The Basics
So far the known lore of Fresh Start is that your character wakes up on a large hill in the middle of an unknown land that is shielded by some kind of magic dome. Your character has no idea where they are or who they are and none of the points of intrigue on the map, save the starting point, have been named as of yet. The level of technology in this small world is about medieval with some mild magic, no guns of any kind nor any modern technology. The only playable race is human, and the only usable magic for player characters is in magic items with limited uses. Characters can only start out with two items, a weapon or a survival tool. They have the option to trade either one of those for a single magic item instead.

Locations
Starting Point: A giant hill surrounded by a pine forest that takes up most of the south-western side of the dome. This is where all characters initially start their journey from and from here they have a very good view of almost everything the dome encompasses, except for whatever lies outside of it of course. This is a fairly safe zone.

Rat Root: A massive redwood immediately west of the giant hill, it is currently home to a massive colony of giant rats the size of dogs. (Discovered by L llamatime )

Redstone Estate: A crumbled estate just south of the hill, the only structures still fully intact would be a barren stable, a tall tower on the grounds of the estate proper, and a waist-high stone wall that is crumbling in some areas. The actual manor itself is mostly crumbled, with very little remaining besides the basic layout and the tower with a half-crumbled staircase leading up into it. According to Guardian it's been abandoned for centuries without any sight of travelers. (Discovered by Bang Bang Bang Bang and Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon )

Terrorguard Chapel: A tall, dark, foreboding structure located on the edge of the badlands overlooking the larger of the two lakes in the dome. It is made of dark, ancient stone. All of the windows are boarded up from the outside, even the largest and highest up. There are two gilded oak doors that are the only way in and are very large and heavy. They are also chained up and boarded up from the outside by a multitude of chains, boards. The chains are old and rusted and are held together with a giant padlock which is in equally poor condition. There isn’t a keyhole on this padlock but instead a line of text is engraved upon it, “The Knowledge you Seek is Held Within, But Terror Protects it. Be Wary.” According to the Golden Raven, something called the 'Knowledge Keeper' is inside. (Discovered by matzi8qr matzi8qr )

Mutt's Vigil: A crumbled fortress that sits along a river bank and is inhabited by a pack of wild dogs. It is made of dark stone and is covered in moss, vines, and other signs of overgrowth. By the looks of it, several holes were blown in the wall as the result of some kind of siege. According to the Golden Raven, there is something living in there which may not resemble its former self anymore.(Discovered by June Verles June Verles )

Leviathan's Circle: A seemingly normal lake at first glance, it is abnormally deep for its size and lacks fish. It is also home to the lake serpent. (Discovered by L llamatime )

Primitive Pillar: An old wooden watching post in the middle of the north eastern forest. It appears to be the home of many tree huggers that have congregated to make a colony there. (Discovered by L llamatime )

Rat Burrow: This is a clearing in the north eastern woods with a single tree somewhere in the middle of it surrounded by “baskets” woven from old blackberry brambles and grass. This is where the northern rats make their home. (Discovered by L llamatime )

Hero's Rest: One of many tombs that can be found in the rocky foothills of the eastern mountains, the only sign of its existence is the entrance; a nondescript cave in the ground. Inside is clearly the resting place of a soldier as lying ontop of the wooden coffin lies a rusted axe and shield with a dark red tunic folded on top with an image of a bull painted across the front in yellow. (Discovered by ShakinMcBacon ShakinMcBacon )

Bestiary

Giant Rats: A creature commonly found in the south western pines, they look like your ordinary wild rats with one very obvious exception; they are the size of a labrador retriever. A huge colony makes its nest in the roots of a giant pine tree. These creatures aren’t actively aggressive but are very territorial and will defend their territory viciously, given that they aren’t outnumbered. A smaller colony of rats can also be found in the north eastern forest, these rats are also a good deal smaller than their pine-forest counter parts. (Discovered by L llamatime )
Tumble Blooms: These are giant flowers around the size of a watermelon that can be seen travelling across the barren desert. They can take temporary root at the base of cacti or other vegetation during the day, stealing their water. During night they curl up into a ball and retract their roots, letting the wind carry them to a new destination. They come in various colors ranging from yellow to red, have eight-ten sharp petals, and have a pungent aroma. (Discovered by matzi8qr matzi8qr )
Wolves: A few family packs of wolves can be found living around the dome, mainly out in the southern plains or the western pine forest. These are just normal wolves, there isn’t anything of any interest beyond fur and sharp teeth. (Discovered by L llamatime )

