Basic Idea: The government's FBI have a secret group that is designed to arrest or kill some of the world's biggest bad guys. The idea is essentially from the TV show "The Blacklist".


Plot: Number 4 on the FBI'S most wanted list let's him/herself get arrested, completely willingly. When he is interogated (sp) he says s/he only talk to the new girl who just joined the Washington DC FBI. The new girl is a profiler, knowing what lines to step over and what lines not to step over when talking to the criminal.
