The one who made Aerth
An asteroid half the size of Pluto was predicted to strike Earth in the year 2076. Thankfully due to the combined efforts of the nations top scientists and other smarty-pants sorts, Earth was not destroyed. A guided nuclear warhead was blasted at the oncoming asteroid as a rocket sat in orbit. The vast majority of said asteroid missed the planet or burnt up in the atmosphere before landing.
Ever since the 'end of the world' was prevented strange unexplainable things began to happen. From temporary superhuman abilities to whole buildings disappearing or locations changing dramatically...
All sorts of wacky stuff that ignored reality. It wasn't until 2081 that people realised the asteroid to pass Earth effected all life on the planet with a unknown radiation. While people are still figuring out the causes and effects of this alien energy, enough has been learned that some countries have made efforts to combat the threat. The threat known as "Delusional Quakes."
A Delusional Quake is the name for any reality breaking situation or event. When supernatural shit happens or monsters appear, hell anything unexplainable... 9 times out of 10 that means a DQ erupted somewhere close by. The most common cause of quakes are usually "Chūnibyō" sorts with active imaginations.
You'd be surprised how often the Heroic path fights fan fiction brought to life...
(The HP or Heroic Path is basically a "secret" task force studying and fighting all forms of broken reality)

The story focuses on Quake team 45, mainly on the agents who combat threats of a Delusional nature. These Quakers are recruited from all over the world, some scouted for their records in law enforcement/military operations or scientific achievements. Others are recruited in more Delusional ways. (Those able to control their delusional ability for good are sought after)
Should you want to play you would be required to make two characters.
The first character being your main, a Quaker assigned to quake team 5.
Someone who fights DQs equipped with ADD tech or with a Delusional ability.
ADD Tech is basically sci fi equipment,
Delusional abilities are to numerous and varied to list. They range from turning invisible to acquiring a Stand, all sorts of lunatic bullshit
The second character is someone responsible for a Delusional Quake, this is a boss encounter with a bullshit/powerful/annoying ability the party will face down the line.
You have the option to play them or I can.
Post requirements is two paragraphs or more once/twice a week.
Player limit is undecided as of now but probably under ten.