Giant Turkeys: These can be found out on the southern plain or around the fringes of the northern forest and are easily twice the size of your average wild turkey. They’re not any smarter than their normal counter parts, nor are they much more dangerous. (Encountered by June Verles June Verles )
Wild Dogs: A massive pack of wild dogs that have made their home in the ruined fort that sits along the river’s shore. It is clear these dogs are the descendants of wolves and domestic dogs, as they vary in many different colors while having some wolf-like traits. These dogs only leave the fortress to go into the northern forest to hunt and are not very friendly towards humans. That said, if a wild dog is on its own it will be more likely to turn tail and flee than to attack a lone human. (Encountered by June Verles June Verles )

Burrowers: These are beetles as large as your average house cat with bright red shells marked with yellow stripes, and short black shovel-shaped horns. They live primarily underground in tunnels that they dig and get their main source of moisture from cacti and tumbleblooms. (Encountered by matzi8qr matzi8qr )

Tree Huggers: Monkey-like creatures with light brown fur covered in black stripes around their arms and legs and small, black, ape-like faces with big blue eyes and long curling tails. They live up in the north eastern forest and aren’t very aggressive, although they will make a big show of intimidation if they feel threatened. They travel in small family troops of three or four. (Encountered by L llamatime )

Bone Walkers: Animated skeletons that roam the foothills of the eastern mountains. These are beings that just seem to wander aimlessly, either by themselves or in small groups of up to three. Some might even be carrying arms or armor, although likely old and rusted ones. During the day these beings are not hostile in the slightest, but at night they will attack anything that comes into their line of sight. They can be easily defeated by removing the skull from the body. (Encountered by ShakinMcBacon ShakinMcBacon )
Events
Awakening: Day one, the first people trapped in the dome have awakened and started processing the situation with mixed results. These people are 'Monroe' ( Bang Bang Bang Bang ), Giovanni ( L llamatime ), Hera ( Bang Bang Bang Bang ), an Unnamed Girl later named Snippet by the Golden Raven( matzi8qr matzi8qr ), Charan Riker ( Cazberry Cazberry ), Lothar Wolff ( Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon ), Erik ( June Verles June Verles ), Blanchefleur ( Killigrew Killigrew ), and Thalen Frostvein ( ShakinMcBacon ShakinMcBacon )
-Late Bloomers: That following night, Rok ( Denrawr Denrawr ) finally awoke, finding himself alone in the darkness.

A Rude Intrusion: Deciding to break from the group and attempt to make a shelter in the giant redwood, Giovanni stumbled upon a massive colony of giant rats living in its roots and almost immediately gained their ire. Giovanni realizing he was outnumbered quickly turned heel and ran off screaming, leaving the rats at peace for now! He eventually made his way down to the small lake south of the hill where he saw some wolves peacefully drinking water.
-Deep Blue Waters: Deciding to leave well enough alone, the man went to the far side of the lake to enjoy a drink of water himself. Now that he was up close and personal, he could observe that the thing was unusually deep and that there weren't a whole lot of fish swimming around. Curious about the lack of food, Giovanni took up his spear and stepped into the water, disturbing a horse-headed serpent that lurked deep beneath the surface. Realizing his previous tactics likely wouldn't work, Giovanni reasoned with the beast and asked that he be allowed to stay and that he meant no harm. After a moment of examining the man, the serpent dove back down into the lake and threw three fish at the man before disappearing as mysteriously as it had arrived.
-Finding Shelter: After cooking and eating some of the fish the serpent gave him, Giovanni gave up the rest to the family of wolves who gladly indulged in it once he had moved a safe distance away. Remembering the estate he had seen earlier, he made his way North just as Lothar was starting to make his way south towards the lake to get some water. Seeing him approach he decided to greet him in hopes of gaining a useful ally.

