From the Mole Hills of Darvill to St. Mary's Oasis. From the Twisting Lands to The Scorching Desert. Welcome to Mid, what's left of the central United States. Here in Mid there's been some trouble brewing. Several bandits groups such as The Eriksons, Chopper, and Mousetrap Gang are fighting for turf and tearing up the countryside in the process. Meanwhile, a shady government organization known as the Enclave is is quietly establishing control over small cities and towns. There's also The Citizen's Brigade, a force dedicated to ridding the Wasteland of bandit filth (and accepting the occasional bribe). Now here's where you come in, you've just received a letter from the Pony Express asking you to report in to their Chicago branch. They've got a job for you, and it says they'll pay well.
