Fantasy Dimension Hopping Hijinx [OOC]

Is it not too late to join, madame/good sir?

Not at all, but your session will be separated from this one, with a completely different plot and starting dimension. In fact, I just need one more character to join in before I can start the new one, as it's 3 per plot!

Get a friend to join it with you, maybe? >w<

Also yaay! Gotta stick this to my RP tracker now~~
I let a couple replies accumulate due to Christmas shenanigans so It's going to be a while

BUt weeeeee! So excited!!

Almost done, i've been fighting tooth 'n' nail trying to get this darn CS finished!
Just need two more things and it'll be perfect! Granted I probably added a little too much.
:X

(Sorry if my biographies and story-telling aren't the greatest! I'm just not very passionate about character sheets ;-; )

"Now you've gone and made me lose my composure, I tried playing nice but it seems you aren't having it...
Prepare yourself, for this will be your last battle."

~ Sophia A. Faucheux (Quoted during her battle with Utgard the Giant) ~
  • Name: Sophia Aya Faucheux

Alias: Sophie, Little Giant (Label from Utgard), and Hot-Bot (By Leondres).

    Physical Age: Eighteen.

    Appearance(s):
    Sophia's weight is around 115lbs/47.17kg, (5,400lbs/2449.399kg - Minus Magic.)
    Her height is approximately 5'5/165.10cm.

(Biological Description: Sophia's internal structure bears an indistinguishable resemblance from that of a stereotypical human being, all except for her unique anatomy being machine-like. Organs, Bones, and so forth are fashioned from celestial substances as opposed to a collection of tissues making them up. This complex internal structure also creates minor modifications to itself when required of it which can't only permit Miss Faucheux to voluntarily adjust the properties of her skin, making it so that it's as delicate as a typical person's skin or as sturdy as graphene, but it can also make it so she can willingly change her outward appearance, mainly clothing attire and facial properties though.)

    Gender: Female.

Sexuality: Pansexual, indifferent preferences when it comes to intimate relationships.

Alignment (Good, Bad, neutral, etc ?): Lawful Good (For now) - Defining herself as one against violence, she wholeheartedly believes in pacifism and tends to seek alternatives routes when it comes to solving situations. However, this does not mean she's prohibited from defending herself in circumstances that require action, an unavoidable task for that matter considering the fact Sophia inhabits an inhospitable wasteland consisting of death-dealing abominations.

Nonetheless, her beliefs entirely forbid her from taking someone else's life, even if it's a loathsome creature.
Sadly with Inari's presence, Sophia fears that this pacifist nature she holds so dearly might come to an end.

    Species: Deus Apparatus

Biography: (Will possibly be expanded upon later, also apologies! I'm not very good at creating Biographies xc )
Sophia's existence within the realm of Icebound Earth was a rather complicated origination, one that had started with Dr.Victor Faucheux, a former French philosopher from the old world who vigorously studied Botany in addition to taking up inventing numerous creations for habitual study before the great collapse of mankind. His work had proven to be a vital necessity to the this dystopic Earth and his new hometown of Pruinae where he had continued to further his examinations and begin experimenting with various strands of plant life in hopes to improve the shortage of food and potentially bring back forgotten species and life back into the word, changing the climate through means of experimentation had proved to be stress-inducing, day by day their environment stayed everlasting even with attempting to heat up the surrounding through means of putting chemicals and elements into the atmosphere, no matter how hard he and others had tried to reform Earth to its former glory it was futile. Giving up had crossed the mind of the inventor just like it did with others that had discarded their own work out of despair for their lack of advancement. Nevertheless, he continued his research, as selfish as it may be he didn't do this for the sake of humanity but rather for the future of his daughter Sophia, she'd barely grew up without a childhood or even a mother for that matter as she too had lost her life during the cataclysmic change when Sophie was at the young age of nine. It'd came as a devastating blow to Victor, losing one of the only things he'd ever truly loved made striving for a better future feel bleaker as days passed without her presence to warm his 'cold' heart, luckily Victor felt that even with the loss of his wife he still had his own pride and joy to keep him going until she too had been sadly claimed by the unforgiving land.

