Fantasy Gangs of BlueBay Cs

here is where we post character sheets, I will post important NPC’s info and enemies as well as my own characters that I play as.
You can have two protagonist characters, and depending on rank or status you can control as many weak NPC’s as you desire, out of or in battle. This is in regards to low level enemies and gang members on your side.

You can wait for me to post the example post or go nuts with the sheet down there, I’ll tell you if you need a change or not.

Name: Boss Hone.
Age: looks around thirty.
Sex: male.
Relevant info: wears a suit, has a pack of cigars or smokes and a big fuck off revolver at most times.

Powers: teleportation.
Can summon sharp objects, no one knows how he does such a thing, ranges from shiv’s to samurai katana’s

Power limitation: can not teleport himself somewhere he cannot see or remember. Can cause heavy fatigue with overuse.

Small bio: boss hone formed the 3B’s five years ago after the waterside skulls burnt his family’s house down. Using his powers he enacted revenge and started gunning for the top of BlueBay. He is somewhat feared but always respected within his gang and territory.

Hone is a somewhat cold man but is capable of jokes, he enjoys murdering his enemies and bossing people around.

Name: Rain Black
Age: 24
Sex: male
Relevant info:

• Always has a set of throwing knives strapped to various parts of his body.
• A lighter and a pack of smokes are never far from his reach.
• His reflexes are sharp and fast but he has moments where his reflexes 'are lazy' and he can't react in time or in rare cases at all.
• His clothing style seems to change every week.

Powers:
Gravity manipulation.
Telekinesis.

Powers limitations: If he uses it too often he gets disoriented, light-headed or 'seasick'. If he uses his power on too heavy objects he gets a feeling like he is standing on moving ground and has trouble keeping his balance even if everything around him isn't actually moving.

Small bio: Rain has always been rather unpredictable and 'trigger-happy'. When he got into his teens he joined the gang 'for the fun of it' and because a straight and legal life seemed like hell to him. He has a foul mouth, is cynical and some might say he has his psycho moments so he is also known for it among his fellow gang members.

Name: Avi Ward

Always has a portable charger on hand
Addicted to caffeine, downers put him to sleep.
Always tired
Dresses casually and sometimes like a bum
Has a glock he never uses (it’s never loaded, just a last resort intimidation tactic) and a knife he sometimes uses

Powers:
He can create electrical charges and shoot bolts with some accuracy, stun by contact, and short circuit electronics.
Avi can also move a bit faster than the average person in short spurts

Powers limitations:
The electric ability causes a heart arrhythmia which can be painful at its worst and makes him tired easily. His powers are also very energy exhaustive.

Small bio:
When Avi was young, he tried to be there for his mom who raised him on his own, without knowing she was borrowing money from a dangerous man. When she failed to pay back, she was killed and Avi was alone, still too young to really understand, but old enough to inherit his mother’s debt. He stole and took odd jobs to pay off the debt, and through this found his way into the 3B. He doesn’t have much of an impact through appearance or personality, because of his tired demeanor.

Name: Felix Ambrose
Age: 20

Relevant Info:

• Backpack (typically filled with food, water and a random assortment of items)
• Brass Knuckles
• Music player with headphones
• Felix's clothes usually follow a trend of being baggy and loose fitting to allow for ease of movement.
• Carefree and generally a friendly guy, Felix likes to make stupid jokes, talk shit to his friends (and his not-so friends), party, listen to music and fight.
• Felix is extremely skilled in hand to hand fighting and shines in situations where it's just a straight up brawl without weapons.
• His biggest flaw is his 'Code of Honor' that he tries to follow despite his situation as a gang member. If it goes against his code and none of his fellow members' lives are in danger, he'll refuse to participate or even possibly try to hold someone else to his code.

Powers:
Enhanced Body: Felix's body puts him at a level that most people couldn't reach even with dedicated training. Physically almost everything about him is enhanced past the normal limits of a human. An injury that would take someone a week to heal, he could probably heal in half the time. He's considerably stronger and faster than pro athletes and easily outpaces anybody who isn't similarly powered. Strength wise he could comfortably lift 400 pounds above his head, and can sprint at around 40 mph.

Powers Limitations:
Felix is only slightly more durable than a normal human, allowing him to withstand his own body's force without injury. As a result he has the same weaknesses as anyone else, getting stabbed, shot, burned, beaten, deprived of air, etc. However one of the more notable drawbacks of his power is that he's constantly burning off energy, requiring constant food and rest. Usually this results in him carrying around snacks to eat when he gets hungry (which is pretty much all the time), and to take cat naps regularly.

Small Bio: Growing up in a rough neighborhood Felix learned a lot of lessons early; how to make friends and how to take a punch. He found himself fighting constantly, and before long became pretty good at it. Gangs being a constant in his neighborhood, he never traveled alone and was always seen with his crew, his friends always trying to come up with some scheme to get rich quick. Trouble was nothing new to them and they usually found themselves on the opposite side of the law, becoming painfully acquainted with the corrupt cops of the city. After a particular incident their group split up and Felix found himself completely broke and in a slump. It wasn't long after that he joined up with 3B.

Appearance: Felix is decently fit and toned, with a noticeable amount of muscle mass. His body has quite a few scars, with the most noticeable being a scar that splits down the center of his right eyebrow.
