SAMPLE CHARACTER SHEET (MOD CHARACTER)
NAME: Prince Eduardo Veluca del Toleno AGE: 27-Years-Old
NATIONALITY: Royal Espadan
SEX: Male
STATUS: Crown Prince of Espada
OCCUPATION: Commander of Royal Companies, Champion of the House Veluca
LOYALTY: The Auspicious Kingdom of Espada
CLASS: Medium Armor Sword-and-Buckler Melee Specialist
BIOGRAPHY: Born in the lap of luxury, Eduardo wanted for nothing as a young boy and heir to the Espadan throne save the chance to go on globetrotting adventures like his father. The Young Eduardo was always disappointed when, after months at home, his father departed Espada to fight in foreign wars and bring back riches and hours of stories. This filled Eduardo with the hope that he could follow in his father's footsteps and become a great adventurer.
When he was 19, there were stirrings at the Court of Toleno given the unexpected but not anomalous death of his grandfather at 64, which precipitated his father's rising to the throne. The Lord Hector Pontedilio accused the king of murdering his father to gain the throne, an accusation that was specious but nonetheless threw the court into disarray. Eduardo, always his father's stalwart defender, advanced to take the place of the King's champion in representing him in judicial combat. He met Lord Pontedilio on the field at San Domesco where they engaged in combat for King Veluca's honor. Eduardo was victorious, and in defeating Pontedilio he gained the contrarian lord's respect for sparing him his life and the respect of an older and distinguished knight-errant Sir Jorge Quejada de la Colinas, who became ever after his travelling companion. Since then, he has grown to be a respected general and captain of men in his own right, as well as a distinguished master of the blade.
PERSONALITY: Eduardo is fiery, much like the Espadan stock from which he descends. He is generally considered to be the most tastefully flamboyant gentleman of the Espadan court, who pays proper respect to ladies and is generally honorable in his dealings with other gentlemen. He is, like his father, a bit snobbish towards those of lower social standing unless they can gain his respect through feats of valor. He prizes success in battle not so much as courage under arms and valor in the face of death. Additionally, he is personally quite devoutly Paragonic and while he will extend mercy towards Velanian lords and knights in combat, he has no such mercy to spare the Sarazin.