Thoughtless Escape: Paranoid and afraid of the others that awoke on the hill beside her, the nameless girl ran off to the north towards an unusual looking cathedral in the desert. Something glittering seemed to be following her from high in the air. She eventually makes her way through the desert and reaches the foreboding cathedral, after reading a cryptic and ominous message, a mysterious voice spoke up from above warning her not to go inside.
-Warning From a Feathered Friend?: The girl looked up to see that the mysterious voice was in fact a person-sized raven with red eyes and golden feathers. It swooped down and warned her that something called the 'Knowledge Keeper' was inside the chapel and that she was not ready to face it. Not wanting to be swayed from her quest, the nameless girl insisted she could handle whatever was within and that she didn't need protection. The Raven then offered three options; either she goes looking for a mysterious woman in blue in the desert, goes to the lake in the south to find a hard to acquire 'cuisine', or has the Raven itself break the chains to let her inside. However it said it wouldn't do so for free. Ultimately rejecting the bird's offer, the girl went to go rest her sore feet by the lake, hoping for some time to herself. Instead the Golden Raven hopped over to her again and asked her if she had a name, since humans were so fond of them.
-An Unwanted Name: After being told the girl had no name and that there were others in the dome, the Golden Raven unceremoniously decided it would call her 'Snippet' before abruptly flying off. Now alone, it would be up to the girl to try and find the Lady in Blue without its help. But first, she would go about investigating the local flora in the desert to see if there was something useful she could do with them!
-Clever Girl: Getting right to work, Snippet uprooted the flowers and started to fashion a rope from their leaves, eventually using one of her daggers and a stick to make a fishing spear with which she successfully caught a small snack! However her victory was momentarily interrupted by the appearance of an unsettling clicking from underneath the sand, which turned out to be two massive beetles investigating the flowers she had pinned down to keep them from escaping. After she removed her dagger and backed away, the large beetles ate what they wanted and burrowed back under the sand, leaving the girl to descale her meal in peace. Now left to hunt in peace, she'd set about gathering food for the journey, deciding to head out at night when it would surely be cooler. However while she was hunting in the lake, she disturbed some sand which revealed something metallic, although it would be hard to make out exactly what it was.
-An Ancient Calamity: Moving away more of the sand, the girl revealed that not only was the object an old crushed helmet, but that it was lying next to an equally old tabbard of some kind. It was clear that these were the remains of someone, but there wasn't any sign of their bones. Paranoid about things falling from the sky, she moved her fire a bit away from the lake and looked up anxiously. Fortunately, it didn't seem as if anything was going to fall anytime soon.
Not so Inanimate: Lothar grouped up with Hera and Monroe, who mysteriously got lost on the way to the ruined estate immediately south of the hill. Now alone, Lothar found there two standing structures as well as what appeared to be a large statue with an iron shield strapped to one arm that he tried, and failed, to remove. While he went looking for something to fashion into a torch, the 'statue' moved and spoke, asking him who he was and if he was one of the 'master's' knights.
-Stone-Faced Hospitality: After very politely explaining his situation to the golem and asking for a place to stay, Guardian explained that the master ordered it to keep intruders out of the estate but hadn't been back for 'quite some time' and since Lothar didn't look like an enemy of the master, he was free to visit. It also pointed out that the master's chambers were at the very top of the tower and that there may be something useful up there. Inside a chest he found sitting at the bottom of a wardrobe in the master bedroom, Lothar found a pair of enchanted (2use) boots alongside a letter addressed to some king from a 'Lady Estelle' begging the man to wear the boots so that he may come home safe from the war.
-Rocks Don't Make Good Conversationalists: Deciding that the boots may be useful and that the letter was a very important lead, he put them on and went back inside to ask Guardian several questions about the King and Estelle. Unfortunately he didn't get many useful answers back, learning only that the lady was the king's personal Magi, that Estelle made it, and that the war was declared on the king by someone the golem couldn't seem to recall. Deciding that was all the useful answers he was going to get out of it for the moment, he decided he would find a bucket and head south to collect water, only to run into Giovanni on his way north.

