I have decided on a critical revision. Characters will not start with an Emperor's Crest but wI'll have to earn them during the course of the Roleplay. I know that means some revisions have to be made to bios and that the Five Emperors are no longer reservable positions. I feel it's better that way.

I'd say in a similar matter but Rex wasn't hiding, he was traveling around on mission from his parents and he found Teke as he was doing so.
