Question: what is the current setting/situation? Where is everyone else going to start?

While people are searching for Yin and Hei, we don't really have anyone applying as them? Are all hidden contractors meetig up somewhere clandestine and all goes to Hell? Or is everyone just wandering around, trying to stay off the radar and our chracters randomly bump into each other?