Rambling Along: After waking up alone with no one to talk to but himself, Erik held a little monologue about his waking situation before deciding to make his way to a ruined fortress over to the east of the hill. Once he arrived there he saw the rather peculiar sight of a bunch of wild dogs defending the fortress that was their home from three oversized turkeys.
-All You Can Eat!: After remarking upon the glorious and saddening display before him, Erik tossed one of his five enchanted balls into the fray; hitting one of the turkeys and causing all out chaos. The other two big birds fled while the dogs tore their kin to pieces. Seeing that things did not go as he had intended, Erik would sit down and enjoy the show anyway before he looked at the poor turkey and felt a deep connection to it. Deciding that turkey was now deserving of protection, he carelessly waded into the river and tried to call the dogs' attention. A few would indeed take notice, but were far too confused by his presence to do anything but whine and pace along the river bank nervously.
-A Daring Rescue: Seeing that the mutts by the river bank were curious and anxious rather than ready to attack, the man used another one of his balls as a distraction; throwing it down on the bank causing the dogs to dig and sniff for some nonexistent treat buried in the ground. While they were distracted he went over behind the turkey and prepared to attack the dogs, but thought against it and instead threw two more balls into the group of hounds, causing more confusion and chaos that took attention off the pair as Erik used the last ball to lead the mortally wounded turkey away to safety. Once they were a good distance away, he plopped the ball down with the bird to keep it occupied as he went looking for berries to feed it.
-Divine Intervention?: After eating some berries and cutting off a good section for his wounded friend to eat, Erik finally paid heed to the figure flying overhead and worried that it may be some divine being come seeking retribution. Instead he is face to face with the Golden Raven who seems hopeful that he might be a better conversationalist than Snippet. Seeming offended that Erik thinks it is some personification of greed, the raven would express a moment of disdain before letting Erik know the juicy gossip it learned from Snippet as well as implying that humans hadn't been around the dome for quite some time.
-Of Deliveries and Introductions: Seeing that the poor turkey was beyond saving, Erik put it out of its misery and brought it back to the dogs; but not before the raven stole a bite for itself and stated that it was surprised the thing wasn't trying to eat itself as it was dying. The dogs would seem easily pacified by the meat, although a bit apprehensive about the Golden Raven who barely paid the mutts any mind as it asked the man if he'd be going inside and mentioned that there was something in there he could introduce himself to.

An Impromptu Alliance: Lothar and Giovanni come across one another in the forest between Redstone Estate and Leviathan's Circle and strike up a friendly conversation while confirming that neither still had any idea what was going on. Despite Giovanni's offer to travel together, Lothar politely declined and said he'd rather stay at the estate for a moment. They both exchanged warnings of what lived in the lake and of Guardian before walking to a nearby stream together so that Lothar could fetch water without disturbing the serpent.
-On Second Thought...: Going their seperate ways, Giovanni decided to follow the river leading up towards Mutt's Vigil while Lothar took his findings back to the estate to offer to Guardian before planning out what he'd do next to make his new home more habitable.

Distant Figures: Having woken up alone on the hill, Blanchefleur immediately ran eastward towards the foothills under the impression that she was desperately needed somewhere. When she finally stopped by a tree overlooking the riverbank to rest she was at first dismayed to see nothing there, but after a while likely noticed some humanoid figures wandering the foothills aimlessly.
-Old Bones: Seeing the figures as well, Thalen decided he'd cross the river and see them up close and personal. It would be then that he discovered not actual people but shambling bones walking around in tattered armor. None of them would seem to notice him, nor would they really seem to be doing much of anything besides walking around and bumping into each other.
-A Forgotten Tomb: Spotting a nondescript hole in the ground, Thalen made his way towards it in the hopes of finding a camp or some form of shelter. Instead he finds an unmarked tomb of some soldier, their rusted axe and shield laying neat on top of their ancient coffin with a red tunic folded over them bearing the image of a bull painted in yellow. By this time, the sun was starting to set.
-Rattled Bones: Deciding to take the arms for himself, Thalen would only later realize his mistake as he noticed the walkers outside beginning to advance towards him, followed by the bones from inside the coffin emerging and lunging at him aggressively. After knocking the head off one and rendering it useless, Thalen made a mad dash for the river, only pausing when he heard strange moans and whispers behind him. Upon glancing over his shoulder, he realized there were also specters wandering the foothills, only spurring him to run through the river to safety. Only after he crossed it would the walkers lose interest in him and wander off, allowing for him to find shelter under the roots of an old tree and rest; after sporting the tunic of course.

