Dark blue with the smallest hints of gray; He often has a mess of hair, although he does attempt to comb it, it never seems to stay put.
Eye Color (in human form):
Blue, with a dash of purple somewhere around the iris. The purple almost glows in the dark and appears to reflect light more as well.
Dragon Aspect Kept in Human Form:
The only abnormal thing about his human form would be his mouth's interior. He has fangs, and his mouth and tongue are both a pale blue.
Color (dragon form):
His base color is like that of a storm-cloud, with azure blue light streaking its surface. His eyes are inherently blue, but the purple remains around his iris in a much more noticeable way.
Human Appearance:
~His eyes and hair are a slightly lighter blue, much more on the cobalt side and not quite as azure as his dragon form's colors~
Personality:
Deon is something of a stubbornly optimistic dragon, he always somehow twists the situation to appear favorable. He is also open about his thoughts and sometimes doesn't know when enough is enough. However, this is only sometimes. A more common occurrence would be him saying things, watching for a reaction, and deducing whether or not that was the correct choice or not. He tailors himself to other people's expectations slightly, being as he hardly ever wants to offend anyone as he thinks it'd be bothersome. But, for the most part, he keeps his moderately happy and thoughtful aura about him. He is especially excitable when something interesting happens, or at least what he declares as interesting. He has a bit of pride to his name as well, and because of his somewhat stubborn nature, it can prove to be a pain if he has a different opinion.
Fortunately, this does not make him completely deaf to opposition, and if one were to give him a good argument he might just change his mind in a snap. As said before, he is fairly open about his thoughts. But his feelings are a different story. He may always be thinking about something or another, but his feelings end up getting pushed to the side as a result. He may seem ignorant to someone hurt or confused by his own sadness because of this. For example, his eyes may start watering, but he'll wipe them curiously out his eyes. In short, he doesn't understand emotions on some occasions.
Bio:
Deon was somewhat spoiled when he was younger, which made his pride something of a bother for those who knew him. But, he was also an only child, his other siblings not getting past a few weeks of life. Eventually, he grew older and began to look at things from different perspectives. Not necessarily from other dragons' perspectives, but it was a start. His parents were involved in the D.F.L. sometime ago but eventually settled down. They wanted the fighting to stop, but they didn't want to have to deal with the problem themselves. As ThunderShowers, they had to constantly be on guard for threats to their own lives. Raising Deon, they taught him that humans were intriguing but somewhat dangerous creatures, and should be careful if he ever did meet one. When the time finally came for him to try to join Hugon academy, he was thrilled.
Upon meeting his apparent partner, Deon didn't know what to think of him. He seemed... Spaztic. Yes, that was the word. So, taking this knowledge into account, Deon made absolutely sure he kept tabs on his partner's behaviors. Maybe they would become friends, who knew... But he was very interested.
Other Info:
Deon's fire is not really fire at all. Deon can either send out a cloud of concentrated electrons or spew electrons out in concentrated streaks. Both appear in dark gray, almost mist-like clouds. The former results in anyone getting caught in the gray cloud getting shocked and electrocuted. The latter sends out streaks of electricity that shoot out in a direction from his mouth. The cloud of concentrated electrons takes much longer to produce, but it is quite dangerous when used correctly. When charging it up, Deon will appear to focus and cause electricity to streak around his being.
ThunderShowers are notorious for living in seclusion and actively chasing after storms, making them very eager and willing movers. A family of ThunderShowers or individual ThunderShower will often claim storm clouds as their own, traveling with it for as long as possible before resting somewhere safe and continuing the cycle.
