Faith wasn't lured into becoming one of their parent's experiments like Caroline had been. She'd been tossed into the experimentations almost as soon as she had been born. Not ever getting a say-so and being put through lots of tests as a child. There was one thing though, her DNA mixed with the electric eel rather well and it gave her a lot of power. Too much for her to handle, she'd often end up frying the computers those people would hook her up to. And of course, anytime that happened she was punished for it. Not once did she think to look to her parents for affection, because she knew it would never happen. Thankfully she wasn't alone, her older sister always being there for her when she could. Even taking a bit of her possible punishments, for accidentally losing control of her powers. When they broke out of that horrid place they were always on the run and it was never safe for them to relax. Truthfully though Faith was starting to lose hope that they'd ever be able to relax until they arrived at this island and an entire week went by without any problems. Now...maybe...they could live.

Name: Caroline

Age: 20

History: When Caroline was born her mother was actually very happy to have a child of her own. She raised Caroline well, making her think that what she and her husband did was for the betterment of the world. Caroline's mother had hopes that she would follow in their footsteps and for a second she had. That was until she saw how kids her age were being treated. She tried telling her mother that this couldn't possibly be for the betterment of the world if those going through the experiments suffered so much. She started fighting her parents and that landed her in a cage, with the other experiments. It was painful but she endured, and when she found out she was going to have a younger sister she was scared. She swore that she would do her best to help her sister and the others get free from this place. The day they broke out, she thought surely they'd be free, but even though they had destroyed the lab other places similar to it had started tracking them down. It wasn't until a few others ventured further than anyone ever thought that they found a place they could possibly call home.

Name: Jay

Age: 21

History: Jay was sold by his parents for the money that was offered to them. They were in great need of money for his mother's medical bills so he never really blamed them. But he also can't say that he was entirely okay with having been sold. And then they started experimenting on him. His hair went from black to blue and his eyes changed to a light pink color as well. When they started their experimenting on him, they decided to test a new way, making a concoction of the starfish DNA mixed with Hawk. They found it was the faster way to get decent results, but they also found out that not all their experiments could handle that rushing change. Jay had barely survived, one of the reasons he pulled through was thanks to Caroline taking care of the fever he had experienced. Ever since then he had a crush on her and feared whenever they took her away. Jay was one of the ones who found the island, making sure it was truly abandoned while thinking of a way to get everyone to it. As the leader of his previous group, he simply took it upon himself to take the a leading role in keeping everyone safe and free.

Name: Amy

Age: 13

History: Amy was an orphan, living in the streets when she was taken in by the lab. She didn't care that she barely got food and water....it had still been better than living in the streets. She did as told and found out that by doing so you could advance in the scientists' eyes. So for a long time, she climbed those ranks, getting better treatment than the others. But she had one slip up... They had tried injecting her with some other type of animal DNA and it had reacted horribly, she went on a rampage killing several scientists. And just like that she was back to ground zero... It was then and there her focus changed, she was one of the stronger experiments, even though she was young her wolfish tiger form was powerful and once she heard of plans to escape she volunteered herself as one of the main attackers.

Name: Adam

Age: 17

History: Adam had always been a bit of a nerd, since he was young the many plants before him fascinated him. He studied hard, wanting to become a botanist, hoping to discover new plant species that could maybe even help the world. When he was offered the chance to take part in a plant study, he had no idea he was setting himself up for some of the worst pain he'd ever felt. His parents had agreed to let him do this study after he'd begged them, it was to be a week-long study. Discovering a small cave that had been found with numerous new plants. But after he had come across a plant that was almost like a living being he was snatched away. Tossed into a dark room and then he passed out due to a sharp sting. When he'd come to he was in so much pain that all he could do was scream. For some reason, his body felt like it was on fire, like the heat around him was trying to suffocate the very air from his lungs. It all vanished though when water was poured onto him. He came to understand quickly, thanks to the whispers of the plants, that he was now something not human. That he was now strange, he found out that he often needed to be dowsed in water otherwise his skin would begin to crack like the ground having not gotten rain. It was painful, he had expected the salty waters of the ocean to hurt as well, but somehow it hadn't. Still, though fresh waters were a much better feeling.

History: Cedric doesn't really understand how he came to be, he knows he wasn't the only one of his kind. But he also doesn't understand how his abilities or powers are so different from the others. The only reason his age is 19 is because that was how many years had been marked on the tube he'd once resided in. He didn't understand people...he never had much contact with others until the moment he was set free by Jay and Caroline. Now he is trying to take in so much all at once and he has to admit...doing so has put him in somewhat of a bad mood.

Name: Brie

Age: 5/ 14

History:
So many things happened, and Brie could only do her best to follow and support her sister. Hoping she wouldn't get in the way of the escape. It was her biggest fear that somehow she'd end up being a problem and the reason they'd fail escaping. But as they were escaping another group they'd never even seen before in the lab was also escaping. They joined forces working together and getting free. She was a bit sad when their mother showed up making sure they actaully got free...but that was the last she ever saw their mother. And when she asked Serena...she was told their mother was likely dead. That for once she had acted like a mom and protected them so they could be free. When the other group was getting ready to leave and her sister asked to join up with them she'd been shocked. Thinking they'd simply go off on their own to live together. But then it made sense, sticking together with the others made them all stronger. A few of the other experiments from their lab asked if they could join under Serena's name. It amazed her how willing people were to follow her sister, but it also made her feel the need to work even harder! So her sister could depend upon her and not the other way around. After all, her sister had so many people already depending on her.

History: They came from a different lab, one that was trying to capture escaped experiments from another lab. She and her group already had plans to escape and they were in the process of it when the other lab group was also escaping. They raised hell, killing those who got in their way. Destroying the lab and helping other experiments escape as well. Not all of them decided to go to the island, and since Serena had lost Micheal, along with having lost the man she loved her mother who had a sudden change of heart died in the battle as well. So she needed a change from the normal group, she'd been with for a long time. So she decided to take a group of experiments with her who were too scared to go out on their own and go with the new group. She had high hopes that this island would pan out and they would be free at last.

Name: Mic

Age: 12

History: Mic was given to the lab for free...his mother and father not being able to take care of a newborn. Not that he cared about that sort of thing, he never had the time to care. They were always busy trying to improve the tech they had impacted into his body and when someone got their hands on nanotech. At first he thought he was going to die! The pain of the nanotech mixing with the old tech they had implanted in him had been the worst pain he'd ever felt. But after a while, they came to find out that it was so painful due to the nanotech rebuilding the old tech. His functions ran smoother and he looked more like a human being once again. Now any time he bleeds though his blood is silver, literal liquid silver, so while he could hide his face with a hood, if he were to get hurt they'd know he wasn't human. And God forbid someone get find out by bleeding him to death they could get rich....humans were scary like that. So when Serena, another experiment from his lab offered to take in another group to travel with a different labs group, he jumped on board, sure his power would be helpful.

Name: Hera

Age: 20

History: Hera has always been gentle and kind-hearted, so when their parents had mentioned selling her younger sister to a lab for money she stepped up and offered herself. Her parents were big into the Gods so that was why they had named her Hera. Not that the name fit her well, due to the legends of Hera, but she still didn't mind. Even when the people at the lab hurt her and the other around her. She would use her plants to heal others and to feed them. She was in the lab Serena was in, and decided that sticking together as a larger group was better than splitting off into smaller groups. She could only hope those who had decided to go their own ways stayed safe.