Another Opens His Eyes: One of the latest to finally wake up on the hill, Thalen takes a moment before going straight south to Redstone Estate in the hopes of finding shelter there. After analyzing Lothar and Guardian from a distance, he approached the pair to ask who the master was while claiming to be a traveler from a nearby town. Guardian debunked this claim by pointing out there hadn't been any travelers for a long time and that Lothar was the first person he's seen in centuries.
-More Introductions: Their somewhat tense conversation is abruptly interrupted when Guardian looks up at the sky and notices a shining light circling up ahead and is clearly rather dismayed by this. While the two humans prepare for a battle, none other than the Golden Raven descends upon the lumbering rock's shoulders, claiming to be Guardian's 'friend' while noting that not only had it moved but met two other humans as well. There is a sense that the rock is less than pleased to have the company of this nuisance.
-Maybe the Rock was Better Company After All: After both introducing themselves, Thalen and Lothar both posed questions for the giant bird, asking where they were, how many others it had met, and what exactly it was. The raven mentioned having met with five others before saying they were 'here' and that the place hadn't had any 'human given' names for quite some time. It then got a bit distracted when it turned to Guardian and asked if they could do a 'thing' which seemed to embarrass the boulder as it didn't want to do it in front of the other two.
-Under its Feathers: Thalen, seeing the Raven as some trickster, attempted to tempt it into giving information by challenging it to solve a riddle. However the bird was mildly insulted at this assumption and told him not everything was as it was in fairy tales. It would be then that Lothar asked about where they were and what happened while mentioning what he learned from guardian and the letter. It was then that the bird became rather agitated, noticing the man's boots and demanding to know how he got them while implying it knew exactly who made them. Fed up with the whole situation and not wanting to deal with a bird throwing a tantrum, Thalen took his leave to the east, leaving Lothar behind to keep inquiring about the war and those who had lived in the estate. He wouldn't learn much other than that the bird implied that at one time, it could of worn the boots and that it had been alive during the King's reign and perhaps even knew him personally.

Who is this Blue Lady?: After a brief moment of conversation, the bird once again brought up the Lady in Blue, mentioning that she would be better able to answer Lothar's questions. However it also mentioned that Snippet was looking for her as well and that if he wanted to find the woman, he'd better be first or with the girl at the same time as finding her afterward would be difficult. It would be then that the bird would fly off towards the eastern mountains without further word, making its way towards a shining mountain peak in the distance.
-The Thing in the Woods: Wandering off towards the desert, it wouldn't take Lothar long to notice that the forest was strangely silent eventually prompting him to come to a pause and look around for the reason. The cause would make itself known as a rather grotesque creature lurking up in the trees, leering down at him with pure hostility. The man unsheathed his blade, hoping to scare the thing off rather than fight it, but this only seemed to make it more upset. It seemed ready to leap down at any moment. Deciding to try a more peaceful tactic, Lothar knelt down and put his sword away which caused the creature to seemingly become curious and come up to examine him. He extended his hand as a sign of good will, but for whatever reason the thing shrieked at him instead and clawed his face, leaving a faint mark across his cheek. In retaliation he swiped at the beast with his torch, hitting it square in the face and causing it to run off into the darkness utterly terrified. The forest would feel much calmer afterwards and there wouldn't seem to be any signs of another one.

