Biography:
Lucas grew up as a single child. Living in a broken household, Lucas was often abused when he was younger, both verbally and mentally. His father was a drug addict, and his mother had worked long, hard hours during the day. His father would often spend time belittling his son and beating him out of frustration and anger. Lucas hardly ever spent time with his mother, being she constantly worked. When Lucas was around age 14, his father was caught drug dealing, and he was sentenced to ten years in prison. At this time, Lucas had gotten a job and helped his mother out around the house. At age 17, his mother was diagnosed with cancer and couldn't work anymore. So, the boy helped them move to an apartment, instead of worrying about the house bills so much.
When Lucas graduated school, he didn't go to college. Instead, he went to work at the local factory and continued to help his mother through her medical bills and living situation. Shortly before the accident, Lucas's mother had passed away from the lung cancer that took over her body. Lucas was devastated, but he had to move on.

Personality:
Lucas is very caring and gentle person. He doesn't let his anger take over and he is very understanding. He likes to have control over a situation, so he never loses control or let his emotions get the best of him. Lucas is also very quiet and he can be shy around people he hardly knows, so he is seen as anti social.

Patient: Lucas was a victim of drunk driving. He was driving north where he would be visiting family. During the drive, he had to go onto the interstate to get to the location. A drunk driver pulled off an entrance ramp, slamming into Lucas' car and sending his car into another lane. In this lane, a semi truck was going 60 mph and was unable to stop. Slamming into the young mans car, the vehicle flipped and went off the road. In the process, Lucas was thrown out of the vehicles windshield and onto the ground, right where the vehicle landed. Once the ambulance had came and the car had been pulled off the young unconscious man, he was sent straight to the ER. Lucas had lost his left arm and all feeling in his left knee down.

Other: He has Epilepsy. He is/was left handed before losing his left arm. Now he must learn how to use his right hand.

Personality
Having been raised in a Strict Family, Kasey had to give up many liberties that many would take for granted. While this left her bitter, she became very family oriented and caring as a result. As a result of focusing on School for most of her life, Kasey is very attentive and focused on her goals in life. As a Friend, she is noted to be very easygoing, nice and caring, as she will always be there whether a shoulder is needed to cry on, to vent or any of the sort because she leaves an Open Door Policy. However, she isn't the strongest emotionally and can be considered light-hearted, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she is.

One rude comment, depending on its severity can send her straight into tears. An Emotional girl, she also cries very easily compared to most girls. Whenever she is mad at someone, she can stay mad at them for an extensive period of time, with her longest grudge being at least two years long if not any longer. Kasey hasn't always been the most forgiving person in the world, but the older she got, the better she became. If she does not like someone, Kasey isn't afraid to voice it, but will avoid confrontation or contact attempts with said person.

If there is anything that Kasey has really bad though, it would be her trust issues. She is no stranger to betrayal, so Kasey isn't afraid to cut people off if the need ever arises. Up until she got married, Kasey had a great deal of trouble trusting people, including Friends and Family Members, who are in relationships due to having a history of being treated horribly by significant others. While she knows it is harsh, she also believed that people who are in relationships are more likely to betray her than anyone else. Sadly, this has been proven true, but she has learned to trust people who are Married or In Relationships because she was Married herself, so she has a better understanding of it.

Backstory
Kasey grew up in Miami, Florida into a large family as the fourth of six children. Her Father was in the Military and her Mother was a Restaurant Owner. Coming from a big Family, she has two older brothers, one older sister, one younger sister and one younger brother. When she was around thirteen years old, her Father died in the line of duty while deployed in the Middle East. Following her Father's Death, Kasey began wearing a Watch that once belonged to him, which he always wore while he was out in the field. Of course, Kasey and all her siblings had bright futures; Her Eldest Brother Tristan would follow in their Father's Footsteps and join the Military, eventually entering the Special Forces Program and is now a well-known War Hero. Her Eldest Sister Kira also joined the Military and became a Field Medic. Her Second Oldest Brother Brian would join the Military as an Infantryman and is now in Special Forces like Tristan. Her Younger Sister Selene became an Aircraft Mechanic. Lastly, her Youngest Brother Jin would become a Military Police Officer.

For a living, Kasey herself is a Software Engineer, where she helps with the development of new software or digital products.

Patient - Recovering from injuries sustained in a nasty Car Accident. Patient is also nine months pregnant. Spent a month in Intensive Care due to severity. Injuries include Broken Wrist, Fractured Ankle and 2nd Degree burns on her right shoulder and upper back. Since she is right-handed, she needs to re-implement writing, typing and drawing since it was her dominant hand that was broken. After spending a month in bed, she requires assistance in walking and standing again. Physical Therapy strongly recommended.

Being raised by one parent made dylan a target for bulling during her childhood, she eventually dropped out of school with no qualifications or graduation because of intense pain that made her struggle with waking and focusing on her work. At the age if 16 she was finally diagnosed and put into a care hospital,it was stab,e fir a while but eventually her father pulled her out to move her closer tome. During the time she spent at home while her dad looked for a new place, her mother passed away letting dylan realise that she has littke time on earth but she can make an impact no matter the size.

