Fandom Fairy Tail: Legacy of the Twilight Prophet

The air itself seemed to dance as they entered the meadow-like hall. Aeris was uneasy but was too disoriented by the lingering magic that started to return to her after the long deprivation. She took small breaths as to prepare for Eias' lead make them go whenever they needed to. And this time they ended up in the glade... which played the song for Eias her friend couldn't hear.

The music was sweet, a melody of old which wanted to captivate Eias completely. Instead of persuading the girl it took the approach to charm her. Tendrils of warming magical energies began to dance around her, inviting her to stay.
"Rest with us.... you have earned it..." the magical voices whispered.
"You worked hard, a little pause can't hurt..."
"Be at ease... your friend is here... just stay put for a bit..."
"We love you, Eias... just stay with us..."

Her eyes spun with charmed magic as she was coaxed into a sense of peace. Perhaps it was alright to take a rest. There wasn't any harm here at the moment. She didn't have a hard time breathing and as far as she was aware, no other competitor was in the area either. Just her, Aeris, and some sweet music.
Without hesitation, she sat down, gazing at the area around her as the music lulled her more. Whatever magic this was, it caught her off guard to quickly. She had no chance of setting up defenses now. She was stuck in this fey land in her mind.

Aeris' mind was trying to pierce through the veil of deception... but she had fared fairly poorly at first. The lack of energy that she had in her feeble body almost prevented permanently from thinking straight. For a moment, the lulling feeling of her fading might vanished - and realized the folly of her ways. She had to shake the feeling off, even if only temporarily. She looked around, trying to find an anchor, something she could cling to... and she did.

Noticing Eias made her foggy mind clearer just a little bit. She mustered enough strength to notice that something was wrong: Eias seemed to be peaceful, almost as if she wanted to give up. She had seen nothing around her friend, no magic, nothing... but everything felt amiss. The surge of emotions intensified as she remembered their quest... and she walked up to her friend, dragging her body ever so painfully to sit down next to her.
"Eias..." she began, her words but mere whispers "Eias... I need you... I need you..."
She found her waning strength ebbing ever so quickly as she touched her corset. She could have sworn that something was meddling with them.
"Eias... we... we must... go on..."

She leaned in to her and gave her a weak peck on the girl's cheek. It was but a weak attempt to lure her back. She knew that she could not do it, not alone. Only if Eias had desired it too... only if she wanted to fight so much as she did.
