as well, and not only are people starting to get worried, but they're starting to point fingers at the local biker gangs. Someone needs to clear this shit up before things get bad.

Hell's Eagles
Who the hell are Hell's Eagles? Well you see, there is a much more popular and powerful gang known as "Hell's Angels", but we're way better than that. We are Hell's Eagles, a group that was established in 1970 and have slowly grown over the past five years. Our home base is in Jacksonville, Oregon, where we have a decent sized house that belongs to our founder- Tony Eagle. Jacksonville is our main territory-we've fought hard to make our names known around the place and don't intend to give it up easily. It's home, or as home as any place is that isn't the road. We have mechanics, pyrotechnics, brawlers, you name it! Hell's Eagles are a group of people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and who understand how to live life. A bike isn't just a means of getting from one place to another, it's freedom. You can split lanes, zip through traffic, and park wherever you want. You don't have to drive anyone to the airport or help anyone move-it's the purest form of freedom a man or a woman can get. What are you waiting for?

Jacksonville, Oregon
It's a nice little town surrounded by lots of long stretched of roads and spread out nicely across a large area. Tony Eagle has a decent sized house here, with an external garage perfect for storing our bikes. Perhaps it used to be a nice little house for a family, but we've turned it into the perfect place for over a dozen people to crash at whenever they need. It's our sanctuary, and nobody is going to take it away from us. In Jacksonville we got the Wagon Wheel Bar (or the Wheel for short-our favorite bar hangout), and even a drive-in movie lot where they replay old horror movies we've all seen a hundred times. Still, it's always fun to hang out at these places and reminisce about old times. We got our girls and guys there, we got our bikes here, and bottom line it is our home. Nobody is going to take it away from us, especially not the cops or those damn Crimson Scorpions. Who are they? I'll tell ya later, what matters is this is our home base, and someone or something is trying to take it away from us. You've seen all the missing posters, for pets and now people. Someone is either framing us, or there is something much more sinister at work.

Crimson Scorpions:
These rat bastards started showing up a couple years into our claim on Jacksonville. It started off as just a few bikers riding around that we rejected from Hell's Eagles, but pretty soon more and more people started joining them. Now, they're a constant pain in our asses, trying to take our territory and claiming OUR hangout spots as their own. A few months ago, they had the nerve to sit in our booth at the Wheel. Can you believe that? It seems that in our week absence, they've gotten bolder and made moves on our girls and guys, and started claiming Jacksonville as their own. They might think they're hot shit, but bottom line this is our home. We're bigger, we're faster, we're stronger, and we were here first. We're willing to fight for it.

Other:
This is the real world-remember that. You can have guns and even some explosives, but be sure to use them wisely. A few bad shots and we could all end up on the lamb, though a few well placed shots could earn us the notoriety we deserve. We like brawlers, we like men and women, and we like people who will have the guts to do what has to be done for the glory of Hell's Eagles. Something sinister is going on here, or it's one hell of a setup. Missing pets, missing people, strange pale couple coming in the middle of the night. This all looks like something darker.

Just remember, there are no such things as vampires. Right?

(Feel free to ask any questions! Everything is still a bit WIP, but our story is ready to go)