Although the cause of ankylosing spondylitis is unknown, it is believed to involve a combination of genetic and environmental factors.More than 90% of those affected have a specific human leukocyte antigen known as the HLA-B27 antigen.The underlying mechanism is believed to be autoimmune or autoinflammatory.Diagnosis is typically based on the symptoms with support from medical imaging and blood tests.AS is a type of seronegative spondyloarthropathy, meaning that tests show no presence of rheumatoid factor (RF) antibodies. Biography and Details: Jason was a college football player who was about to go pro and make millions when in his team's bowl game he went to make a tackle and immediately went numb and limp. His dreams have been shattered although the doctors have kept him positive by telling him he might fully recover although that is pretty much a lie. His girlfriend dumped him because of the fact that he was no longer going to be rich and famous

Patient: Shattered C-4 Vertebrae and associated spinal cord injury. He has no sensation or movement currently below his neck although with therapy their is hope that he might regain at least some sensation and function. Currently his neck is stabilized with a hard plastic Cervical Collar. Due to the lack of sensation and movement he has no control over his bodily functions which is managed with incontinence briefs. He also needs assistance from the nurses with all daily tasks currently.

Physical Description: Yue is both tiny in stature and size, just barely clocking in at five feet and being incredibly scrawny. Her pale complexion can definitely be called somewhat sickly, and it definitely has a heavy contrast to her black hair and dull eyes that are so dark they're almost black, but still have a faint shine of blue in them. She doesn't have any sort of preference when it comes to clothing, willing to wear whatever it is that she's given.

Personality: Yue has a somewhat bright and determined outlook on life despite everything she's been through, her thoughts more about what good can lie ahead than focusing on the present. Her stammer can come off as fear or hesitance, but she's not all that afraid, it's just a verbal tic she's been stuck with. She's nice most of the time, but can definitely be a little more than vicious if provoked hard enough. Usually it doesn't last long because of it wearing her out. She also gets incredibly possessive with anything that she physically own, regardless of what state it's in. She's very sentimental like that, but refuses to say any words about if it's a mental illness or not.

Backstory: Growing up for Yue was definitely troublesome, considering she didn't have the best of childhoods. Despite having a relatively decent place to grow up in socialclass-wise, her parents were quite neglectful and claimed to be too busy with other things to raise her properly. She wasn't entirely being neglected, considering she still had food and such once in a while, but from what she recalls, it was barely enough to keep her thoughts of something better being in the future going. Even though things felt like an abyss of the worst, she still kept herself going. Keep going... and going... Even if it hurts, she has to keep going until things look up for her.
At some point fairly recently during one of her college classes, what was originally expected to be a trip to a college nurse for a small injury ended up escalating to her needing to be brought to someone that could help her more than she could get. Something like Glorious Pines, based on what the college staff who ended up bringing her in told her. At least it was the last day of it so she doesn't need to worry about missing the class.

Patient; Being heavily neglected as a child means that Yue grew up having an incredibly frail body, and as a result is almost constantly shaky and needs some assistance moving around that she hasn't been getting. Being used to running off so little energy also means that eating anything can be a struggle sometimes. Direct attempts to improve her strength have been tried at other locations, but she doesn't last a very long time before collapsing to the floor if it's actual physical activity.

Veronica pays for his treatment, even though she no longer sees him.

Billie is an only child, being adopted by an LGBT couple, she was raised in a fairly wealthy family, until her mother became redundant, and had to claim welfare to get by. Her other mother died at the age of 29 from an early set on of dementia. In contrast to her family life, her social life was anything but dead, she's quite a party girl, boisterous and well liked, she thinks. In reality, she's quite closed off and distant, but that doesn't mean she's not sharp. Despite her closed off nature, she is a genuine girl and doesn't have to lie to get her way. She came out as gay when she was 15, and came out from the ordeal with a complex anxiety disorder, that was already bubbling due to the stress of coming out.

Billie is a patient with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and tends to fade in and out of reality, that may be another issue that needs to be dealt with.
The reason for this peculiar trait is due to the prominence of her rib cage which restricts her breathing and causes her heart to be relatively slower than average, she was born with this condition and can only really be treated with morphine and some types of inhalers.

Comet didn't exactly have a normal childhood, her mother was as sweet as candy, however, was very naïve, her mother married a drunk when she was 22, and 9 months later, comet came along, things where great, her father got over his alcohol addiction, it seemed to be perfect right? well it was, until her fathers friend died, he then went back to drinking and often came home drunk and would beat her mother, one night, her father came home late and caught young comet drawing on the walls, he had smacked her and then took the tip of a knife and dragged it multiple times across poor crying little comets back until the back of comets blue blouse was stained with blood and ripped in a few places. ever since comet has been a bit of a twisted child, she had attempted suicide, sent to an asylum and now she is being sent to glorious pines

Personality

​

Matthew has what is referred to as IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) Criterion C. This has caused a massive shift in his overall personality. Now Matthew is like a ticking time bomb, nobody knowing when he will "kick off". It is hoped that Matthew can find a way to gain control of the temper that comes over him. Usually this would be dealt with by medication, however because Matthew is currently battling depression it has made getting the balance of meds right a lot harder to prevent any unforeseen side effects.

My History

​

Matt grew up as the youngest of 3 siblings. Despite having an older brother and sister, Matt never lacked love in his family, however as he grew up knowing he began to feel that he did not fit in with his family, despite the few similarities between them. Growing up, Matthew was a slightly full of himself. With a love of music, it was a natural step that Matthew would look to becoming a musician.

However, as Matt grew into his teen years, he knew something was different about him. He saw how his band mates and even the bands he idolized with women, yet they held no appeal to him. This would continue to play on Matthews mind, causing a shift in his character. The usual happy child grew into a violent, ill-tempered teen. He began to lash out, getting into multiple fights in school all in the attempt to hide who he was, what he feared. He was Gay.

It got to the point where Matt could not handle it any more, the mental battles and the physical fights were causing a strain not only on his own life, but his family. They struggled to re-connect with their youngest child but no matter what they did they could not get through to him.

Eventually, Matthew turned on himself and tried to commit suicide, only to fail when his parents stopped him. After rushing him to the ER, it was suggested he get the help he needs which is where he is at right now.
