I've been watching Death Note again and I want to try a RP on it, and the big twist is that whenever the Kira has "a civilian" kill a target, my character happens to be the one to do it.
Run over? Guess who's behind the wheel?
Attacked in an alley? Guess who has a knife?
Had a brick fall on their head? Oops! My bad!
When it comes time for a Task Force, my character is brought in for questioning, not knowing why she's accidentally killing so many people, and your character recognises her from at least one of the Death Note kills.
Where we go from there? I have no idea!