Is This an Alliance?: Deciding against investigating the humanoid figures for now, Giovanni made his way over to Mutt's Vigil and across the river where he eventually met up with the Golden Raven and Erik. The two men introduced themselves and discussed their situation and the possibility of entering the fortress when the Raven offered assistance in keeping the mutts at bay, while also implying that it would want a favor in return some point in the future.
-Apparently Not!: Without warning, Erik suddenly gave his spade to Giovanni and ran into the northern woods, advising the younger man not to give the Raven anything. Seeing that it wasn't wanted, the Raven took off in search of other humans leaving Giovanni alone with the now decidedly bolder dogs.
-Off and Away!: Apologizing to the mutts for disturbing them, he quickly turned heel and ran into the forest as well, making straight for the lookout tower which is currently home to a whole host of tree huggers that are completely bewildered and alarmed to see this being so close to their home!

The Dome: Apologizing to the tree huggers for disturbing them, Giovanni managed to calm them down despite the creatures not really seeming to understand his words. With them pacified he debated on what to do next before realizing he was close to the edge of the dome and going over to investigate it more closely. There he'd see the exact point where the horizon ended and nothing beyond that, showing him just how clear cut the boundary really was.
-More Rats!: Seeing that his attempts to break through the dome with his hatchet were fruitless, Giovanni turned his attention over to the chapel and started making his way towards it, only to cut through a clearing where a smaller breed of giant rats happened to of made their colony. These ones seemed to be rather timid as they ran and hid in their baskets rather than attempt to scare him away.
-The White Stag: Approaching the tree the rats were huddled around, it would seem that Giovanni was only succeeding in frightening them even more and it seemed as if they might try to attack, when they all suddenly calmed down and looked behind him at a white stag that was just standing there watching him. After a moment the beast nodded for him to follow before turning away and heading south-west back into the woods.

Does he Know What He's doing?: Thanks to the guidance of the white stag, Giovanni found his way to the chapel and stopped by to briefly investigate it before deciding that he'd go and check out the sandstorm instead. He'd eventually cross paths with Snippet who had spied a distant figure who hopefully was a person rather than a cactus and instead of lingering around to talk he'd just continue towards the giant sandstorm much to the girl's surprise and confusion.
-A Surprise Guest: Just as the pair were about to try their luck with the sand storm, a soft voice bid them to wait instead. Upon turning around and seeing no one there, Giovanni demanded that they show themself, at which point a woman in a blue robe seemingly appeared out of nowhere immediately behind him. Surely this was the Lady in Blue that the Raven had mentioned.

Restless Slumber: Thalen would find his rest interrupted not once, but twice by the unusually loud howling of a lone wolf. At first there wasn't any sign of the creature, but after the second howl a pair of glowing eyes could be seen not too far off from where the man lay.

More Introductions: After waking up in the dark alone, Rok immediately made for the clearing to the south and stumbled upon the Redstone Estate and Guardian, who seemed a bit dubious about his arrival.

Legends
Guardian: An ancient humanoid being made from red stone that resides in the ruined estate immediately to the south of the starting point. It is roughly around 7 feet tall with unnaturally long arms and legs and a tall, cylindrical head. It has an ornate crest showing a lion fighting an eagle engraved on its chest and its right arm is a large cleaver from the elbow down while the left has an iron shield strapped to it. According to the golem, he was created by a magi known as Lady Estelle who also made the King's Boots and apparently had romantic feelings for the king. It seems that talking rocks do not eat or drink. It seems to also be rather familiar with the Golden raven, much to its lament.(Encountered by Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon )
Golden Raven: A giant golden raven about the size of a person that makes its roost at the very top of one of the many eastern mountains and can occasionally be seen flying over the dome. It has red eyes and the ability to speak, although perhaps some might wish that it doesn’t. It has been morbidly confirmed that the talking nuisance is quite the carnivore. It also seems to know the Guardian and a lot about the history of the lands in which everyone is trapped. Not only that, but it recognized the boots that Lothar was wearing to be made by the King's magi Lady Estelle and was rather upset that the man was wearing them. (Encountered by matzi8qr matzi8qr )
Knowledge Keeper: A currently unknown being that has been mentioned by the Golden Raven and described as 'nasty-like', it is currently trapped inside Terrorguard Chapel.

