Fantasy Dragonslaying?

So, some time ago I put an RP for a fantasy world based around dragonslaying and war...I got several interested players,  but situations changed and I couldn't lead. I can again, and am interested and hoping if anybody would like to do it. I'll link the original interest check so you can see details.

Is there a reason a dragon is weak in the cold or something? It doesn't really make much sense to me...
