So, I'm still thinking of working different things out with this one.
This would be a Dragon Ball (or Z) roleplay obviously. There would be a limit of about 10 people, who would be the new Z Fighters. This would take place in the future, long after the time of the original Z Fighters. However, it would be assumed that there has been no technological growth.
The World Martial Arts Tournament is still running, but energy attacks have become a lost art. Even though millions of people have Saiyan blood, they are now unaware of energy control. It has become that of legend and lore.
So, there would be different threats and such, along with the fun of discovering energy control and meeting new species. Perhaps some people may get lucky and learn how to go super saiyan...
Millions of people would be part saiyan, but most are unaware of what that means.
