Biography:When Charlie was a kid, she was stolen by The Joker and was hidden away from harley. Joker injected her with something that made her able to manipulate acid. Charlie never truly wanted to join joker, she always wanted to be a hero and eventually becomes a hero, which her father is not happy about at all and tries to get her to join his side but ultimately fails.