Without anything to live for Dr.Victor's hope had been charred to ash with little hope for salvation, he'd cursed life for providing nothing but pain to him when he was trying this best to save it. Motivation diminished, he felt there was nothing he could do except try and end his own life in the desperate belief that it would reunite him with his wife and daughter, albeit his endeavor of ending his life had been stopped when he was met by an ethereal being calling himself by the name of Renatus, this mystical figure had assured him that there was a better method of accomplishing his work all the while bringing his beloved Sophia that had been previously taken away from him. Skeptic as he was of this 'thing', Victor had nothing to lose and to see his child again? He'd also promised that this offspring would be blessed with greatness, that he would not have any worries about losing her as she was deemed as imperishable. To think he would not have to lose another person in his life again and too always have his daughter by his side without concern was too great of an offer to decline, Victor felt obligated to offer everything he had in return to the strange being but he had humbly declined and wished only for him to raise his new daughter with the love of a passionate father. Before Victor's very eyes he had watched in awe as Renatus had drifted his arms from side to side, an arrangement of strange metals materializing out of seemingly nothing. Each intricate part had levitated between his palms, constructing themselves into the familiar shape of a human being. As a believer of science, he couldn't believe he was witnessing life being created although he was taken back by the contorted appearance of his daughter, she'd been molded into that of a humanoid machine rather than out of flesh and bone. At first, he didn't know whether to curse the being, it felt like a mockery of Sophia's death seeing how this metallic being was supposed to replicate his daughter.

This feeling immediately subsided when he had heard the familiar sound of her delicate voice, he'd almost forgotten how pleasing it was hearing his daughter again. Not to mention seeing her face again had melted his heart, he had given him nothing but owed Renatus everything. He would've given proper thanks if it weren't for the strange deity leaving just as quickly as he appeared, still, his worries simply vanished and all felt well in the world seeing Sophia act like her usual self around him, oblivious to any changes that had been made to her former body before being treated like an outcast by those in Pruniae. She couldn't remember how many times she'd been labeled as nothing but a "Monster" while growing up, only her father was able to prevent her from becoming a target of the authoritarian rule by having no other choice but to shut her out from the outside world, it was the only way she could be protected even though it meant never seeing kids her own age and only being able to interact with her father but even that proved difficult when he'd been so busy building inventions to sustain the new world they were living in. 'Sophia' didn't mind this all too much, supervising her father's work... Honestly, it was kind of inspiring to see him build such fascinating equipment! It also gave her an opportunity to bond with her father while under his tutelage. Sadly all had not been joyous as her adolescence had been met with teenage rebellion, Sophia felt outraged that her father would not let her see the outside world even though she felt entirely capable of handling herself, arguments eventually arose between the two, to the point where she had become furious and forcibly pushed her father after he'd claimed that she'd not been ready to face the outside world.

To Sophia's horror, she'd underestimated her strength in this form and had accidentally killed her father and discovered the abilities she'd been 'cursed' with.
She now understood why people were calling her a 'monster', unbeknownst to the girl these hands that she had been given were not tools of love but weapons of destruction.
Understanding that she couldn't properly live with herself knowing that she murdered her father, she casted herself away from Pruinae and had stumbled upon an ancient vault as she
    traveled through the wastes.

Feeling nothing but guilt for her actions she'd locked herself away in the frozen tomb, believing that she'd never be able to hurt anyone again after being isolated from humanity.

Renatus (Rebirth) - A Primordial Entity in her Home Dimension, it's entirely responsible for the creation of Sophia.
They're believed to be very draconian in his mysterious ways, it's plausible that they're guilty of attempting to
    devastate this alternate Earth.

(Rest is unknown, it will be expanded upon if Inari travels back to Sophia's realm.)

Dr. Victor Faucheux - Achieving both a Masters in Biological Sciences and Mechanical Engineering, Dr.Faucheux is nothing short of an absolute genius.
After losing his pride and joy, he'd gained the responsibility of looking after a replica of Sophia that had been gifted to him by the Primordial known as Renatus.
Happiness was an understatement when seeing his daughter again, albeit a few minor changes but he felt that she still had the soul of his child. Spending six
long years with him was life-changing to Sophie, even in a post-apocalyptic world they were still able to bond like father and daughter, that was until the incident
had happened causing his untimely death.

    Icebound Earth - Frozen Hell:
Mankind was unprepared for something so devastating, an apocalypse was certainly destined for the future but for it to be this soon? It all started with the beginning of an icebound comet, one that'd been previously discovered through space observatories around the world. It was dissimilar to anything they've ever seen before as this insignificant solar body had presented such a brisk temperature that it even disobeyed the principal law of a theory known as "Absolute Zero", simply put it's the lowest measurement of thermodynamic temperature or so they speculated prior to analyzing the properties of this chunk of space-rock! It'd bewildered astronomers and scientists everywhere, how could such a phenomenon exist in their reality? Howbeit, this cosmological finding transformed into genuine dismay once researchers had recognized the trajectory of this dirty snowball was set on a direct collision for Earth. They couldn't believe they hadn't recognized such a dangerous object before, it was almost as if it'd emerged from the empty vacuum of space and had just now become an imminent threat to the survival of their planet. Humanity had but a meager year to prepare for potential annihilation and for the first time in history, every nation had strived to unite one another in preparation for such a catastrophic event. Alas as gracious as the efforts were to put aside their differences for one cause, a year to provide appropriate defenses was honestly not enough and all everyone could do was pray in hopes that their lives would not come to an unfitting end as the chilled asteroid was moments away from striking the Earth.

