It's handwriting, so I can't read much. The only part I can read, which is where the author-person-thing was writing slower is; Plasma does not intervene with other elements, nor other elements intervene with plasma. They can, however, be combined to create a larger power. Then the author's writing goes unreadable for me . . . I hope that helps
