Realistic or Modern Halinors Haunted Mansion

Halinors mansion is known throughout the town to be full of paranormal activity which lead to people thinking of it a haunted or even cursed.
However a group of college students will rent out the mansion and live there due to its cheap rent.
However in order to survive in this mansion the college students will need to befriend at least one of the spirits in order to gain their protection.

You can play as spirit that haunts the mansion or a college student who is just trying to survive within the mansion. For the college students relationships with the spirits of the mansion is key to your survival in the mansion or you could try to survive in the mansion on your own but it will take you a quite a bit of knowledge on supernatural subjects.

Their is also the threat of the shadowra, mindless shadow beast that attacks humans within the mansion at night. Although they are unable open the doors to the rooms and they fear the spirits although a hoard of them may not be fazed as much by the spirits.
