Hawaii, knowing for palm trees, white sandy beaches, luaus, and ukulele music. That's kind of why you were brought here. The Hawaiian life sounded like it appealed to you. On the mainland, you could be considered a hippie, hipster, what's with all the H's? You just appreciate the lifestyle.
Your Hawaiian travels brought you to a small town named Haoulaiia Beach (How-lay-a). Haoulaiia Beach is a town with a population of less than 100, Haoulaiia attracts people like you all from around, being the best place in all of Hawaii for song-writing and laid back life. From the white beaches, newly-renovated bungalows, and palm tree forests, Haoulaiia is a beautiful place.
But not everything is beautiful and fun in this city, some of the artists and muses have differences, some that bring drama to the small friendly village. The question is, will you block all of that out? Or will you get dragged down with them.
For a basic out-of-character description, this is a roleplay about different artists, whether it be a musician or an actual artist, these people come here for peace away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city life. Most of life is easy there, with only a few commercial places like grocery stores, smaller shops, and other natural shops home to Hawaii. All lodgings and homes are classic Hawaiian bungalows that have modern facets like Wi-Fi, satellite TV, power, etc.
Life here is a dream, if you make it like that.
This is simply an interest check and I want to know if anyone is interested in this idea.
RULES:
- This will be a semi-detailed roleplay with 1 paragraph minimum. More than 1 paragraph is overly appreciated and encouraged.
- All characters will have their own artistic flavor, but there can be multiple artists, musicians, and writers. There is no limit.
- Listen to the GM, such as myself, to understand what is going on.
Other rules may be developed over time.