Once the comet had struck, a wide-spread shockwave quaked the hearts of many, additionally, it was expected for there to be an 'explosion' of some kind but surprisingly the only thing that had happened was that its frigid form had shattered halfway through the Earth's lower mantle and had completely sealed itself around the heated core of the planet. Nonetheless, infrastructure around the world had been devastated by the traveling earthquakes created from this heap of ice, ultimately many souls were lost due to this but humanity still prospered, temporarily anyway. The climate throughout every region had gradually changed, wildlife was forced to adapt as their ecosystems had been wiped out through the drastic change in temperature, some of which had little chance of survival and had perished along with the plant-life that had once flourished in its tropical environment. Amassed glaciers, snowy mountains, and abundances of far-stretching snow have bedeviled the landscape of this parallel Earth! Their heart-warming image of the brightly lit Sun had been obscured by the dense billowing clouds that had consumed the Earth, vegetation now was slowly dying and had been considered sacred, rarely will any vegetables/fruits grow in these harsh conditions! All of these inhospitable conditions had forced those to scavenge resources by any means possible, those that had considered each other friend and family had killed one another for food, clothing, and much more. Any last remaining government from the allied nations had been forced to enact a totalitarian rule because of the ensued chaos however this had proved just as bad if not worse, in contrary to providing a 'civilized' order throughout the land they themselves had become completely barbaric in their means of enforcing new laws and regulations, even so much as stealing an apple can result in someone being executed on the spot.

To this present day, citizens of this new dystopia continue to barely survive underneath the governing rule and the less than hospitable landscape.
Some aspirants of the old world had sought methods to end this, including Dr.Victor Faucheux, a famous botanist whose presence would
soon change this Frozen Hell for better or for worse.

(Any various minerals are now a vital necessity in commerce, former paper currency in this icy world is regarded as nothing more than an ingredient used for creating campfires
or high-temperature heating for indoor purposes.)

How she ended up with Inari: 15
Eons had transpired since her departure from Pruinae, Sophie had remained completely secluded from the world in her own icy chamber she'd called home.
During the time that had transpired Victor's corpse had been discovered, still mangled as it had been before. A gruesome scene that had caught the attention
of many, believing that it was none other than the work of this so-called 'daughter of his purposefully committing an act of murder, it didn't take long for
all of Pruinae to become determined in hunting down Sophie although instead of them finding her locked away in segregation from the rest of society,
they'd only discovered only the left traces of her foot-prints and belongings in the mounds of snow from within the vault after Inari had taken the girl with her.

Initially, Inari's presence came as but a shock to Sophia, she'd somehow managed to get through a sealed wall of ice without any effort at all! Did this mean
she'd found another way in? Clearly, she was not at first interested in the girl that she had staggered past but rather mystified and full of anger at being duped.
Apparently, her whole reason for being there was to collect some kind of 'treasure' for someone she had completed a favor for, alternatively only finding
nothing but a broken down husk of a creature mumbling away about how she deserved to be rotting away.

Eventually, after a bit of persuasian she was able to speak to Sophia and convince her to join alongside the vast crew of dimensional misfits that she had traveled with.
It was unclear for the reasoning behind this, maybe she'd thought the girl was the treasure instead? Could've been pity for something so miserable looking just
    wasting away.

Whatever the case, she couldn't help but be grateful that she'd been taken in by such a benevolent person.

It's great!

Thank you! Erm, I just like adding stuff to my characters 'n' all! I just worry too much about character sheets :D
Also, I don't mind doing all that! I just don't like making biographies and anything that requires a long explanation for
someone's background ~ o ~.

You can expect me later this week, sorry it's taking so long but I've been sick since Christmas and this has been one really long week... I was literally crying in pain yesterday >~<
Not a good time >.>

Hatoful Android Hatoful Android , Necromantic Necromantic , Neeko Neeko I'm back, sorry for disappearing but the past month has been just terrible, I kept getting sick over and over again, almost without pause due to the extremely hot climate, and other things...

It's been a non-stop fight against dehydration because the Brazilian weather has been really crazy lately! And I haven't been able to do much until last week where we finally got a break from it (also a friend bought me a fan to help, bless his kind soul QUQ), so though the heat is coming back, I should be relatively okay now.

Let me know if you're all still willing to get this rolling and I'll make my post asap, promise. I just really wanted to apologise for going off the grid ^^'