Lake Serpent: This creature lives in the smaller of the two lakes in the south-western part of the dome. It has a long narrow body with a horse’s head, four seal-like flippers, and a single blue reptile eye in the middle of its head. Its skin is a dark murky blue and is smooth to the touch. (Encountered by L llamatime )

Lady in Blue: Briefly mentioned by the Golden Raven as someone in the desert that could answer questions, however it advised that whoever does so be careful as she can only answer 'so many'. Finally found in the desert by Giovanni and Snippet on the first night, the lady is revealed to be a tall woman with dark skin, golden eyes, and a long blue robe with birds embroidered along the hem and sleeves in silver thread. She seems to glow faintly in the dark and doesn't cast any shadow. (Encountered by matzi8qr matzi8qr and L llamatime )

King: Mentioned in a letter found alongside a pair of enchanted boots. It appears a woman named Lady Estelle made them for him so that he could safely come home from some kind of war, but it seemed that he didn't wear them. It is to be assumed that he was Guardian's master and that there's a very good reason he hasn't come back home.

White Stag: A white elk stag that lives in the north eastern forest. It is a benign being that can guide lost characters and is otherwise harmless. (Encountered by L llamatime )

Pine Crawler: This creature is roughly the size of a human being and comes out only after sunset. It has pale skin, a long racoon-like snout, a long rat-like tail, pointed ears, and glowing green eyes. It resides in the pine forest that takes up most of the south western part of the dome. During an encounter with Lothar the creature was hit in the face with a lit torch, leaving severe burns across its face.(Encountered by Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon )

Lothar: Seemingly the luckiest of those trapped in the dome, Lothar has not only struck up a friendship with an ancient war-machine and found himself a secure shelter and nice pair of boots, but has also survived an encounter with the Pine Crawler with nothing but a small, tingling, scratch on the face. (Status acquired by Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon )

Magic Items
These are items that have been enchanted with a supernatural property, such as the ability to emit heat or to create a glamor or something like that. These are generally mundane items such as jewelry, clothes, totems, figurines, or anything that isn't considered a weapon or a survival tool. Each character has the option to start with a single magic item in place of either a weapon or a survival item. A magic item can have up to five uses, the more uses an item has the weaker it is. Once an item's uses have been used up, that item is spent so use them with great care! Also it should be noted; portals to other dimensions or the ability to summon demons or any other supernatural beings are not canon abilities an item can have! Below is a list with a brief description of the power of an item depending on how many uses it has:
  1. This is considered a Legendary one of a kind item. It can be used once and only once! Characters can not start the game with Legendary items, but they can be found in the dome by exploring or encountering what may be lurking there. An example of a legendary item might be an amulet that can bring back a single person back to life once, or a septre that can change the weather patterns of the entire dome for a period of time.
  2. Characters can start the game with items with only two charges, while not nearly as powerful as Legendary items these 2-use items are still highly valuable and should be used with great care. An example of a two-use item might be a glove that can slow or stop time for a short period, or a staff that can summon storms within a certain radius.
  3. A little more common place than 2-use items, a good example of a 3 use item might be a scarf that allows you to teleport a certain distance or a hat that lets you summon boulders.
  4. A ring of fireball, anyone? Or perhaps lightning bolts!
  5. The weakest items, these could range from wands that create light to little figurines that emit heat or something else more simple and mundane.
These are all just suggestions, feel free to come up with your own ideas! Just keep in mind that I will have to approve them first, so be creative within reason!

Discovered Items
King’s Boots: A pair of knee high, flat soled, leather boots that are dyed black with elegant flowers embroidered along the toe, heel, and top of the boots. They are a 2 use item that was found in the ruined estate protected by Lothar and they grant the wearer the ability to instantly teleport to a previously visited location. (Discovered by Heyitsjiwon Heyitsjiwon )

Strength Tunic:
A dark red tunic with an image of a bull painted on the front in yellow. This item can be found in a small unmarked tomb located in the rocky foothills of the eastern mountain. It’s a 4 use item that gives the wearer the ability to lift heavy things for two posts. (Discovered by ShakinMcBacon ShakinMcBacon )
